This study aims to describe the implementation of management functions of PondokPesantrenTahfizhPutri (PPTP) at one of the Islamic Boarding School in East Java Indonesia. The Education system integrated with the formal school. The subject of this study are 17 participants. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach as guidance so that the research focus to describe research's form question or problem identification. Result of the research show that the planning function in its management has long-term planning in vision, mission, and objectives of the foundation. Besides, the organizing function related to the organizational structure.

The purpose of this research is to build a system of generating questions that can make as many questions as possible. The Generating System of this Problem can be used starting from elementary/middle/high school/higher education level with the type of choice questions that have 3 components, namely the problem, choice and completion. This research aims to analyze the effects of intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, spiritual quotient, and adversity quotient on the graduates quality of vocational higher education. Data were collected from 217 cadets at Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic who already took an internship as respondents using stratified cluster random technique. This is a correlational and quantitative study using a questionnaire developed from several existing scales and analyzed using Structural Equation Models (SEM) to determine the path of effects and to create the best structural model of intelligence-based graduates quality (IESA-Q). The results indicate that there are direct and indirect effects of intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, spiritual quotient, and adversity quotient on graduates quality, meaning that each quotient has a positive effect on graduate's quality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh metode bercerita dengan media loose parts terhadap perkembangan bahasa dan emosi anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi-experimental nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design atau bisa juga disebut non-equivalent control group design. Uji hipotesis menggunakan independent sample T-test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan One Group Pretest Posttest Design dengan subjek penelitian 33 anak. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan metode bercerita dengan media loose part terhadap perkembangan bahasa dan emosi anak usia dini yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil independent sample t-test perkembangan bahasa diperoleh t-hitung sebesar 3,359 sedangkan t-tabel yang diperoleh dari 33 responden adalah 1,694 sehingga t-hitung lebih banyak dari t-tabel. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan perkembangan bahasa antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Sedangkan hasil uji independent sample t-test perkembangan emosi bahwa t-hitung adalah 2,959 sedangkan t-tabel yang diperoleh dari 33 responden adalah 1,694 jadi t-hitung lebih banyak dari t-tabel sehingga ada perbedaan perkembangan emosi antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. In Indonesia, bone marrow transplantation is a treatment which not known yet to some people. Kariadi Hospital is the one hospital that do it first. On 1987, it was successful for acute myeloid leukemia case. Bone marrow transplantation is one of therapy used to treat patients with leukemia, severe aplastic anemia, Hodgkin's disease, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, myeloma multiple, many blood disorder and solid tumor. This study described the patients characteristics who did hematopoietic stem cell transplantation during 2017-2021 at Kariadi General Hospital Semarang. This study is a quantitative research non-experiment with design retrospective analysis. Data was taken with a total sampling are 20 patients. Data analysis by describing the criteria. The results describe the sex of patients consist are 60% male and 40% female. Most range age at 35-44 years amount 30%. The diagnosis is 40% in the case of Myeloma Multiple. Most of transplantation doing an autologous transplant are 80%. It is indicated 90% of malignancy cases. All patient got 100% engraftment, all patients happen neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, oral mucositis, gut disorder, and electrolyte imbalance. Amount 15% are hematuria and 10% are urticaria, Veno Occlusive Disease, sepsis, brain infection and brain hemorrhage. The conclusion is patients who did hematopoietic stem cell transplantation have various adverse events and complications depending on many factors or comorbids.
