2021 Traumatic Counseling
Traumatic events can be experienced by anyone who is still alive. The role of counselors in schools is certainly very helpful in solving students’ traumatic problems. Traumatic counseling is one type of counseling for clients with special needs. Counselors need to master this type of counseling because every client is at risk of experiencing a traumatic event that can lead to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This article aims to understand what happens in PTSD cases in schools and how techniques can be used in dealing with PTSD cases. The techniques discussed in this paper are EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Religious techniques. EMDR is one of the counseling approaches in handling trauma cases that are reported to have high efficacy. Indonesia, which has religious diversity, is a consideration. The application of EMDR in Indonesia needs to be combined with the culture and religiosity of the community.

2021 Job Burnout on Teachers as Public Servant
Workers in the public service sector are one type of work with high risk of job burnout. This study aims to examine the descriptive data of job burnout of teachers as public servants. The data is collected by distributing online questionnaires. Analysis of the demographic data and the level of burnout of the subjects was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed variations in the level of burnout when viewed from gender, age, marital status, education level, and length of working as a teacher. In addition, a more significant variation was found in aspects of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization compared to aspect of personal accomplishment. Further research is needed to explore the relationship between these factors and the level of teacher’s job burnout.

2021 Studi Litearatur: Kearifan Lokal Masyarakat Using sebagai Sumber Belajar IPS di Sekolah Dasar
Globalization has positive and negative impacts on human survival and culture. The positive impact discusses the role of advances in science and technology to make it easier for humans to solve problems, related to information literacy. The negative impact is related to the ease with which students are influenced by a culture that is not in accordance with the personality and character of the nation. Local wisdom-based education has an important role in internalizing the nation's values and culture. Social Studies as an integrated subject in elementary schools, accommodates material about the socio-cultural diversity of the local community. The Using community in Banyuwangi, East Java has a tourist village that supports cultural preservation, but the reality on the ground shows that teachers still do not have enough information about local wisdom. The purpose of the study was to describe the local wisdom of the Using Community as a source of social studies learning in elementary schools. The method in this research is literature study, by reviewing international and national journals about the local wisdom of the Using community in the last 10 years. The results show that the local wisdom of the Using community that can be used as a source of social studies learning and is relevant to the 2013 curriculum in elementary schools is the local wisdom of water conservation, agriculture, traditional houses, traditional ceremonies, and arts. 2021 Persepsi mahasiswa pgsd tentang penggunaan padlet pada pembelajaran microteaching
Microteaching merupakan salah satu matakuliah yang wajib diikuti bagi calon pendidik di Sekolah Dasar. Adanya kebijakan Pembelajaran online saat Pandemi Covid 21 menjadi sebuah tantangan dalam melaksanakan Microteaching. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendekripsikan respon mahasiswa tentang penggunaan Padlet sebagai media pembelajaran daring. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, yang dilaksanakan di Prodi PGSD Universitas Negeri Surabaya dengan responden 39 mahasiswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa 97, 4% mahasiswa terbantu dengan penggunaan media Padlet saat matakuliah Microteaching. Hal yang diminati oleh mahasiswa tentang padlet secara rinci sebagai berikut, 33, 3% mahasiswa menyukai padlet karena ada interaksi dengan teman dan Dosen; 30, 8% merasa mudah dalam menggunakan padlet; 17, 8% membantu mahasiswa memahami materi; dan 17.8% menarik minat mahasiswa untuk belajar. Saran yang diberikan mahasiswa meliputi penambahan fitur dan tugas-tugas dalam padlet sehingga lebih bervariasi.

2021 Penggunaan media petak persegi satuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dalam mata pelajaran matematika materi luas dan keliling bangun datar kelas III SDN Tropodo 1 Sidoarjo
Pada pembelajaran matematika kelas III di SDN Tropodo 1 Sidoarjo diketahui bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran guru masih kurang bervariasi dalam memberikan pelatihan konsep dasar yang kreatif dan inovatif. Sehingga siswa bosan dan rendah kemampuan berhitungnya yang akhirnya materi sulit dipahami. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut digunakan media petak persegi satuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Aktivitas guru mengalami peningkatan selama dua siklus, pada siklus I yaitu 78, 67% dan siklus II meningkat menjadi 88, 97%. Peningkatan juga terjadi pada aktivitas siswa dari siklus I yaitu 76, 78% dan siklus II meningkat menjadi 85, 71%. Hasil belajar pun juga mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I yaitu 52% dan siklus II meningkat menjadi 92%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media petak persegi satuan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III SD.

2021 Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di Era Post-Truth: Prespektif Guru Sekolah Dasar
The post-truth era will provide a new atmosphere in developing science. The act of lying will become a problem when it is repeated and then considered to be the truth by the wider community. The influence of the post-truth era is also in the subject of Social Sciences. The teacher as a teacher in the classroom has both pedagogical and professional competences. Teachers can become victims in the post-truth era, when they don't improve their competence. The purpose of this study was to determine the perspective of elementary school teachers in the subject of Social Sciences in the post-truth era. This type of research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results of the questionnaire given that teachers can be influenced by alternative facts are 76.8%, while scientific facts get 68.4%. Alternative facts are dominant in social studies learning in SD. This condition will be detrimental to students in obtaining real knowledge.Abstrak: Era post-truth akan memberikan suasana yang baru dalam mengembangkan keilmuan. Tindakan kebohongan akan menjadi permasalahan ketika dilakukan berulangulang dan kemudian dianggap menjadi kebenaran oleh masyarakat luas. 2021 Characteristics of Bullying by Elementary School Students in Indonesia: A Literature Review
Elementary school as the first level of formal education is the first step in solving bullying. Students are the main focus to determine the characteristics of bullying perpetrated by elementary school students. This study uses a literature study to explore the characteristics of bullying in elementary school students in Indonesia. In Indonesia, six significant cities are bullying areas for elementary school students, namely Aceh, Bandung, Denpasar, Jakarta, Malang, and Semarang. Data searches were conducted using Indonesian and English searches. The search time is limited to the last five years, namely 2016-2021. The factors that cause bullying in elementary schools are sorted by what often appears, namely individuals; social and economic status; the role of teachers, families, and school climate; and media. 2021 Using Digital Comics to Learn Indonesia's Geographical Characteristics: Social Studies Education Solutions for Elementary School Students during the Covid-19 Pandemic
The Covid-19 pandemic requires attractive learning media for online learning. According to the initial needs analysis, fifth- grade elementary school students were less interested in studying social sciences. As a result, the writer developed digital comics as an alternative to social studies learning material on Indonesia's geographical characteristics. The development of an ADDIE model was used toconduct this research. The data were collected using interviews and questionnaires. The digital comics developed in this study were validated by three experts, namely material, language, and media experts. The validation of material obtained a percentage of 83%, categorized as good category, 88% for language validation which was categorized as very good category, and media experts with the percentage of 80%, categorized as a good category. One innovation that can be developed based on the problem learning angle created is the movement of line marching skills as learning media alternatives for students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Gebar Modules. The sample comprised 30 students from grades 4A and 4B who were randomly selected with one-group pre-test–post-test design. The result showed that the designed module is feasible to use. First, the data show that the N-gain coefficient is 0.77, which indicates the module’s effectiveness on student-learning outcomes. Another data collection showed that 82% of the students could use a bow properly and 62% of the students can perform drill movements with the appropriate rules. In conclusion, this module makes students not only observe the things that shape the angle but also those that give them an angular shape by themselves so the material is etched deeper in their memory.
