2023 Expose Application: A Development of Learning Media For Optimising Young Learners’ English Vocabulary
The need for English language proficiency in this age of globalisation demands a variety of efforts to learn the lingua franca as soon as possible. The use of media is one of the teaching strategies that kindergarten teachers could employ to maximise the interests and desires of the students in English learning. This study aims to describe the development of process design and validation of a proposed learning media called ‘Expose’, which is empirically tested with a limited group.‘Expose’is the media that was developed to meet the needs of vocabulary learning at the level of early childhood education. This type of research is R&D (Research and Development) using the ASSURE model. Validation of the content and media expert shows that ‘expose’is being ‘very good’for stimulation vocabulary for early childhood. Furthermore, empirical tests on a limited group (20 children aged 5-6 years in Lampah, Gresik) The study revealed that using the Expose application media to teach English vocabulary to kids between the ages of 5 and 6 significantly altered learning outcomes. The results of this research underscores how kindergarten teachers must be especially careful in choosing the appropriate vocabulary and learning technology for young children to learn.

2023 Supervisi Akademik Untuk Peningkatan Kinerja Guru dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa
Dalam mengelola kinerja guru di sekolah seorang kepala sekolah harus mampu menjalankan tanggung jawabnya, dan berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kinerja guru serta prestasi belajar siswa agar bisa mendapatkan hasil maksimal. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan judul Supervisi Akademik Untuk Peningkatan Kinerja Guru dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dan prestasi belajar siswa. Kebijakan pendidikan harus didukung oleh praktisi pendidikan yang berada di garda terdepan yaitu guru melalui interaksinya dalam dunia pendidikan. Keterlibatan seluruh komponen pendidikan (guru, kepala sekolah, masyarakat, dan komite sekolah) melalui perencanaan yang baik dan merealisasikan program pendidikan yang dicanangkan sangat diperlukan. Supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perubahan kinerja guru. Kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan jika supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berupa kepemimpinan dan supervisi ditingkatkan.

2023 Critical Environmental Education: The Urgency of Critical Consciousnesses, Intersubjective Communication, and Deliberative Democracy of Environmental Citizenship.
This article reviews critical pedagogy challenges, opportunities, and limitations in paying attention to environmental issues and crises. Predisaster efforts in preventing and overcoming environmental damage and crime can be pursued through environmental education at all levels, from primary education to higher education. There is a need to revisit the foundation and orientation of environmental education with a willingness to critically read the development framework, which is often full of paradoxes and ambivalence. Educators can facilitate and limit and inhibit by neutralizing the socio-political dimension of environmental issues. Current practice has invited to care for the environment but has not fostered critical environmental citizenship through strengthening intersubjective communication and deliberative democracy. 2023 AKTIVITAS PERCOBAAN MENANAM HIDROPONIK BERBASIS PENDEKATAN HEUTAGOGY BAGI SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
Keterbatasan praktik pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas dan berorientasi produk/karya selama pandemi Covid 19 dapat difasilitasi melalui kegiatan praktek percobaan sederhana menanam tanaman hidroponik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dikemas melalui pelatihan online melalui platform zoom web meeting selama tiga sesi yang meliputi sesi pemaparan materi pelatihan, praktik mandiri percobaan menanam hidroponik teknik wick system, dan refleksi dan rencana tindak lanjut. Kegiatan ini diikuti para siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) beserta pendamping yang tersebar di dua Daerah Kota/Kabupaten di Jawa Timur meliputi Kota Surabaya, Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan karakteristik peserta yang memiliki keterbatasan lahan untuk penanaman hidroponik. Tahap praktik percobaan dilakukan mulai dari penyemaian hingga pembibitan dengan memanfaatkan paket pelatihan berupa starkit serta modul pendampingan menanam hidroponik. Berdasarkan refleksi dan tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini sangat membantu untuk mengembangkan kemandirian belajar, kerjasama siswa dan orangtua, serta dapat menjadi aktivitas alternatif untuk diterapkan di rumah di lingkungan sekitar dan di sekolah selama masa pandemi.

