2022 The Role of Text To Speech Assistive Technology to Improve Reading Ability in E-Learning for ADHD Students
This study aims to determine the role of text to speech assistive technology on the reading ability of ADHD students in learning using e-learning. The ability of ADHD students who have impulsive and hyperactive behavior shows that students who are diagnosed will have difficulty focusing on one thing as a result of coordination functions and emotional responses that affect learning abilities, especially in reading. To improve reading skills, the use of assistive text to speech technology is needed by students during e-learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of text to speech assistive technology to improve the reading ability of ADHD students in reading spelling of words, with a clear voice and straightforward word emphasis. The method used in this study is Single Subject Research (SSR) using the ABA technique. Instruments to determine the level of reading ability of ADHD students are observation and documentation. The results showed that the role of text to speech assistive technology to improve reading skills in e-learning for ADHD students made progress in spelling words and with clear vowels and straightforward word emphasis. It can be concluded that the role of text to speech assistive technology to improve reading skills in e-learning for ADHD students is highly recommended to be applied in every e-learning lesson. 2022 Flipped Classroom Dalam Pembelajaran Life Skill Siswa Berkebutuhan Khusus
The flipped classroom learning strategy provides opportunities and support for students with special needs to construct knowledge, complete assignments, and learn life skills learning materials in a comfortable, independent atmosphere according to their potential and needs and through various media, including videos, books, and the internet. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the flipped classroom on improving the life skills of students with special needs. This research design is one group pre-test-post-test design. The research subjects were students with special needs at the Extraordinary High School in Surabaya. Data collection using performance tests. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon marked level test (match pairs test). The results showed that the life skills of students with special needs after implementing the flipped classroom were better than before learning with the flipped classroom. Based on the results of the analysis of research data with a significance level of 0.05, the results obtained Zh= 2.52 is greater than the Z table value of 1.96 (Zh> Zt). This means that there is an effect of the flipped classroom on the learning outcomes and life skills of special needs students.

2022 Pengembangan Video Tutorial Pembuatan Batik Jumputan Disertai Sibi Berbasis Android Bagi Siswa Tunarungu
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa video tutorial pembuatan batik jumputan disertai SIBI berbasis android bagi siswa tunarungu dan mendeskripsikan validitas produk dari ahli materi, dan ahli media. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain pengembangan ADDIE dari Branch 2010 yang dimodifikasi hanya sampai ke tahap pengembangan (development). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi proses pengembangan data dengan teknik validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Untuk mengetahui bahwa produk ini berkualitas baik dan layak dengan melihat hasil analisis skor instrumen validasi ahli. Dari data uji validasi ahli, mendapatkan skor persentase 85% dan dari ahli materi, skor persentase 95%. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, menunjukkan bahwa video tutorial pembuatan batik jumputan disertai SIBI layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran siswa tunarungu.

2022 Promt scaffolding in learning life skills for self-development of intellectual disabilities students in inclusive primary school
Scaffolding promt plays an important role in improving the life skills of students with intellectual disabilities so that they are independent in their daily activities. This study aims to investigate the relationship and importance of scaffolding promt in the context of learning the life skills of students with intellectual disabilities at SD inclusive. This research was conducted on Inclusive primary school students. The data collection tool used is a self-development life skill performance test consisting of 22 items. Data analysis using Pearson product moment. Based on the analysis of research data, there is a significant relationship between scaffolding promt by increasing the life skills of intellectual disability students with intellectual disabilities in SD inclusive. The results of the study also showed the importance of scaffolding promt because it made a significant contribution to increasing the independence of students with intellectual disabilities in carrying out life skills in the context of real life. The limitations of this research only cover students with mental retardation in the scope of inclusive primary schools, so that more extensive further research is needed.

2022 Pemberdayaan Atlit Paralimpik Dalam Bidang Fotografi
Kondisi perekonomian atlit paralimpik pada masa pensiun masih menunjukkan keprihatinan, hingga saat ini banyak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam segi ekonomi sehingga tergolong kedalam ekonomi menengah kebawah. Melihat dari permasalahan tersebut dirancanglah pemberdayaan SDM Fotografi atlit paralimpik Jawa Timur. Pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan softskill atlit paralimpik jawa timur dalam bidang fotografi hingga dapat mengembangkan usaha dalam bidang fotografi. Pemberdayaan SDM bidang fotografi ini dilaksanakan dengan 3 tahapan utama antara lain Persiapan, Pelaksanaan, dan Penutup. Kegiatan ini melibatkan Tim PSLD UNESA sebagai penggagas dan perancang program, NPC Kab. Sidoarjo sebagai fasilitator atlit paralimpik Jawa Timur, dan Pertamina Foundation sebagai fasilitator kegiatan pemberdayaan. Luaran dari pemberdayaan ini adalah publikasi artikel ilmiah, peningkatan pemahaman, pemodalan usaha bagi pelaksana usaha, dan produk jasa. Pemberdayaan disimpulkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam bidang fotografi, serta menjadi wadah pengembangan diri bagi atlit paralimpik lainnya turut serta dalam mengembangkan softskill pada berbagai bidang.

