2023 Employability of Special Education Graduates according to Indonesian National Accreditation Standard
Accreditation of the Undergraduate Program of Special Education (UPSE) in Indonesia is still carried out by the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT) based on national higher education standards. One of the assessment elements is graduates employability. The aim of this research is to describe the employability of special education graduates according to BAN-PT standard. This research is a survey with a cross sectional design. Respondents were 161 graduates of the UPSE Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) spread across Bangka Belitung, Banten, DKI Jakarta, Yogyakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, South Kalimantan, West Nusa Tenggara, and Papua. Data were collected using online questionnaire and analyzed quantitatively. 2023 Analisis Efektifitas Penggunaan Web-Based-Learning Pada Mata Pelajaran Informatika Kelas X SMA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan web-based-learning ketika digunakan dalam pembelajaran informatika Kelas X SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 30 siswa terhadap pembelajaran informatika dengan web-based-learning dan efektifitas web-based-learning dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapat hasil respon siswa sebesar 95,897 sehingga pembelajaran informatika dengan web-based-learning termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Dan dari keseluruhan indikator hasil respon siswa terhadap efektifitas web-based-learning dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar mendapat rata-rata sebesar 93, 33 sehingga web-based-learning efektif meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa

2023 Training Based on the Andragogy Approach to Improve the Ability to Develop Independent Learning Modules for Vocational School Teachers
This service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers to arrange learning modules. This program was carried out through in-service training (IST) and on-service training (OST) methods. The andragogy approach was used in IST activities to improve teachers' ability to analyze learning materials that can be the basis for learning modules. Thirty Vocational High School Teachers attended this activity. The evaluation used was to give project assignments to the teacher for module work. The training participants were also given a Google form to fill out. The analysis used was descriptive quantitative. The results of the OST showed that the teacher had been able to analyze learning problems; the teacher understood the concept of the learning module. Moreover, the teacher could understand the idea of preparing a learning module, and the concept of evaluating the learning module. A series of OST activities conclude that teachers have the potential to develop themselves in preparing learning modules; the resulting learning modules can be categorized as good and, in general, have met the criteria for learning modules.

2023 Increasing Competence in Compiling Teaching Materials through Assistance in the Development of Teaching Materials for Lecturers
This activity seeks to support lecturers in producing instructional materials corresponding to the characteristics of courses and students in the IAI Al-Khairat Pamekasan Madura environment. One of the performance factors used to measure the lecturers' contribution to the university's leading performance indicators is the creation of instructional materials. Key performance indicators instructional materials can be utilized to demonstrate that individuals are utilizing them. Assistance in the development of teaching materials is carried out using the project-based learning method, where participants will produce drafts of teaching materials for courses. Participants in the mentoring program, namely professor representatives from each study program. Participants have explained teaching materials and activity plans. 2023 Developing Construct 2 application-based online puzzle in teaching Pancasila symbols during Covid-19 outbreak for first graders of elementary school
During the Covid-19 outbreak, learning media that make online learning easier for students are required. The objective of this study was to create educational media in the form of digital puzzles using the Construct 2 application. The ADDIE model was used in this study consisting of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate, but being modified up to the development stage. The digital puzzle's material was Pancasila principles. The material was chosen based on an initial needs analysis showing that first graders in elementary school could not understand the symbols for Pancasila's principles. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect data in the form of a validation instrument. Two experts, primarily material and media experts, validated the instrument. 2023 PELATIHAN TERAPI EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE DENGAN AFIRMASI BERBASIS BUDAYA PADA GURU BK SEKOLAH DI KABUPATEN LAMONGAN
This Community Service aims to increase the competence of counseling teachers or counselors in applying the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) by providing theoretical and practical material for mastering EFT procedures. Theoretical material includes the basic concepts of therapy, therapeutic goals, therapeutic procedures, therapist and client relationships, therapeutic techniques, and indicators of therapeutic success. Community Service is carried out through guided training and facilitating trials of the application of EFT therapy to school counselors. Activity partners include 40 counselors representing the junior high, high school, and vocational schools in the Lamongan district, East Java. The pre-test and post-test results showed an increase from the pre-test average score of 49 to the post-test average score of 62.

