2021 Pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif Berbasis Aplikasi Android Untuk Orangtua Dalam Intervensi Keterampilan Berbahasa Siswa Tunarungu
Hambatan kemampuan berbahasa siswa tunarungu berpengaruh terhadap banyak aspek kehidupannya. Pengaruh hambatan tersebut bisa diminimalkan dengan memberikan intervensi keterampilan berbahasa sedini mungkin, dalam hal ini peran orangtua yang paling utama. Namun kenyataannya sebagian besar orangtua belum melakukan intervensi keterampilan berbahasa saat berada di rumah. Terkait kondisi tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia interaktif berbasis aplikasi android bagi orangtua untuk intervensi keterampilan berbahasa siswa tunarungu. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D Thiagarajan meliputi define, design, develop dan disseminatedilaksanakan sampai tahap develop (pengembangan produk). Teknik pengumpulan datanya meliputi data proses pengembangan dengan teknik validasi ahli media dan ahli materi tunarungu. Kualitasdan kelayakanproduk ditentukan dari hasil analisis skor validasi ahli. Hasil dari validator media sebesar 4, 2 dan validator materi sebesar 3, 85. Setelah dikonversikan dengan skor kategori kelayakan maka multimedia interaktif berbasis aplikasi android untuk orangtua dalam intervensi keterampilan berbahasa siswa tunarungu termasuk kategori “sangat layak” untuk media dan “layak” untuk materi. Sehingga media ini dapat digunakan orang tua untuk pendampingan intervensi pengembangan keterampilan berbahasa anak tunarungu secara kontinyu agar anak tunarungu dapat menggunakan bahasa lebih efektif di lingkungan rumahnya. 2021 Pengembangan Alat Pengukur Suhu Tubuh dan Sanitasi Tangan Otomatis yang Ramah Disabilitas Untuk Mencegah Penularan Covid-19
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan alat pengukur suhu tubuh dan sanitasi tangan otomatis yang ramah disabilitas untuk mencegah penularan Covid-19. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan, yaitu mengembangkan prototip alat pengukur suhu tubuh dan sanitasi tangan otomatis yang ramah disabilitas. Penelitian ini mengadaptasi pendekatan ADDIE dengan lima tahapan, yaitu Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation. Tahapan yang dilaksanakan pada penelitian ini sampai tahapan ketiga, dengan rincian sebagai berikut.(1) Analisis kebutuhan (pengumpulan informasi) melalui focus group discussion (FGD) untuk identifikasi kebutuhan penyandang disabilitas dan stakeholder terkait alat pengukur suhu tubuh dan sanitasi tangan otomatis.(2) Desain, yaitu membuat konsep produk alat pengukur suhu tubuh dan sanitasi tangan otomatis ramah disabilitas yang akan dikembangkan. Disabilitas yang disasar dalam penelitian ini adalah penyandang hambatan penglihatan dan pendengaran. Spesifikasi umum antara lain: memiliki sensor infrared serta mampu mengeluarkan suara dan visual untuk memandu penyandang disabilitas (3) Pengembangan produk, yaitu merancang produk alat pengukur suhu tubuh dan sanitasi tangan otomatis yang ramah disabilitas berdasarkan desain yang telah dibuat pada tahap sebelumnya. 2021 EDUCATIONAL GAME SMART WORD COMMUNICATION MEDIA FOR AUTISTIC CHILDREN
This study aims to test the validity of communication learning media for children with autism in everyday life. This research method uses the development of the Thiagarajan 4D model which is applied in three stages, namely: definition, design, and development. Development products in the form of a smart word education game are equipped with instructions and objectives for their feasibility testing, limited to validity tests from material experts, media experts, and special education and testing experts. The results show that the smart word educational game product is suitable for use because it has been validated by material experts, a percentage of 76% is obtained with the criteria

2021 PETA PROBLEMATIKA DAN ALTERNATIF SOLUSI PENGUATAN KERJASAM PERGURUAN TINGGI DI INDONESIA PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID 19
Kerjasama stake holder, merupakan kebutuhan perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan mutu Tri Dharma. Kemitraan dalam negeri dan luar negeri, merupakan indikator kualitas perguruan tinggi secara nasional maupun internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan problematika kerjasama Perguruan Tinggi, solusi yang ditempuh Perguruan Tinggi dalam menguatkan kerjasama dalam masa pandemi covid 19 dan penguatan kerjasama Perguruan Tinggi pasca Pandemi Covid 19. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain strategi inqury. Hasil dari penelitian ini dalam memetakan problematika kerjasama yaitu 1) terbatasnya tatap muka secara langsung 2) terbatasnya kegiatan kerjasama internasional 3) tervariasinya standar operasional prosedur kerjasama antar lembaga. Solusi yang ditempuh 1) menguatkan kerjasama dalam masa pandemic 2) menerapkan prosedur daring 3) melakukan perencanaan yang matang 4) keterampilan menguasai IT. Pola penguatan kerjasama 1) faktor motivasi kerjasama 2) Pergeseran nilai etika 3) Cara inovatif untuk kerjasama. Kesimpulannya bahwa tetap terjalin proses kerjasama perguruan tinggi namun dilakukan dengan daring dan perencanaan yang matang.

