2023 POLICIES IMPLEMENTATION BY PESANTREN EFFECTIVE SCHOOLS TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE IN MORALITY AND GENERAL SCIENCES: A CASE FROM INDONESIA
Pesantren plays an essential role in meeting Indonesia's national education goals. Pesantren-based school is developed to achieve excellence to improve the quality of education. This study aims to analyze the policies implemented by two pesantren schools in Jombang, Indonesia, to gain one of the schools' goals: creating students with good academic abilities and religion-based morality. This research applies qualitative methods with a case study approach, and the data collection process uses interviews and observation. The analysis is based on Lezotte’s seven correlates of effective schools. The results show that the policies' implementation integrated religion, science, and technology in the learning process. In other words, the two schools well implemented the seven correlates which resulted in the achievement of the school’s goal. The students in the two pesantren schools possessed high academic ability and good Islamic morality.

2021 Professional Commitment: Its Effect on Kindergarten Teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is one of the keys to the success of an organization. This current research aims to evaluate the effect of Professional Commitment on Kindergarten teachers' OCB. This quantitative research applies a cross-sectional survey design with an explanatory research type, with 145 Kindergarten teachers as the research subjects. The results show that Professional Commitment significantly affects OCB by 70.6%. In addition, teachers with higher Professional Commitment possess higher OCB in carrying out their professional duties. The results also show that the dimensions of Affective Professional commitment, Normative Professional commitment, and Continuance Professional commitment significantly affect the OCB of Kindergarten teachers.

2019 Sorghum-Based Alternative Food Industry: Entrepreneurship High Education
The purpose of the research was for university entrepreneurship education by examining the development of sorghum-based food industry to support food security. The method used quantitative and qualitative research (natural setting) with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, after the data collected is then analyzed by stages of reduction, display and verification. Observations cover various aspects of developing the sorghum-based food industry, the stages of university entrepreneurship education. and advanced statistical analysis. The results showed: 1) university entrepreneurship education which is a sustainable teaching and learning activity includes educational programs in entrepreneurship classes, learning processes, student responses, and results from entrepreneurial student profiles; 2) Selection of sorghum-based entrepreneurship materials including grain 100%, rice 70%, flour 70%, soft brand 10%, and brand 20%; 3) entrepreneurial products are food products (various cakes with sorghum flour 20-50%, bakery with sorghum flour 20-30%, and cookies with sorghum flour 75-100%), functional drinks with sorghum rice 100%, and various fermentation products (“tempe” with sorghum rice 100% and “tape” with sorghum rice 100%); 4) Industrial of sorghum based includes product, business analysis, market opening, and infrastructure development; 5) industrial of food sorghum based as alternative food can support food security.

2019 Design Science Education for Student with Special Needs Use Learning Management System Platform Moodle
The fourth Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0) has changed education for the future. Education 4.0 indicated is disruption in science education for student with special needs to prepare graduates for work achieved and future life. The aim of this research was how to design science education for student with special needs use learning management system platform Moodle. The research design was analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating (ADDIE) models. A website platform Moodle was designed to accommodate the requirements of the course and all the instructional materials were uploaded to the website. Orang tua di Indonesia memanfaatkan gadget lebih dominan sebagai hiburan. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan efektivitas dalam peningkatan pola pengasuhan postif pada anak usia dini dalam penggunaan aplikasi parents and kids. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain Pre-Experimental desaign. Lokasi penelitian di PAUD program Kelompok Bermain di Kota Baru Driyorejo Gresik. 2023 Supervisi Akademik Untuk Peningkatan Kinerja Guru dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa
Dalam mengelola kinerja guru di sekolah seorang kepala sekolah harus mampu menjalankan tanggung jawabnya, dan berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kinerja guru serta prestasi belajar siswa agar bisa mendapatkan hasil maksimal. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan judul Supervisi Akademik Untuk Peningkatan Kinerja Guru dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dan prestasi belajar siswa. Kebijakan pendidikan harus didukung oleh praktisi pendidikan yang berada di garda terdepan yaitu guru melalui interaksinya dalam dunia pendidikan. Keterlibatan seluruh komponen pendidikan (guru, kepala sekolah, masyarakat, dan komite sekolah) melalui perencanaan yang baik dan merealisasikan program pendidikan yang dicanangkan sangat diperlukan. Supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perubahan kinerja guru. Kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan jika supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berupa kepemimpinan dan supervisi ditingkatkan.

2023 The Role of the Giri Mulya Study Group Community for Increasing Community Empowerment
This study explores community needs through community empowerment oriented to regional potential through the Giri Mulya Study Group Community with a community-based community resource management process. This community is a development strategy and community empowerment that gives a dominant role to the community at the community level, especially in controlling and managing productive resources. This research uses qualitative research methods, while the approach used in this research is a case study approach. Selection of informants using snowball sampling technique and data collection techniques using observation techniques and depth interviews. The Giri Mulya Study Group Community development has had a positive impact on community empowerment in Munggugebang Village. Cooperation that exists between elements of society can be a significant impetus in carrying out an empowerment process. Sustainability of education in the Giri Mulya Study Group Community is the most basic effort in empowering an area, in this case, rural areas.

2022 Implementation of Managerial Competencies for PKBM Managers in Community Empowerment Program
PKBM (Community Learning Activity Center) is a place to serve the learning needs of community. It is still found that the institution is in a state of between life and death and has not developed (stagnant). The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation od managerial competence for PKBM managers in community empowetment programs. This study used descriptive and quantitative approeaches with survey methods. This study involved 10 institutions and each institution involved the leader, secretary and treasurer, so the number of respondents was 30 people. Data collection techniques used are tests, interviews and observations. Quantitative descriptive analysis technique with percentage. The findings show that managers’ understanding of managerial competence is 55,34%. The achievement of this percentage proves that PKBM managers are categorized as lacking in community empowerment programs. For managers must have the abilities, namely: to describe the rules and regulations, and apply them to units; Plan and set program or activity targets for a certain period; Establish and regulate members involved in activities; Determine the details of tasks for members in the administration; Delegating some of the tasks of authority; Supervise the implementation of tasks carried out by members; Prepare and report the results of activities periodically; and Solve the problems encountered in the process of carrying out managerial duties.

2022 Strategi Pemasaran Melalui Rebranding di SD Muhammadiyah 24 Surabaya
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi rebranding yang dilakukan oleh SD Muhammadiyah 24 Ketintang Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif melalui studi kasus di SD Muhammadiyah 24 Ketintang Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data. Proses keabsahan data melalui teknik triangulasi sumber data. Teknik analisis data melalui tiga tahap: data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi rebranding yang telah dilakukan oleh SD Muhammadiyah 24 Ketintang Surabaya adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, melakukan perubahan kepemimpinan melalui pergantian kepala sekolah dan restrukturisasi organisasi dengan membentuk wakil kepala sekolah dan Kepala Urusan (Kaur). Kedua, melakukan perubahan logo dan nama yang lebih sederhana dari sekolah berbasis karakter menjadi sekolah karakter. Ketiga, memperkuat brand sekolah karakter melalui perubahan nilai-nilai organisasi melalui 5 pilar DE BEST dan 6 Bintang karakter. Keempat, memperluas segmentasi market dari kelas menengah bawah menuju menengah atas.