2023 Manajemen Strategik Pengelolaan Sekolah Di Mi Tri Shakti Surabaya
Manajemen strategik merupakan serangkaian tindakan manajerial yang dihasilkan dari proses formulasi dan implementasi rencana dengan tujuan untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Melalui manajemen strategik kepala sekolah merumuskan dan menentukan strategik yang tepat sehingga sekolah tidak hanya mampu mempertahankan eksistensinya, akan tetapi tangguh melakukan penyesuaian dan perubahan yang diperlukan sehingga semakin meningkat efektivitas dan produktivitasnya. Penulisan artikel bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan formulasi strategik, implementasi dan evaluasi manajemen strategik dalam pengelolaan sekolah di MI Tri Shakti Surabaya. Artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan langkah kondensasi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: Formulasi strategik di MI Tri Shakti Surabaya dilakukan dengan terlebih dahulu merumuskan visi dan misi dengan mempertimbangkan lingkungan internal dan ekstemal, dilanjutkan dengan penetapan tujuan strategis dan target dan dilanjutkan dengan penentuan strategi; Implementasi manajemen strategik di MI Tri Shakti Surabaya dilakukan dengan menjabarkan strategi-strategi yang telah dirumuskan dalam bentuk kegiatan-kegiatan. 2023 A TEACCH Class Model for Comprehensive Intervention in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) are pervasive developmental disorders that cover various aspects of development. Interventions using drugs are still not clearly proven to address the core problems of children with autism spectrum disorders, so interventions are directed at non-pharmacological approaches. The aim of this study is to examine the TEACCH class model for comprehensive interventions for children with ASD in all aspects of development. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data sources for this study were a vice principal and two teachers from one of the autism special schools in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Data collection techniques through interviews and observation. Data analysis used the Miles & Huberman Flow Analysis Model. 2023 The Role of the Giri Mulya Study Group Community for Increasing Community Empowerment
This study explores community needs through community empowerment oriented to regional potential through the Giri Mulya Study Group Community with a community-based community resource management process. This community is a development strategy and community empowerment that gives a dominant role to the community at the community level, especially in controlling and managing productive resources. This research uses qualitative research methods, while the approach used in this research is a case study approach. Selection of informants using snowball sampling technique and data collection techniques using observation techniques and depth interviews. The Giri Mulya Study Group Community development has had a positive impact on community empowerment in Munggugebang Village. Cooperation that exists between elements of society can be a significant impetus in carrying out an empowerment process. Sustainability of education in the Giri Mulya Study Group Community is the most basic effort in empowering an area, in this case, rural areas.

2023 Media Pembelajaran Mengenalkan Asmaul Husna Untuk Anak Usia Dini: Kajian Literatur
This study aims to determine the learning media of Asmaul Husna for Early Childhood Education (PAUD). The data in this study were obtained through the literature study research method. Researchers collect all data in research from various existing sources to obtain information relevant to the problem to be solved through systematic techniques. The data or information comes from books, theses, theses, journals, and articles from official websites that have been indexed and accredited within the last five years. Early childhood education should basically be based on the philosophical and religious values held by the environment around the child and the religion he or she adheres to. Religious education emphasizes an understanding of religion and how religion is practiced and applied in actions and behavior in everyday life. Religion is also the foundation for instilling faith in children, which begins with faith education in Allah SWT. One of the faith learning is through Asmaul Husna. For children, religious values are something abstract, so teachers need learning media as a tool to introduce the Asmaul Husna. The results showed a variety of learning media developed to help children recognize Asmaul Husna.

2023 Comics As Instructional Media in Education Journals Across Indonesia: A Systematic Literature Review
Comics with its features has the potential to increase motivations and creativity and the students' interest in understanding concepts. Educational comics is developed and utilized in classrooms. This systematic literature review analysis aims to focus on comics as instructional media in educational journals across Indonesia since 2018 to 2022. This current study has found that Research and Development is the most type of research employed to study educational comics. Relating to R and D method, ADDIE model has been most selected by researchers to develop educational comics. Elementary school students are the most chosen research subjects. Educational comics are utilized in Mathematics, natural science, Religion, Chemistry, Literacy, Thematic, Biology and English courses with particular topics. In addition, computer-based tools, web-based apps, and a combination of both are to develop educational comics in today's digital era.

2023 Development of a Learning and Professional Roadmap to Support Independent Learning at State University of Surabaya
Learning and Professional Development Institute (LPDI) State University of Surabaya is one of the State University of Surabaya environmental organizations that has duties and functions in fostering and improving learning and the profession, especially State University of Surabaya environmental educators and also as a reference for learning and professional activities at related educational institutions. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach to translate and implement in support of the independent learning program. It is necessary to map and develop a clear roadmap to guide the institution (field of assignment) effectively and efficiently to achieve the goals and targets set. In particular, the Center for Education and Training Development Center (ETD) will be directed to dig up data and find a profile of roadmap needs in preparing the selection and training of school principals to support the independent learning program. At the same time, the TLSC center focuses on strengthening the learning function, which includes curriculum, learning, and evaluation to support independent learning.