2020 Learning For Students With Hearing Impairment In Inclusive Class On Sensorimotor Development Course
Hearing impairment has implications in learning due to the difficulty to hear and understand conversations. The purpose of this study was to describe learning for students with hearing impairments in inclusive class on Sensorimotor Development Course. This research was a qualitative research with a single case study research design. The study was conducted at Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Research subjects were student with hearing impairment, lecturer, volunteer, and classmate in inclusive class on Sensorimotor Development Course. Data collection techniques were in-depth interviews and observation. Data validity technique was triangulation. Data were analyzed based on the Miles & Huberman Flow Model which included three processes, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results showed that learning for students with hearing impairments in inclusive class on Sensorimotor Development Course needs to consider the following:(1) seating placement,(2) optimization of visual information,(3) modification of teaching,(4) volunteer support, and (5) teamwork.

2020 The Actualization of Ki Hajar Dewantara's Character Values at the Center for Local Wisdom: Developing Educational Sciences at Unesa’s Faculty of Education
Universitas Negeri Surabaya’s (Unesa) Faculty of Education hopes that its graduates will have superior character values and try to do their best for their God, themselves and their environment. The Optimization of students' self potential should refer to the character values by Ki Hajar Dewantara. The sermons of Ki Hajar Dewantara's behavior are including:(1) Neng means silent that is the inner peace,(2) Ning means clear which refers to the clear mind,(3) Nung means strong and refers to ability and (4) Nang means win and deserves for their efforts. The four values of Ki Hajar's personality can be translated into values that must be possessed by educators, education personnel and educated people. These values are,(1) exemplary: ing ngarsa sung tulada;(2) motivation: ing madya mangun karsa;(3) supporting and believing the subordinates: tut wuri handayani. All of these three values are considered as the among system in its implementation on educational sector. Data were collected using: questionnaire, observation, interview and documents. Data were analyzed using the flow analysis by Milles and Huberman. The results of the study show that (1) lecturers' behavior in implementing education with the among systems at UST Yogyakarta in building character has been internalized in lecturers, administrative staff and students which reflected in campus life based on the Tamansiswa principle. 2020 Improving the Number-Concept Recognition of Children Wth Autistic Spectrum Disorder Using Modified Abacus
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of abacus modification media on the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This study used a research approach that combines quantitative and qualitative approaches, with the type of pre-experiment research with the One Group Pre-test-Post-test research design. Data collected were obtained from written tests and observations. The findings reported that there was an increase in the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) after being treated 8 times with modified abacus media. This is evidenced by the results of the pre-test the ability to recognize the concept of numbers which is still low, then after being given treatment with modified abacus media, the post-test results showed an increase. It can be concluded that modified abacus media is effective in improving the ability to recognize number concepts in children with ASD.

2020 The Implementation of the Emotion Regulation Therapy for Students With Intellectual Disabilities
The aim of this research was describing the effect of the emotion regulation therapy in reducing the aggressive behavior among students with intellectual disabilities in the special senior high school. This research implemented the Single Subject Research design. Moreover, observations were implemented to collect data. Results reported that in the pre-test the average of aggressive behaviors showed by students on the 40 minutes period was 45 seconds with an average frequency of 10 times, while during the post-test average of aggressive behaviors performed by students on the 40 minutes period was 30 seconds with an average frequency of 6 times Therefore it can be said that after being given an emotion regulation therapy program, students with intellectual disabilities could regulate their aggressive behaviors appropriately.

2020 Indigenus Inclusive Education Concept Base on Ki Hadjar Dewantara Values and Dysontogenesis Vygotsky Theory
The conceptualization of inclusive education more practical level than its basic concept. The purpose of this study is to dissect and trace Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s values and Vygotsky's dysontogenesis theory in the implementation of inclusive education. The research design used was ethnographic qualitative research. This ethnographic research used data collection methods:(1) Study of Vygotsky's theory documents,(2) Focus group disscussion,(3) Questionnaire to teachers, and policy makers. The results of the analysis of the position of Vygotsky's theory in the implementation of inclusive education in the concept of the dysontogenesis are focused on how children construct knowledge according to their culture and ways. The dysontogenesis concept which focuses on positive differentiation emerged around 1993 which in Indonesia itself had been developed by Ki Hadjar Dewantara in 1913-1919 the emphasis was on teaching according to the nature of the child. Ki Hadjar's philosophy is heavily influenced by Maria Montessori's thoughts which emphasize the value of children's independent activities and the importance of children's growth as individuals.
