2022 Kompetensi Information and Communication Technology Utilization dan Job Enrichment/Job Enlargement Meningkatkan Kinerja Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan
The shift in working habits from home to returning to work in the office has resulted in significant changes that require readjustment. This study aims to analyze the competence of information and communication technology utilization and job enrichment/job enlargement on the performance of educators and education staff. This research uses the descriptive-correlational quantitative method. The approach in this research is made deductively. The data collection method used is primary data (directly). The instrument used is a questionnaire. The total population in this study were 114 respondents, while the sample was 95. The research sampling technique used proportional random sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results of this study are, first, ICT competence, job enrichment/job enlargement received by educators and education staff and the performance of educators and education personnel at the level of the ‘high’category. Second, there is an influence of ICT utilization competence on the performance of educators and education personnel in the era of the new average education. Third, there is the effect of job enrichment/job enlargement (JE/JE) on the performance of educators and education staff in the era of the new average education. 2022 Flipped Classroom Dalam Pembelajaran Life Skill Siswa Berkebutuhan Khusus
The flipped classroom learning strategy provides opportunities and support for students with special needs to construct knowledge, complete assignments, and learn life skills learning materials in a comfortable, independent atmosphere according to their potential and needs and through various media, including videos, books, and the internet. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the flipped classroom on improving the life skills of students with special needs. This research design is one group pre-test-post-test design. The research subjects were students with special needs at the Extraordinary High School in Surabaya. Data collection using performance tests. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon marked level test (match pairs test). The results showed that the life skills of students with special needs after implementing the flipped classroom were better than before learning with the flipped classroom. Based on the results of the analysis of research data with a significance level of 0.05, the results obtained Zh= 2.52 is greater than the Z table value of 1.96 (Zh> Zt). This means that there is an effect of the flipped classroom on the learning outcomes and life skills of special needs students.

2022 Analisis Pembelajaran Mandiri dalam Manajemen Pendidikan Islam
Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang kurikulum mandiri dalam proses pembelajaran. Kurikulum memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan karena mengacu pada arah, isi dan proses pendidikan yang pada akhirnya dapat menentukan jenis dan kualitas lulusan di lembaga tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Merdeka Learning bertujuan untuk mengembalikan kompetensi mengajar ke bentuk semula, sebagai waktu yang tepat untuk mewujudkan tujuan Pendidikan Nasional, mengembangkan pendidikan agama, spiritual, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia dan akhlak mulia. keterampilan untuk mencapai siswa memulihkan pendidikan.

2022 TUTORIAL PROGRAM INTERVENSI BELAJAR BERINTERAKSI ANAK DIFABEL USIA DINI BAGI PENDIDIK TAMAN KANAK-KANAK
Anak difabel usia dini yang dimaksudkan yaitu difabel netra, rungu, hambatan intelektual, daksa, autis, hiperaktif usia pra sekolah 5-6 tahun belajar di taman kanak-kanak. Secara psikologis karakteristik khas anak difabel usia dini untuk tingkat keantusiasan belum dimengerti maksudnya, terhadap yang dilihat, didengar, dan dirasakan dengan tidak mempunyai kemampuan adaptif yang memadai pada lingkungan. Tujuan ini adalah mendeskripsikan keterampilan tutorial program intervensi belajar berinteraksi anak difabel usia dini bagi pendidik TK. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan deskriptif melalui penilaian video hasil performance tutorial program intervensi belajar berinteraksi pendidik pada anak difabel usia dini di masing-masing Taman Kanak-Kanak. Hasil perolehan uji performance 20 pendidik TK yang memilih membelajarkan dalam aspek perkembangan seni 8 pendidik berpredikat sangat baik, 8 pendidik memilih membelajarkan untuk fisik motorik halus berpredikat sangat baik, dan 4 pendidik membelajarkan sosial emosional berpredikat baik. Artinya bahwa pemahaman keterampilan pendidik dengan memberikan cara tutorial program intervensi belajar berinteraksi berpotensi untuk menangani anak difabel usia dini yang belajar bersama anak regular di Taman Kanak-Kanak