2022 Manajemen Blended Learning di SLB A YPAB Surabaya
Adanya pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan pembelajaran tidak dapat dilakukan secara tatap muka di sekolah. Bagi anak tunanetra dampak dari tidak dilakukannya pembelajaran secara tatap muka menyebabkan anak harus beradaptasi dengan kondisi pembelajaran yang baru. Salah satu strategi yang diterapkan untuk menghadapi adaptasi kondidi ini adalah dengan dilakukannya pembelajaran melalui blended learning. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran blended learning di SLB A YPAB Surabaya, sehingga dapat menemukan faktor penunjang dan penghambat pelaksanaan pembelajaran serta menemukan solusi untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknis pemeriksaan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen blended learning di SLB YPAB Surabaya efektif dengan langkah-langkah perencanaan, organisasi, pelaksanaan dan pengontrolan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor pendukung dan faktor penunjang pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui blended learning di di SLB YPAB Surabaya.

2022 E-Partisipasi untuk Meningkatkan Transparansi dan Akurasi Perhitungan BOSDA di Kabupaten Mojokerto
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema kebijakan anggaran pendidikan di Kabupaten Mojokerto ini bertujuan untuk membuat model pengembangan partisipasi publik sebagai stakeholder pendidikan serta menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan rasionalitas kebijakan dinas pendidikan dan mendorong keberterimaan hasil kebijakan biaya operasional sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan mengadakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang ditindaklanjuti dengan pengembangan program aplikasi survey berbasis web. Hasil pengembangan program survey ini telah menunjukkan manfaat dari sudut efisiensi biaya dan waktu, keakuratan perhitungan, serta memberikan manfaat utama yaitu meningkatkan partisipasi publik meliputi sekolah baik negeri maupun swasta, komite sekolah dan masyarakat umum. Rekomendasi kepada dinas pendidikan adalah mengembangkan program survey berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kualitas pendidikan di Kabupaten Mojokerto.

2022 TUTORIAL PROGRAM INTERVENSI BELAJAR BERINTERAKSI ANAK DIFABEL USIA DINI BAGI PENDIDIK TAMAN KANAK-KANAK
Anak difabel usia dini yang dimaksudkan yaitu difabel netra, rungu, hambatan intelektual, daksa, autis, hiperaktif usia pra sekolah 5-6 tahun belajar di taman kanak-kanak. Secara psikologis karakteristik khas anak difabel usia dini untuk tingkat keantusiasan belum dimengerti maksudnya, terhadap yang dilihat, didengar, dan dirasakan dengan tidak mempunyai kemampuan adaptif yang memadai pada lingkungan. Tujuan ini adalah mendeskripsikan keterampilan tutorial program intervensi belajar berinteraksi anak difabel usia dini bagi pendidik TK. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan deskriptif melalui penilaian video hasil performance tutorial program intervensi belajar berinteraksi pendidik pada anak difabel usia dini di masing-masing Taman Kanak-Kanak. Hasil perolehan uji performance 20 pendidik TK yang memilih membelajarkan dalam aspek perkembangan seni 8 pendidik berpredikat sangat baik, 8 pendidik memilih membelajarkan untuk fisik motorik halus berpredikat sangat baik, dan 4 pendidik membelajarkan sosial emosional berpredikat baik. Artinya bahwa pemahaman keterampilan pendidik dengan memberikan cara tutorial program intervensi belajar berinteraksi berpotensi untuk menangani anak difabel usia dini yang belajar bersama anak regular di Taman Kanak-Kanak

2022 Model Hybrid Learning Indoor And Outdoor Untuk Meningkatkan Layanan Interaksi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas Usia Dini
This development research specifically aims to test the feasibility of indoor and outdoor hybrid learning model products in improving social interaction services for people with disabilities at an early age for kindergarten educators. This development research uses the Educational Research Development model design from Gall, Gall & Borg (2003). The application of the product feasibility test is carried out through expert and practical tests. Collecting data obtained from expert testing and practicality were analyzed using the percentage technique. Furthermore, the results of the accuracy of the indoor and outdoor hybrid learning model are packaged in a web network so that it can be used at any time and is flexible through learning innovations from each region, specifically to provide social interaction services for people with early age disabilities. Based on the feasibility level test of the model from the assessment of 2 PAUD and PLB experts, it was stated that the indoor and outdoor hybrid learning model product to improve social interaction services for people with early age disabilities for inclusive kindergarten educators could be used for testing, after being revised.
