2020 MENGURANGI KECANDUAN MEDIA SOSIAL SISWA DI SMAN 1 DRIYOREJO
Perilaku kecanduan media sosial adalah perilaku kurang kontrol dalam menggunaka media sosial yang mengakibatkan konsentrasi dalam belajar menurun, tidur larut malam, dan kurang dalam berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang sudah dilakukan, terdapat empat siswa yang memiliki kecanduan media sosial yang tinggi di SMAN 1 Driyorejo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konseling kelompok dengan startegi self management dapat mengurangi kecanduan media sosial di kelas XI SMAN 1 Driyorejo.Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan model pendekatan Single Subject Design AB dengan jumlah empat orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis dalam kondisi baseline dan intervensi. Hasil dari analisis yang sudah dilakukan oleh peneliti pada level stabilitas menunjukkan bahwa pada subyek TTP pada fase baseline (A) sebesar 85% menjadi 50% pada fase intervensi intervensi (B), subyek CSD pada fase baseline (A) sebesar 85% menjadi 50% pada fase intervensi intervensi (B), subyek SL pada fase baseline (A) sebesar 85% menjadi 50% pada fase intervensi (B), dan subyek RWA pada fase baseline (A) sebesar 85% tetap 85% pada fase intervensi (B).

2020 Development of Emotion Management Model for Parents Worker on Facing “Study from Home”
The Parent problems since the social distancing period which they were applied the policy of working from home and studying at home. The work at home policy applies to ASN and several companies, while the home study policy applies to all levels of education in East Java. With this policy parents are required to be able to assist their children in learning at home. Working parents have additional activities besides their regular work activities, which are to become teachers in helping their children to learn, especially at the kindergarten and elementary school levels, because at this level many learning tasks/activities require full parental assistance so that they often experience emotional upheaval that is different from usually. The purpose of this study is to develop a media that is able to help parents work in managing their emotions when accompanying their children in their home study activities. The media are guidelines for the emotional management model and video models for emotional management. This media was developed until the small group test and ready to be tested in large groups. The results of the media expert’s test of the resulting product were 97% for the emotion management model guide, 95% for the animation video for the emotion management model, and 100% for the emotion management model video. The results of the material expert test on the resulting product were 78, 16% for the emotion management model guide, 91, 67% for the animation video for the emotion management model, and 81, 67% for the emotion management model video. 2020 Relational bullying in religious school at the senior high school level
Relational bullying is an act of systematic weakening and can happen anywhere, including religious schools at the senior high school level. This study included a qualitative study with informants, students who were victims, guidance and counseling teachers. Data collection method is observation, interview and documentation. Data analyst is descriptive. The results of the research show that the forms of relational bullying include looking cynically, looking full of threats, silencing, isolating, looking down, looking down, and pouting. The feelings of the perpetrators after committing an act of bullying relational some feel pleasure and some feel ordinary. The situation of relational bulying is during empty hours, breaks and no teachers are done in the classroom and outside the classroom. Psychological effects of relational bullying such as victims feeling stressed, mental disorders, inferiority, heartache, sadness, anxiety, and frustration. Factors that cause relational bullying are peer relationships, internal/personal factors of the perpetrators, have been victims, revenge with victims, victims are quiet children, want to find pleasure, seek attention and seek recognition in their environment. The role of school counselors is in dealing with relational bullying behavior with Classical Guidance and individual counseling services.

2020 Improving Political Behavior Through Group Counseling Services with Sociodrama Techniques in Schools
Sociodrama technique is a method of role-playing learning to solve problems related to social phenomena. The use of sociodrama techniques in this study is to improve the polite behavior of students through group guidance services. This study uses action research, with two cycles, namely cycle 1 and 2, each of which has two meetings and at each meeting allocates 40 minutes. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation to determine the level of politeness of students in the implementation of group guidance services in school. The subjects of the study were ten students from grade 8th, Unesa Middle School who had problems in their polite behavior. Based on the observations of students in both cycles, there is an increase in the politeness of students, including good criteria in the implementation of group guidance services using Sociodrama techniques. After the implementation of the first cycle, it can be seen that there is a 63% change in students' behavior which means it shows the politeness behavior of students in the Good Criteria. 2020 How to Make Online Learning Effective and Enjoyable? Using Google Classroom With Video and Learning Management One Day Active Learning
Covid-19 virus that has caused the pandemic in Indonesia and has affected the education aspect and required abrupt changes into online learning. Changing to online learning, however, are having several obstacles, including in teaching learning process, psychological problems, and technical challenges. This Research and Development Study uses Analysis, Design, Creation, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) method to develop online learning through Google Classroom so that learning can be easily applied, stress minimized, and the use of internet resources can be saved. The study was conducted in Darullughah Wal Karomah MA and MTs, with 6 teachers as the participant. The finding shows that Fun and effective learning is learning done by uploading fun learning videos so that students can finally understand them in full. Additionally, through one-day active learning in online learning management, students can save on Internet cap, and can easily continue learning. This is evidenced by the increasing mastery, performance, level of learning, and retention of students, as well as declining self-esteem, somatic, depression, and aggression, as well as declining expenditure on Internet use.