2023 Pembelajaran Sentra Pasar Dalam Menstimulasi Perkembangan Sosial Emosional Anak Usia Dini
This research is aimed to analyze the social and emotional development of young learners. It is necessary for balancing the cognitive aspects. Market day centers can be conducted at an early age in order to give them choices in their life instead of only focusing on cognitive aspects. Besides, it supports social and emotional development. Through this method, the entrepreneurship is introduced in basic level. The social emotional aspects learned in this methods are:(1) being calm during the turn (2) being patient in price agreement (3) accepting the agreement. The quantitative approach was used, namely Quasi Experimental with a nonequivalent control group model. Data collection was conducted through observation and documentation for secondary data. In line with the aim of the research, the result showed that there was a significant difference between the experiment and control group after the treatment. The experiment group became calm during the turn, showed more independence, and respected their peers eg price agreement. In conclusion, this method was able to stimulate the social and emotional development in group B Prima Cendekia Kindergarten Islamic School in Grogol, Kediri, Indonesia

2023 Media Pembelajaran Sparkol Videoscribe untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mengingat Konsep Pelajaran Bahasa Arab Siswa SD MICA
Penting bagi seorang guru memiliki inovasi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan pembelajaran abad ke-21. Selain daripada penggunaan teknologi yang tepat, identifikasi struktur belajar dan isi mata pelajaran juga menjadi bagian yang penting sebelum menentukan penggunaan teknologi itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keefektifan media pembelajaran sparkol videoscribe dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengingat konsep pelajaran Bahasa Arab siswa SD MICA. Variabel yang akan diteliti yaitu kemampuan mengingat konsep (menirukan dan menulis) materi nama alat-alat di sekolah pada pelajaran Bahasa Arab dengan metode observasi dan teknik pengumpulan data tes. Rangkaian tes yang dilakukan yaitu tes unjuk kerja untuk mengukur indikator kemampuan menirukan, dan tes tulis untuk mengukur indikator kemampuan menulis. Hasil uji post-test kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol diperoleh U hitung< U tabel= 55< 99. Nilai rata-rata beda kelompok eksperimen (M x) adalah 36, 11 dan nilai rata-rata beda kelompok kontrol (M y) adalah 28, 05. Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam mengingat konsep pada kelompok eksperimen setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran sparkol videoscribe.AbstractIt is important for a teacher to have learning innovations that are in line with the development of 21st century learning. 2023 PELATIHAN PENGASUHAN ANAK USIA DINI UNTUK CARETAKER DAYCARE DI KECAMATAN LIDAH WETAN
Daycare is a form of Institution in Early Childhood Education. Many daycare, especially in Lidah Wetan Subdistrict, does not yet have competent caregivers for children because the last education of most caregivers is high school, not graduates from the Early Childhood Education Study Program or people who already have certification from a baby sitter institution. This impacts the education and care provided to daycare, which tends to be disoriented, so it is necessary to carry out a training process for daycare care takers to provide knowledge about how to care for early childhood. Training for daycare caretakers is given to daycare caretakers in Lidah Wetan District. The methods implemented are discussion, lecture, simulation, evaluation. Data collection techniques to measure the pretest and posttest using a questionnaire via google form. The data analysis technique used the N-GAIN SCORE. The result of calculating the average difference between the posttest and pretest scores is 0.71, indicating a high category. The results of the calculation of the percentage n-gain score obtained an average value of 71.49, so it can be concluded that childcare training is proven to be effective in improving parenting skills for daycare caretakers in Lidah Wetan District, Surabaya.

2023 PELATIHAN PENYUSUNAN KEGIATAN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS LITERASI SEBAGAI IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA PADA GURU PAUD DI KECAMATAN PRIGEN
The use of the concept of independent learning in education provides great potential for the development of better education in Indonesia. The condition of Kindergartens in Prigen District is that only a few plan and implement literacy-based learning. So there needs to be a conscious effort to encourage and train PAUD teachers in Prigen District to be able to have the knowledge and skills in planning literacy-based learning as part of the implementation of independent learning. This community service activity is in the form of literacy-based learning preparation training as an implementation of the independent learning curriculum for kindergarten tutors in Prigen District. This training uses discussion, lecture and simulation methods. The data collection technique used is Engineering. The result obtained is that the teacher's ability to design literacy-based learning increases, as evidenced by the increase in pre-test to post-test scores.
