The Halo BK program is an online or online-based guidance and counseling service activity that is packaged in the VOS Podcast discussion technique by utilizing Youtube TV, VOS radio, and VOS TV media. The Halo BK program provides various information and assistance on personal, social, learning, and career aspects and helps students identify themselves (self-concept), get to know the environment, and plan for the future. The research method uses qualitative research, with the type of literature study. The objectives of the Halo BK program are:(1) Helping students gain an understanding of the information provided,(2) Helping students use the information to help solve problems,(3) Helping students become more independent,(4) Helping students to think positive and objective in adapting to their environment,(5) Helping students to be able to make decisions,(6) Helping students being able to direct themselves according to their needs (7) Helping students being able to actualize themselves.

2022 Experiential Learning Sebagai Teknik Bimbingan Klasikal Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Karier Siswa
Career understanding is considered very important to prepare professional planning according to talents and interests to determine future job choices. This study aimed to measure the effectiveness of the classical experiential learning method in improving students' career understanding. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an equivalent time series design research design. The study results show that the experiential learning method of classical guidance services is proven effective in increasing students' career understanding. After having a good understanding of careers, students are expected to be able to develop a career plan and choice and be able to realize it in real action.

2022 Improving Students Learning Strategy Trough Mobile Counselling Online Application
This study aims to implement an online guidance and counselling service-based mobile counselling online application (MCO) to make it easier for students to recognize their learning potential and create effective learning strategies. Quantitative and qualitative data collection methods simultaneously compare the presence or absence of convergence, difference, or combination. The results of multivariate statistical analysis showed differences in self-efficacy and achievement between students who used online guidance and counselling services and those who used face-to-face guidance and counselling services. The MCO application results effectively increase the linkage of their learning potential with learning styles. They help develop, select, and plan effective learning strategies with individual and individual characteristics. The MCO application during the COVID-19 pandemic is an alternative for unlimited guidance and counselling services that can be anytime and with anyone.© 2022 Fahyuni et al.

2022 Teknik Self-Regulated Learning untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Self-Regulated Learning dan Kemandirian Belajar Siswa dalam Situasi Belajar Online Covid 19
Kemampuan self regulated learning dan kemandirian belajar diperlukan bagi manusia sepanjang hidupnya. Namun, peserta didik SMP Sunan Ampel Porong belum memiliki kemandirian belajar optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan self regulated learning dan meningkatkan kemandirian belajar peserta didik SMP Sunan Ampel Porong dalam situasi pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid-19, melalui penerapan Teknik self regulated learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen, metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian non-equivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Tingkat keefektifan teknik self-regulated learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan self-regulated learning dan kemandirian belajar peserta didik berada pada kategori tinggi. Penggunaan teknik self regulated learning cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan self regulated learning dan kemandirian belajar,(2) tingkat kemampuan self-regulated learning peserta didik meningkat secara signifikan setelah dibimbing melalui teknik self-regulated learning berada pada kategori tinggi. Terdapat peningkatan secara signifikan pada skor hasil kemampuan self regulated learning peserta didik kelompok eksperimen atau yang diberikan teknik self regulated learning, dan (3) tingkat kemandirian belajar peserta didik meningkat secara signifikan setelah dibimbing melalui teknik self-regulated learning berada pada kategori tinggi. Title of Community Service: Mental Health Education to Develop Interest in Sports in the “Young and Young Work” Community Group, Kedungsari Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency. Determining the level of psychological well-being of a youth can be seen through how they express themselves when participating in sports activities organized by the “Muda Mudi Berkarya” community group. This is evidenced by the fact that almost all young people are less enthusiastic when carrying out sports activities organized by the “Muda Mudi Berkarya” community group. Therefore, it is important to look at the relationship between youth interest in sports and psychological well-being. Psychological well-being can increase the interest of young people assisted by the Young Mudi Berkarya community group in the field of sports.