2022 Internvention Effort for Individuals with Autism During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Children with autism spectrum disorders need interventions to deal with communication, social interaction, and behavior problems. The Covid-19 pandemic has prevented children with autism spectrum disorders from performing face-to-face interventions outside the home. This study aims to describe the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on individuals with autism spectrum disorders and to describe the intervention efforts of individuals with spectrum disorders during the Covid-19 outbreak. This study uses a systematic literature review consisting of three main phases, planning the review, conducting the review, and reporting the review, by analyzing 17 articles. The results show that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on children with autism is increased stress and anxiety. The cause of this anxiety stress is extreme routine changes that are difficult for children with autism spectrum disorders to experience. Some of the symptoms of behavioral changes as a result of this stress include anxiety, sleep disturbances, irritability, obsessions, impulsivity. Adolescents with autism spectrum disorders are also prone to depression. Therefore, intervention efforts that can be done are through telehealth (online health consultations and interventions), online learning, and family-based interventions with a variety of activities.

2021 Does Digital Readiness Influence Students' Competence?: Lesson from the Covid-19 Pandemic
This study examines the relationship between digital readiness and e-learning environment through the use of ICT based on the SAMR model of the competence of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) students in Mojokerto Regency. This research can provide solutions for ICT adoption in improving the quality of learning. Teachers can modify ICT according to learning topics and change ICT applications according to learning needs. Previous research on the use of UIS by schools has not been conducted. Because, in Indonesia, digital literacy has only been sporadically optimized during the COVID-19 pandemic. PLS-SEM was adopted to get a detailed understanding of the influence among variables. This research involved about 265 students of MAN Mojokerto. This finding shows that students' Competence in online learning is influenced by several digital readiness variables, e-learning environment, and use of ICT based on the SAMR model. In part, digital readiness impacts the formation of student competencies. Contrary to expectations, this study did not find a significant difference between digital readiness, e-learning environment, and ICT use based on the SAMR model to MAN students in Mojokerto Regency. These results imply that the condition and readiness of students in digital readiness, e-learning environment, and the application of the use of ICT based on the SAMR model can encourage the formation of student competencies.

2021 Pengaruh Pembelajaran Konstruktivistik dengan Metode Problem Solving Terhadap Kreativitas Siswa MAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh pembelajaran konstruktivistik dengan metode problem solving terhadap kreativitas siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian Quasi Control Group Design (Desain Grup Kontrol Quasi) dengan metode berjenis Quasi Experimental (penelitian eksperimen semu). Penelitian ini dilakasanakan di MAN Bangkalan yang berjumlah empat kelas yang masing-masing kelas berjumlah 37 siswa. Keseluruhan penelitian untuk kelas eksperimen berjumlah 74 siswa sedangkan kelas kontrol berjumlah 74 siswa sehingga jumlah keseluruhan dari seluruh kelas menjadi 148 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes tulis. Tes yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kreativitas siswa dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu normalitas, homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrument tes tulis. Untuk menguji pengaruh pembelajaran konstrutivistik dilakukan dengan dua analisa dengan uji beda dan uji t-test samples independent. Hasil dan analisis data yang diperoleh dengan nilai uji beda signifikansi denagn nilai sebesar 711, 54 dan kelas kontrol 54, 15. Kemudian hasil analisis yang diperoleh dari pengaruh pembelajaran konstruktivistik dengan metode problem solving terhadap kreativitas dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000< 0, 05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan setelah dilakukan uji t independent samples test bahwa pembelajaran konstruktivistik dengan metode problem solving berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas siswa.

2021 Validation of The Mobile Training Management to Improve The Quality Results Training
The success of the training can be seen from how the activation process takes place. One of them is by designing an innovative training model. This research aims to analyze results validation of the mobile training management model. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis in determining the level of validation of research instruments. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research to assess the level of validation of the research instrument. The sample of this research is the participants of basic level seafaring training at the Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic, the Director of the Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic, and local government employees related to mobile training activities. The research was analyzed based on results validation of the training and education management experts. The results reserach show that the mobile training model instrument is declared valid. Results of expert assessment from training management and managing education are categorized as good. This shows that the mobile training development model in improving the quality of education and training is worthy of further research.
