2022 Pengembangan Model Psikoedukasi Berbasis Self Management untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Pengelolaan Waktu
Pembelajaran jarak jauh di era pandemi telah berlangung lebih dari satu tahun. Berbagai permasalahan mulai ditata baik dari sistem mikro hingga makro. Pembelajaran tatap maya dengan berbagai pola yang diterapkan di sekolah menghasilkan banyak perubahan. Peran ganda siswa kini mulai dilakukan siwa yakni: membuka usaha onlineshop, youtuber, gamer. Perubahan kebiasaan siswa di masa pembelajaran Daring (Dalam Jaringan) perlu diimbangi dengan pola pengaturan diri baik dari segi waktu dan prioritas dalam menentukan kegiatan. Penelitain ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan metode kelompok psikoedukasi untuk meningkatkan management diri siswa. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian pengembangan. Peneliti berharap model psikoedukasi ini dapat diterapkan oleh guru BK (Bimbingan dan Konseling) di sekolah sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mengoptimalisasi potensi peserta didik. Hasil penialain Uji ahli pada aspek kelayakan isi memiliki skor 100%, kelayakan bahasan 100%, kelayakan kegrafikan 88%, dan kelayakan kepraktisan 97%. Berdasarkan keempat kriteria dan hasil tersebut dikategorikan sangat baik dan tidak perlu revisi.

2022 Pembelajaran Online Pasca Pandemi Covid 19: Identifikasi Masalah Pembelajaran Daring
Lebih dari satu tahun pandemi covid 19 berlangsung. Proses pembelajaran online sudah mulai tertata. Sistem pembelajaran online selayknya mulai lebih baik. Berbagai metode pembelajaran mulai diterapkan agar pembelajaran online mampu mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Namun, pembeljaran online di masa pandemic masih memilikk beberapa permasalahan baik secara teknis maupun non teknis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan pembelajaran online dari sudut pandang mahasiswa dan dosen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui kuesionaer yang disebarkan secara online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa dan dosen FIP-Unesa. Sampel diambil melalui nonprobability sampling teknik cluster sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 481 mahasiswa dan 73 dosen. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya permasalahan yang tergolong sedang pada aspek pedagogic dan standar teknis ketersediaan perangkat, serta komitment pada mahasiswa. Hasil berbeda didaat pada dosen yang hanya memiliki permasalahan pada aspek pedagogic.

2022 MANAJEMEN PEMASARAN LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN TINGGI DALAM PENERIMAAN MAHASISWA BARU DI UNIVERSITAS ISLAM LAMONGAN
Competition in college became inevitable in modern times. In an effort to meet the community's need for further education, several universities compete with each other to get new students. Therefore, universities must use effective marketing management. This study aims to analyze the marketing management of Lamongan Islamic University in maintaining competition by increasing the amount of students from year to year. The results of this study include:(1) implementing marketing management measures through market identification, market segmentation, and product differentiation.(2) in the application of marketing, it is carried out in two ways, namely internal marketing and external marketing.(3) the obstacles faced in the implementation of marketing are the presence of state universities that are starting to enter the region and there are competitors who use similar marketing strategies, thus influencing prospective students in choosing the services to be selected. The results of this study are the marketing of educational services in higher education is very influential in an effort to increase the number of students. With marketing activities in educational services, prospective students can find out information about the products and services offered, so that prospective students can make decisions about choosing a place to study.

2022 High School Students’ Self-Regulated Learning and Academic Procrastination Level in Blended Learning Model: A Correlation Analysis
The Covid-19 pandemic causes teachers to conduct limited face-to-face learning with online and offline (blended learning), impacting students’ low self-regulated learning (SRL) and high academic procrastination (AP). This study aims to describe students’ SRL and AP levels in the blended learning model and examine the relationship of them. Eight hundred thirty students of Senior High School in Ngoro Mojokerto, Indonesia, qualified as participants and provided responses to the SRL scale and AP scale instruments in the google form format distributed through the online student class platform. By analyzing the data descriptively and testing the Pearson product-moment correlation, the findings of this study said that 1). the level of SRL in senior high school students is the most dominant in the moderate category, 2). the level of AP in senior high school students is the most dominant in the moderate category. 3). there is a significant and negative correlation between SRL and AP in the blended learning model of senior high school students. The correlation results show that the lower the SRL level of senior high school students, the higher level of student AP. The research results suggest that 1) the survey of SRL and AP levels of senior high school students needs to be investigated on a larger scale; 2) researchers and teachers need to increase SRL and reduce AP in students through developmental research and various counseling models and approaches.