2022 Computer Assisted Instruction as a Media for Understanding Cultural Diversity
Computer Assisted Instruction as media for Understanding Cultural Diversity contains the cultural diversity concept in Indonesia, equipped with interesting video and animation that can easily understand by student. The purpose of the research is to produce Computer Assisted Instruction as a computer-based that meet the acceptability criteria. This research use Borg&Gall development model. The results of the qualitative assessment of 2 material and media expert and potential user the result were 90.15% from media experts, 89, 6% from material experts and 89.17% from potential users all of the result have criteria “very good, no need to be revised”. Based the results of the quantitative assessment, it can be concluded that Computer Assisted Instruction and Media of Cultural Understanding as media for understanding cultural diversity for students meets the acceptability criteria.

2022 Expressive Writing Diary Book To Improve Self-Adjustment
The purpose of the study was to create a media expressive writing diary book as a way to improve the adjustment of seventh grade students at SMP A. Wahid Hasyim Jombang. The research method used is the type of development research with the Borg & Gall (1983) model which has 10 steps, namely: 1) research and information collection,(2) planning,(3) product format development,(4) initial trial,(5) product revision,(6) field trial,(7) product revision,(8) field test,(9) final product revision, and (10) dissemination and implementation. However, with limited time, the researcher only reached stage 5. The results of the material expert test were 88.23%, the media expert test was 92.8%, and the prospective user expert test was 78.33% so that the overall criteria were very good., does not need to be revised and good, does not need to be revised. The results of the prototype media expressive writing diary book are in the form of a diary with an A5 size which has sections, namely: motivation sheet, work instructions, what your response, chapter 1 which contains work instructions sheet, how you feel right now, draw your expression, mood tracker, reflection sheet. Followed by chapter 2 which contains a work instruction sheet, let's to be honest, a reflection sheet. Next is chapter 3 which contains the work instruction sheet, to do list and goals, reflection sheet followed by the author's biography.

Bingo Game Media to Explore The Aptitudes and Interests of The Third-Grade Students at Mts Nurul Islam Pungging-Mojokerto. The study aims to develop a product in the form of bingo game media to explore the aptitudes and interests of the third-grade students at MTs Nurul Islam Pungging-Mojokerto who met the acceptability criteria. This study uses Borg and Gall's (2008) research and development (R&D) method, which is only carried out until the fifth stage due to limited costs, power, and time. The five stages are research and data collection, planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, and main product revision. 2022 Pelatihan Penulisan Artikel Jurnal Nasional Bagi Guru SMP Surabaya
Penulisan artikel jurnal nasional yang dilakukan oleh Guru maih terbilang kecil. Berbagai upaya pemangku kebijakan dari pengaturan regulasi peraturan pemerintah hingga mengadakan berbagai kegiatan dan sosialisasi jurnal. Secara langsung maupun tidak langsung penulisan artikel ilmiah memberikan dampak yang cukup besar bagi seorang profesionalisme terutama guru. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan Pelatihan Penulisan Artikel Jurnal Nasional Bagi Guru SMP Surabaya. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan ecara Daring. Media yang digunakan adalah power point dan praktik membuat akun dan submite secara langsung pada jurnal nasional. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitain ini sebanyak 15 artikel guru terpublikasi pada jurnal nasional dalam kegiatan ini, selain itu terdapat pula peningkatan pemahaman guru SMP tentang publikasi di jurnal nasional.

2022 P PELATIHAN PENCEGAHAN ADIKSI GAME PADA GURU BK SMP SE KOTA BATU:-
This training aims to improve the competence of counselors in preventing game addiction in students with collaborative guidance. This solution was taken due to the phenomenon of increasing this training using the game addiction method, especially as technology develops and the covid 19 pandemic period. The training stages begin with material presentation, model demonstration, supervision and evaluation practices. The subjects of the training were 47 teachers of guidance and counseling throughout the city of Batu. The data collection method is self report. The self report contains the experience of practicing collaborative guidance, the chosen form of guidance, the stages of guidance and evaluation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of the training show an increase in competence in mastering academic and professional competencies in preventing game addiction with collaborative guidance. Evaluation results show that training is considered very useful 54.2%, 45.8% useful. Participants' views on the team's ability to provide training and coaching are 37.5% mastery, 62.5% mastery. Furthermore, ongoing training activities such as family counseling for the prevention of game addiction can be carried out.