2020 The Psychological Condition of Student in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era
The Covid-19 pandemic is sweeping the world. Change cannot be avoided, including in the world of education. Changes from various systems make researchers intend to determine the psychological resilience of students during a pandemic. There is a change that occurs suddenly whether it will affect the psychological condition of students. This research uses descriptive survey method. This study uses the (Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale) DASS-42 instrument to measure levels of depression, anxiety, and stress. Based on the results of the DASS-42 analysis, students had very severe impairment of 6.67 percent, severe 11.33 percent, moderate 25.67 percent, mild 15 percent, and normal 41 percent. Stress data experienced by students are as follows; very severe as much as 0.33 percent, severe 3 percent, moderate 7 percent, mild 15 percent, and normal 74.67 percent. On the other hand, the students’ depression level was not that different from the stress level, namely: normal level depression was 76 percent, mild 10 percent, moderate 8.33 percent, severe 4 percent, and very severe 1.33 percent. So it can be concluded that students experience higher anxiety than stress and depression. The level of depression in students was higher than the level of stress experienced by students. These data indicate the need for an appropriate approach to dealing with students’ psychological conditions.

2020 Penerapan Konseling Kelompok Dengan Teknik Shaping Untuk Meningkatkan Tanggung Jawab Belajar Pada Siswa Kelas VIII Di UPT SMP Negeri 29 Gresik
Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru BK dan melakukan penyebaran angket tanggung jawab belajar kepada 100 siswa kelas VIII yang menunjukkan 25% siswa UPT SMP Negeri 29 Gresik mengalami tanggung jawab belajar yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar siswa melalui konseling kelompok dengn teknik shaping yang didalamnya diberikan reinforcement untuk mempertahankan perilaku baru yang muncul. Munculnya penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi yaitu, 1) tidak ada niat mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru secara jujur, 2) siswa kurang memanfaatkan waktu belajar dengan baik dan benar. Belajar harus dilakukan dengan rasa tanggung jawab agar hasil yang diperoleh dapat memuaskan diri dan menjadi kebanggan diri pribadi. Melalui teknik shaping diharapkan dapat meningktkan tanggung jawab belajar siswa. Kategori dalam penelitian ini yaitu peneltiaan kuantitatif pre-experimental dengan one group pretest and post-test design. Metode pengumpulan data melalui angket tanggung jawab belajar siswa. Subjek dalam penilitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-B di UPT SMP Negeri 29 Gresik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic non-parametrik dengan metode uji Paired Sample t Test. Berdasarkan dari hasil uji Paired Sample t Test, diketahui nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,035 lebih kecil dari 0, 05 dapat dikatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. 2020 Hubungan Self-Esteem dan Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Motivasi Berprestasi Pada Peserta Didik Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 30 Surabaya
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masalah pada prestasi peserta didik, dimana peserta didik memiliki pencapaian prestasi yang rendah sehingga seringkali nilai akademiknya tidak sesuai harapan. Fenomena ini merujuk pada rendahnya tingkat motivasi berprestasi disertai dengan beberapa faktor lain pada peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 30 Surabaya. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan adakah hubungan antara self-esteem dan dukungan keluarga dengan motivasi berprestasi peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian terdiri dari 209 peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 30 Surabaya. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Kendall’s Tau untuk dua variabel dan korelasi Kendall’s W untuk tiga variabel. Hasil dari analisis data korelasi kendall’s tau antara self-esteem dengan motivasi berprestasi menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,848 dan taraf signifikasi sebesar 0,000, dukungan keluarga dengan motivasi berprestasi sebesar 0,797 dan taraf signifikasi 0,000 serta self-esteem dengan dukungan keluarga sebesar 0,817 dan taraf signifikasi 0,000. Hasil analisis Kendall’s W secara bersama-sama antara tiga variabel menunjukkan nilai signifikasi 0,000 dan kefisien korelasinya 0,788 yang menunjukkan bahwa self-esteem dan dukungan keluarga secara bersama-sama berhubungan secara signifikan dengan motivasi berprestasi.