2022 Online Multicultural Guidance and Counseling Based On Islamic Boarding Schools with the Utilization of Hand Sanitizer
In the new normal era, students lived in Islamic boarding schools. In the COVID-19 with a high number of corona positives, it was necessary to be prepared with the health protocol. Students take classical guidance exercises on the topic of living assignments to make peace with COVID-19. The material will be developed online which is easily accessed by students. The multicultural guidance method is carried out using a classical model with the topic of assignments. Data collection was carried out on 17 children who live in Islamic boarding schools. Ages 13-20 years are junior high school and senior secondary level. Data collection using observation and assessment. The counselor is a direct participant who is involved with the students in their daily lives at the Islamic boarding school who makes direct observations. Data collection was also carried out using observation sheets when assignments were made presentations every week for 8 meetings. Multicultural guidance can improve students' skills to accept reality with a sincere, attitude and help others to adhere to each other's health protocols, use masks, wash hands frequently, hand sanitizers, keep a distance by maintaining immunity.

2022 Peran Guru sebagai Model, Inspirasi dan Motivator Ramah Budaya untuk Membimbing Siswa di Sekolah Dasar
Bimbingan dan konseling ramah budaya bertujuan meningkatkan peran dan kompetensi guru dalam Bimbingan dan Konseling Multibudaya (BKM). Kegiatan diikuti oleh guru dari SD Namira Kraksaan Probolinggo selama 6 bulan, mulai bulan Juni-Nopember 2022 secara luring dan daring. Kegiatan luring dilakukan dengan praktik langsung membimbing siswa dan melakukan diskusi untuk refleksi kegiatan. Kegiatan daring secara online melalui zoom meeting untuk kolaborasi dan koordinasi, diskusi dan supervisi penugasan kepenulisan ramah budaya. Para guru menjadi model siswa belajar ramah budaya, inspirator dan motivator bagi siswa. Guru menjadi model perilaku sopan santun, adil dan jujur. Budaya antri, praktik jual beli, meletakkan sesuatu pada tempatnya dengan rapi serta disiplin belajar. Pelaksanaan bimbingan ramah budaya membangun kompetensi guru SD Namira menerapkan toleransi terhadap keberagaman, memahami latar belakang sosial budaya yang berbeda sehingga tercapai lingkungan sekolah ramah budaya. Selama praktik bimbingan, guru melakukan disiplin kelas, diskusi dan pendampingan dengan ahli, mendiskusikan pelaksanaan serta refleksi. Guru menulis hasil latihan langsung dan refleksi praktik untuk membuat buku panduan ramah budaya. Penugasan ini mampu meningkatkan kesadaran guru sebagai model, inspirasi dan motivator ramah budaya bagi siswa. Guru menyadari peran sebagai pembimbing, manajer perilaku budaya, pendidik serta konselor bagi siswa sekolah dasar.

2021 Adolescent Psychological Pressure Trends in the Pandemic Covid 19
During the Covid 19 pandemic, there were some drastic changes. Social and educational change. This study aims to identify the psychological condition of adolescents. The instrument used was the DASS (Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale). The population in this study were adolescents aged 12 to 21 years from secondary school to undergraduate levels. The sampling technique used in this study was stratified sampling. Data is analyzed using descriptive statistics The results of data analysis showed that of all respondents, the worst psychological condition was sensitivity. As many as 63.2 percent of respondents experienced disorders ranging from mild, moderate, severe to very severe. Meanwhile, the psychological conditions of stress and depression were in the category that was not worrying, namely 35.1 percent of respondents who experienced depression and stress which ranged from mild, moderate, severe and very severe categories. Meanwhile, 74.1 percent was categorized as normal.

2021 Potret Evaluasi Program Bimbingan dan Konseling di Sekolah Menengah Atas
Evaluasi dalam pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling merupakan hal yang idealnya dilakukan oleh guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Prosedur evaluasi yang tepat akan memberikan banyak keuntungan bagi guru Bimbingan dan konseling. Evaluasi memberikan umpan balik kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengembangkan dan memperbaiki program. Evaluasi juga memberikan informasi kepada pimpinan tentang perkembangan peserta didik dan upaya perbaikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiamana proses evaluasi yang ada di SMA. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui prosedur nonprobability sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan keberagaman dalam proses evaluasi yang dilakukan sekolah menengah atas dibeberapa daerah. Terdapat 6 (enam) tipe evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah menengah atas. Hasil penelitian juga menggambarkan teknik evaluasi dan tujuan sekolah melakukan evaluasi. Harapan kami hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi untuk meningkatakan kualitas evaluasi pada pelayanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di Indonesia.

2021 Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Counseling in Resolving Post Traumatic Stress Disorders
Traumatic events are not impossible things in every human life. However, everyone has different coping in dealing with these situations. For some people who experience traumatic events and are unable to cope with the anxiety that arises, they will experience Post Traumatic Stress Desorder (PTSD). The effects of PTSD range from anxiety, insomnia, being unable to forget events, nightmares, and even suicide. This study aims to review counseling that can overcome PTSD problems, namely Eye Movement Desentization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This study uses a recent literature review of several articles on EMDR. Based on the review of the articles conducted, there are several important points, namely (1) the concept of EMDR in the application to overcome PTSD and (2) what are the implications of EMDR for overcoming PTSD. EMDR is one technique that is considered effective in overcoming PTSD problems. Concepts and procedures are discussed.
