2021 Development of a Model Mobile Training Management to Improve Quality Outcome of Education and Training for Coastal Communities in East Java
This research aims to analyze the practicality of developing a mobile training management model to improve the quality of education and training outcomes for coastal communities in East Java at the Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic. This study uses a qualitative approach that is based on the philosophy of positivism. Research subjects are employees who are involved in the implementation of the training, management experts who are masters in their fields and understand the training activities. This development research uses three kinds of data collection methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The research procedure used development adapted from Borg and Gall. Based on the research analysis, it can be concluded that the development of a mobile training management model to improve the quality of the training results is practical. The practicality of the mobile training model is shown by a very good category of assessment responses by expert users of mobile training management model development product users and the audience. Then results of the product trial to the community received some input and suggestions on some of the findings of obstacles to the application of the model. This research implies that it can be used as a guideline by coastal communities to improve the quality of safety during shipping

2021 The Effect of Blended Learning Model with Telegram Application on Students’ Critical Thinking Ability and Learning Outcomes on Social Studies Subject at Elementary School
This study aimed to determine the effect of blended learning model with telegram application on students’ critical thinking skills and learning outcomes for social studies subjects at fifth grade of SDN Semambung Sidoarjo. The blended learning model with the telegram application was carried out online and offline; this also became a solution due to the covid-19 pandemic so that the learning process could still be carried out. This research was an experimental research with a pretest post test control group design. The subject of this research was the fifth grade students of SDN Semambung Sidoarjo. Data were collected through critical thinking ability test and learning outcomes tests. Furthermore, the data were tested by using validity and reliability tests, while the learning tools were tested by expert validation. Data analysis test was conducted through normality test and homogeneity test. The analytical technique used was t test. The results of this study indicated that (1) there was an effect of blended learning model with telegram application on the students’ critical thinking skills at fifth grade elementary school in social studies subject;(2) there was an effect of blended learning model with telegram application on the students’ learning outcomes at the fifth grade elementary school in social studies subject. For teachers who faced problems in implementing online learning accompanied by low critical thinking skills and students’ learning outcomes, it was recommended to use a blended learning model with telegram application.

2021 Pengembangan Media Peta Puzzle Berbasis Adobe Flash Dengan Pendekatan Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan tingkat kelayakan dan perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media peta puzzle berbasis adobe flash dengan pendekatan contextual teaching and learning (CTL) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS kelas IV di SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Education Research and Development (RnD) dan uji coba hasil belajar menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun ajaran 2019/2020 dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 siswa. Hasil validasi terhadap media pembelajaran memiliki kevalidan dan kelayakan yang cukup tinggi dengan memperoleh prosentase kevalidan 86%, hasil penilaian dari ahli isi materi memperoleh prosentase kevalidan seluruhnya 85%, hasil penilaian dari guru kelas IV atau ahli isi materi memperoleh prosentase kevalidan 90% dan hasil tanggapan atau respon pesera didik dilapangan memperoleh prosentase kevalidan seluruhnya 89%. Sedangkan tes hasil belajar peserta didik pretest yang mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 59 sedangkan posttest mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 89. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media peta puzzle berbasis adobe flash dengan pendekatan contextual teaching and learning (CTL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV.

2021 PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA GAME EDUKASI KINCIR PINTAR ASEAN MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN DARING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS VI SEKOLAH DASAR
Dalam menghadapi masa pandemi covid-19 seperti saat ini, salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan guru untuk memotivasi peserta didik agar rajin belajar adalah dengan menggunakan media yang menarik dalam proses pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring. Obervasi awal yang dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas VI di SDN Pucang 3, menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata anak usia sekolah dasar suka menghabiskan waktu untuk bermain game yang terdapat di dalam gawai pintar mereka. Peneliti tertarik untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang berbasis game edukasi. Media tersebut diberi nama “game edukasi kincir pintar”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media game edukasi kincir pintar dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan serta keefektivannya dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar IPS materi karakteristik geografis dan kondisi sosial, budaya, ekomomi dan politik negara ASEAN kelas VI Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN pucang 3 Kecamatan Sidoarjo Kabupaten Sidoarjo pada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2020-2021. Sampel penelitian yaitu kelas VIA sebagai kelas uji coba skala kecil (terbatas) dan kelas VIB sebagai kelas implementasi atau uji coba lapangan. Pengembangan media pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analize, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Dalam penelitian ini digunakan instrumen berupa lembar validasi, lembar pengamatan aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran, angket respon guru dan siswa terhadap media, angket motivasi belajar siswa, serta tes hasil belajar. This study aims to determine the principal's management strategy in improving the quality of graduates which includes three aspects, namely religious, academic, and moral. This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site design. The subjects in this study were principals, vice principals, teachers, and students at SMA Al Hikmah Surabaya, SMA Khadijah Surabaya, and SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya in Indonesia. The role of the headmaster's leadership in supporting the culture and quality of the school is very influential for the quality of the school. This leadership is oriented to how the role of the headmaster's leadership in supporting the interactive learning process, conducive schoolenvironment, cultured and quality community. The purpose of the research is:(1) describe how the role of the headmaster's leadership in supporting the culture of SMPK Angelus Custos II Surabaya (2) describes how the role of the headmaster's leadership in supporting the quality of SMPK Angelus Custos II Surabaya. This research uses Qualitative research method. Data collection using research instruments with participant observation methods, in-depth interviews, documentation and literature reviews. The results of this study are:(1) the role of the principal leadership at SMPK Angelus Custos II Surabaya in supporting the culture and quality of education is considered as an important element and optimal enough in determining the direction of school success.(2) The impact of the principal's support in improving the culture and quality of education at SMPK Angelus Custos II Surabaya is quite maximal. 2021 Management of Student with Special Needs in Inclusive Schools (Case Study in the State Junior High School 30 Surabaya and Alam Insan Mulia Junior High School Surabaya)
This study was conducted to determine the management of students with special needs in schools at State Junior High School 30 Surabaya and Alam Insan Mulia Junior High School Surabaya by paying attention to student management which includes:(a) student planning,(b) student coaching,(c) student evaluation and (d) student mutation. Based on the problems or case studies that occur, at State Junior High School 30 Surabaya and Alam Insan Mulia Junior High School Surabaya, the management of students with special needs has many problems such as a lack of cooperation between educators and inadequate management processes for students with special needs. The method used is qualitative research, with a type of case study because it aims to obtain in-depth data and information so that the aim is to determine the implementation of management for students with special needs. The subjects of this study were the principal, deputy principal of student affairs, school teachers, coordinator of inclusion, teachers and homeroom teachers as well as most students with special needs from each school. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was an interactive analysis model consisting of three components, namely data condensation, data triangulation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. 2021 Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Instruksional Terhadap Peningkatan Keaktifan Belajar dan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik
Kepemimpinan instruksional sangat strategis digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Gaya kepemimpinan ini berorientasi pada kepemimpinan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, kebijakan kepemimpinan instruksional menjadi parameter sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas hasil belajar peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian adalah: mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh model kepemimpinan instruksional, peningkatan Keaktifan belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian dengan menyebarkan kuisioner menggunakan google form. Hasil penelitian ini adalah:(1) ada pengaruh model kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap peningkatan keaktifan belajar peserta didik;(2) ada pengaruh model kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik; dan (3) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap peningkatan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan instruksional efektif meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.
