2020 Development of Online Learning for Undergraduate Guidance and Counseling Students
Blended learning is a combination of learning face to face, computer (offline), and internet-based learning (online). The main purpose of blended learning is to provide opportunities for a variety of students to learn independently, sustainably, and mature, so that learning will be more effective, more efficient, and more interesting. The development model used in the process of developing blended learning in the guidance and counselling profession course is the ADDIE model. The steps of developing this model include:(1) Analysis,(2) Design,(3) Development,(4) Implementation,(5) Evaluation. 2021 Cybergogy as a Digital Media to Facilitate The Learning Style of Millennial College Students
This research was aimed to test the effectiveness of cmaterials in improving the learning of the students. The development method used in this research is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery, and Evaluation) model. The subjects in this developmental research are the lecturers of the educational technology department as media experts, the lecturers of the nonformal education department as the subject expert, and the students of the nonformal education department of the academic year 2018 as the users. The specification of the innovative product to be developed is augmented reality as a digital media in learning the family education subject. The result of the research that AR-based digital learning materials have gained excellent results as it has proven to help students in learning effectively. The average score in the experimental group after participating in learning with Augmented Reality media, the average score was improved to 92,55.

2018 The Involvement of Informal Sector Workers In Society Learning Activities at Kampung Inggris Pare Kediri
The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the involvement process of informal sector workers as learning society at Kampung Inggris Pare Kediri. Learning society is an entire society that develops organizational and organizational structures to guide learning opportunities which is also relevant to all members of the community. The research approach is qualitative – descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study include participant observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis performed is: 1) Compilation 2) Disassembly, 3) Reordering 4) Interpreting and 5) drawing conclusion checking the validity of the data which is done using credibility, transferability, and confirmability. The results obtained shows that the involvement of informal sector workers in the activities of learning society at Kampung Inggris is influenced by high motivation, the desire to maintain social status, the presence of habituation process, apply strict rules and educating each other. The Involvement of Informal sector workers in learning society activities makes the best-selling product, which is to build social intelligence so as to have a positive impact and also the impact of economic improvement.

2021 Online Self and Peer Assessment Instrument Development as e-Material of Instructional Design Online Courses
Instructional design competencies need to be considered for teacher education study program students as prospective learning designers. The teaching of instructional design is still being researched to find the best practices to be mastered maximally by prospective teacher students, especially during distance learning through e-learning. Likewise in this study, the results of the needs analysis show that there must be a solution that can maximize the mastery of instructional design by maximizing the active involvement of students through e-learning. 2020 The Effectiveness of Augmented Reality-Based Board Game as Learning Media in Comprehending Family Functions Concept
This study aims at observing the effectiveness of augmented reality-based learning media in facilitating students in understanding family functions concept. This study used a quantitative approach with one group of pretest-posttest. The respondents were 115 students majoring at Non-Formal Education (PLS) who were chosen using a quota sampling technique. The data collected in the form of scores, which were then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The study results showed that augmented realitybased board game as a learning media is very effective in increasing students' mastery level of the family functions concept. The finding is confirmed by students' scores showing the pre-test score of 61.82 compared to the post-test results that are 77.63, with significance (sig.) as high as 0.001 <; 0.05. 2020 Osing culture-based empowerment of the millennials in Sapu Jagad studio Banyuwangi Indonesia
Communities, particularly the millennials, are the main actors in development, thus empowerment-based education is needed. Similar condition also applies for community groups whose survival depends on education. In order for the community to carry out its existential role, the young generation must continue to ingrain the community’s cultural values, knowledge, and skills. This study was aimed at describing the implementation of millennial empowerment based on Osing tribe culture in Sapu Jagad Sanggar, Kemiren Village, Banyuwangi. The research used participant observation method, in-depth interviews and documentation of cultural activist millennials, village elders and leaders in Sapu Jagad studio. The results of this study show that millennial generation greatly values the traditional art of the Osing tribe and wish to continue the preservation of their culture. This motivation is not only fostered by nationalism spirit, but also the philosophical values contained in every movement, dance, song, and ceremony that reflects the values of life.

Era digitalisasi mempercepat kehadiran gadget sebagai teknologi komunikasi yang mengepung seluruh lini kehidupan masyarakat. 2023 The Role of the Giri Mulya Study Group Community for Increasing Community Empowerment
This study explores community needs through community empowerment oriented to regional potential through the Giri Mulya Study Group Community with a community-based community resource management process. This community is a development strategy and community empowerment that gives a dominant role to the community at the community level, especially in controlling and managing productive resources. This research uses qualitative research methods, while the approach used in this research is a case study approach. Selection of informants using snowball sampling technique and data collection techniques using observation techniques and depth interviews. The Giri Mulya Study Group Community development has had a positive impact on community empowerment in Munggugebang Village. Cooperation that exists between elements of society can be a significant impetus in carrying out an empowerment process. Sustainability of education in the Giri Mulya Study Group Community is the most basic effort in empowering an area, in this case, rural areas.

Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) as one of the State Universities (PTN) which this year won the National 1st Place in the Public Service Agency (BLU) National PTN League with the implementation of MBKM as one of the main assessment contributors trying to strengthen the partnership that has been established with industry, including through the Schooling Field Introduction Program (PLP). Non Formal Education (PLS) as one of the study programs or majors at UNESA has sent its students in the program, through several industry partners, including Think Indonesia. This study aims to determine the model of strengthening the connectivity of tertiary institutions and industry through the PLP Program as one of the leading forms of Lecture Activities (BKP) from MBKM at UNESA. A qualitative research method with a case study design is used to achieve this goal with stages or activity plans including; formulate problems, create designs and instruments, collect data, make data analysis, and prepare research reports. The purpose of this service is to assist the implementation of self-management strategy for students in SMA A. Wahid Hasyim at Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang. This is a form of contribution to educational institutions, at the high school level, especially as a form of strategy in self-management of students who are in the final grade class. The targets of this community service are students and homeroom teachers of class XII SMA A. Wahid, Pesantren Tebuireng. The self-management strategy is carried out as an effort to improve time efficiency and self-preparation in forming good self-management by applying self-management methods career management methods, and problem-solving skills. This service activity is carried out by two types of activities that take place simultaneously on September 21 and 22, 2022. The method used is training, the training method has three stages through identification, socialization and evaluation. Follow-up in community service activities at SMA A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng is a measure of the success of students who are able to manage themselves by testing their academic potential.
