2021 | The effect of instructional leadership on student’s active and learning outcomes | Instructional leadership is strategically used to improve the quality of learning. This leadership style is leadership oriented to improve the quality of learning. Instructional leadership policy becomes the parameter of the school in improving the quality of learners' learning outcomes. The purpose of the study was: to know and analyze the influence of instructional leadership models on improving learning activity on student learning outcomes. This research uses the quantitative research method. Data collection using research instruments by disseminating questionnaires using google form. The results of this study are:(1) there is an influence of the instructional leadership model on improving the activeness of learners' learning,(2) there is an influence of the instructional leadership model on learners' learning outcomes, and (3) there is an influence of instructional leadership on improving the activeness of learning and learning outcomes of learners. It can be concluded that instructional leadership is effective in improving the quality of learning. |

2021 | Metode Index Card Match untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menyusun Kalimat Tanya pada Peserta Didik Tunarungu | Penelitian ini merupakan upaya meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik tunarungu dalam menyusun kalimat tanya dengan metode index card match. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik tunarungu kelas VI yang terdiri dari 9 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dengan 2 siklus. Setiap siklusnya merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Adapun indikator keberhasilan dilihat dari KKM peserta didik 70 dan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 75% dari jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM 70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi metode index card match dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menyusun kalimat tanya pada peserta didik tunarungu. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil tes peserta didik saat pre test nilai rata-rata anak 45, 55 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 11%. Kemudian dimulai pada saat siklus 1 rata-rata nilai anak adalah 60 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 33%. Pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata anak adalah 81, 11 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 77, 78%. Setelah diketahui ketuntasan klasikal telah mencapai angka di atas 75% maka peneliti melakukan post tes dengan hasil rata-rata nilai anak mencapai 82, 22 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 100%. Peningkatan nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan menyusun kalimat tanya dengan metode index card match pada peserta didik kelas VI tunarungu SDLB Negeri Kedungkandang Kota Malang. 2021 | Superior School Management Based on Soft Skills. | This study aims to describe and analyze data related to soft skills-based superior school management with a multi-site study at schools. The research method used is qualitative. Through this method, the researcher hopes to present comprehensive data from planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating soft skills-based schools at SMAN 1 Sidoarjo and SMAN 15 Surabaya, Indonesia. 2021 | Way of Improving Learning Effectiveness on Educational Supervision Course in Covid-19 Pandemic: Development of E-Learning-Based Teaching Materials | This research is motivated by the need of the availability of teaching materials for students as supporters of online/virtual learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Availability of E-Learning-based teaching material is expected to overcome the problems faced by students, especially how they understand teaching material on the Educational Supervision Course. This study was designed to produce E-Learning-based teaching materials for Educational Supervision as an effort to improve the effectiveness of learning. Development of teaching materials for Educational Supervision course is using ADDIE Model with the steps to apply this model sequentially include:(1) analyze,(2) design,(3) development,(4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. 2021 | Curriculum Integration: Optimizing Multiple Intelligence of Children | This research described curriculum integration on optimizing multiple intelligence of early childhood education. This research was case study with qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The data were collected then analyzed and triangulated and member checked for validation. The results showed that children’s intelligence can be optimized by learning method integrated with tauhid values in every of six development aspect, moral and religious value, cognitive, language, physical-motor, social-emotional, and art. 2021 | Identifying School Principal Candidates’ Perception on Teacher’s Appointment as School Principal | In order to establish a successful school, prospective school principals' perceptions are crucial. Perception has an effect on school quality because it impacts reaction and decision-making. The aim of this study was to understand prospective school principals' perceptions of the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation Number 6 of 2018 concerning the Appointment of Teachers as School Principals, which was conducted using a quantitative approach through a survey of 77 prospective school principals from Central and East Java Provinces. 2021 | Investigating Virtual Learning on Students Learning Outcomes in Urban and Rural Areas | This study aims to investigate the implementation of virtual learning on students’ learning outcomes mediated by motivation and to compare its effectiveness between urban and rural areas. This study employed quantitative design, involved 362 students of Faculty of Education in UNESA. To determine the sample, it employed Solvin’ s formula. The data were collected by using three instruments, specifically Virtual Learning Effectiveness, Learning Outcomes, and Motivation. To see the difference of virtual learning on learning outcomes mediated by motivation based on student’ s location, path analysis was performed twice by separating the data into two kinds of groups. The first group contains student’ s data that lived in an urban area. The second group contains student’ s data that lived in a rural area. The findings of this research confirm that the virtual learning is effective to improve students’ learning outcomes which was mediated by motivation. In addition, it was found that the motivation of students from urban areas is higher than those from rural areas. It suggests that the native location of students influences their motivation. |

2021 | Sinom Fresh Herbal Drink Minuman Sehat Bagi Masyarakat Terdampak Pandemic Covid 19 | Jumlah pasien yang meninggal akibat terinfeksi virus Covid-19 mengalami peningkatan yang cukup besar. Data menunjukkan bahwa saat ini di Kabupaten Ponorogo terdapat: 19739 ODR; 198 OTG; 424 ODP; dan 24 CONFIRM. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19 ialah dengan menjaga kesehatan atau menjaga imunitas tubuh. Sinom merupakan minuman herbal tradisional telah dikenal luas dan dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk tujuan menyembuhkan penyakit ringan, mencegah datangnya penyakit, serta menjaga ketahanan dan kesehatan tubuh. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah membantu pemerintah dalam upaya pencegahan tersebarnya Virus Covid-19 dengan meningkatkan kesehatan warganya melalui konsumsi Sinom Fresh Herbal Drink yang didistribusikan kepada warga terdampak Covid-19 di Wilayah Ponorogo. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah melalui distribusi sinom, pemberdayaan mandiri produksi sinom melalui video tutorial dan pemberdayaan karang taruna dalam proses distribusi sinom.
