2020 Development of Video Tutorials on Making Paper-Based Literature Review to Improve Student Literacy Ability in the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic has spread in various countries. Especially in the education sector, COVID-19 has an impact on the implementation of learning that has changed from face-to-face to online. Besides, due to conditions that do not allow data collection in the field/laboratory, currently, many supervisors tend to direct their students to conduct literature studies. This research and development use Peter Fenrich’s instructional development model to develop a video tutorial for making scientific articles based on literature reviews. This model, consisting of six development phases, includes the analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, and evaluation and revision phases. Data collection techniques are carried out by providing validation sheets to validators to assess video tutorials based on aspects of language, content, and design using google forms. Also, a questionnaire was used to determine student responses after seeing the video tutorial using Google Forms. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive techniques. Based on data analysis, it is known that the instruments developed are valid, reliable, and practical so that they are suitable for use as a reference for students in compiling scientific articles based on literature reviews. This is evidenced by (1) the validation results of 3.55 with valid criteria;(2) the reliability test results are 0.413 with the criteria are quite reliable; and (3) practicality test results of 3.40 with practical criteria.

2020 Need Analysis of Balanced Literacy Indonesian Language Teaching Materials Education Course
The research aim was to analyze the need for balanced literacy teaching materials to support the Indonesian Language Education course for Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) students. Balance literacy is a teaching material that contains material to balance students’ basic literacy skills. This study is the initial part of the research and development to be done that targets government policies in the school literacy movement (GLS), the competencies of students of elementary education, and the elementary school curriculum. The subjects of this research were students of elementary teacher education. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, documentation studies, and interviews. Data analysis techniques used quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the research on the analysis of the need for balance literacy teaching materials to support the Indonesian Language Education course for PGSD undergraduate students are evidence that balanced literacy teaching materials are needed to support the competence of PGSD students as elementary school pre-service teachers.

2020 Local wisdom-based teaching material for enhancing primary students’ scientific literacy skill
The study aims to develop local wisdom-based teaching materials to improve elementary school students' scientific literacy skills, using a 4-D model: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects of testing included 37 of fourth-grade students at SDN Gading 6 Surabaya. In addition, data were collected through validation sheets, tests of scientific literacy skills, and student questionnaires. The data analysis used descriptive statistics, N-gain, and different tests. The results showed that local wisdom-based teaching materials could be implemented as an alternative source of learning natural science in elementary schools, compliance with the criteria of (a) valid in terms of fulfilling the 98% validity assessment score with very valid criteria;(b) practical reviewed from the 3.64 scores with very good criteria;(c) effective with a 0.5 average N-gain, there are significant differences between the pretest and posttest scores, and 100% of positive responses.

2020 Implementasi kebijakan sistem zonasi pada penerimaan peserta didik baru di sekolah menegah pertama kabupaten langkat
Untuk mengatasi permasalahan kualitas pendidikan maka pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan sistem zonasi pada Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan sistem zonasi dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan sistem zonasi penerimaan peserta didik baru jenjang SMP di Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini yakni Kasi Kurikulum SMP, Staf Kurikulum SMP, Kabid Pendidikan Dasar, Waka Kesiswaan, Wakil Kepala Sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut:(1) Implementasi kebijakan sistem zonasi pada PPDB jenjang SMP di Kabupaten Langkat telah dilaksanakan selama dua tahun yang bertujuan untuk pemerataan kualitas pendidikan pada sekolah-sekolah di wilayah Kabupaten Langkat, sejauh ini sudah implementasi kebijakan sistem zonasi di Kabupaten Langkat telah berjalan dengan efektif karena telah nampak potensipotensi peserta didik mulai merata di wilayah Kabupaten Langkat.(2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi sistem zonasi yaitu kekurangpahaman wali murid terhadap sosialisasi mengenai sistem zonasi karena latar belakang pendidikan wali murid yang berbeda-beda. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut yaitu melakukan sosialisasi sistem zonasi lebih awal dengan sejelas-jelasnya. Kata kunci: Implementasi, Kebijakan Pendidikan, Sistem Zonasi.

2020 The Enemy of ‘Ummah: Belief in Jewish conspiracy theories indirectly affected vaccination decisions
In our three pre-registered studies, we aimed to unravel the root cause and societal implications of belief in Jewish conspiracy theories among Indonesian Muslims. Our findings in Study 1 (N= 385) confirmed our predictions that symbolic threat and collective narcissism were strongly related to belief in Jewish conspiracy and mediated the association between religious zeal and Jewish conspiracy beliefs. In Study 2 (N= 370), we found that Jewish conspiracy beliefs indirectly predicted vaccination refusal and delay through vaccination conspiracy beliefs, and observed no evidence to confirm the moderating role of religiosity in reinforcing vaccination conspiracy beliefs. In Study 3 (N= 396), we replicated our findings in Study 2 that belief in Jewish conspiracy theories was strongly related to vaccination conspiracy belief. Also, participants who blamed the Jews for the coronavirus pandemic were inclined to refuse a coronavirus vaccination when it is available. We argue that religiosity might not be directly related to conspiratorial thinking but, instead, activates a sense of outgroup threats among religious individuals making them more likely to endorse Jewish conspiracy theories. Despite the assumption that Jewish conspiracy theories are somehow benign, our findings dispute this premise.

2020 PENGGUNAAN GAME EDUKASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HAPALAN ANGKA DI TK DIPONEGORO SURABAYA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan game edukasi untuk meningkatkan hapalan angka 1-20 di Tk diponegoro surabaya. Sekolah ini terletak di Jalan Kedung Sroko No. 17 Surabaya Sample penelitian ini adalah anak-anak kelompok B TK Diponegoro. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penulis fokus bagaimana menerapkan penggunaan game edukasi untuk meningkatkan hapalan angka 1-20 di Tk diponegoro surabaya. Penulis melakukan observasi selama 3x pertemuan. Setiap pertemuan mereka memainkan game edukasi yang berbeda namun dengan isi materi yang sama. Subjek penelitian adalah TK Diponegoro yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa sangat antusias dalam belajar menghapal angka 1-20 serta meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak.

2020 PENERAPAN CROSS FUNCTIONAL TRAINING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEPERCAYAAN KEPALA DESA SEBAGI PEMBINA DI PAUD WIDYA KARYA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Cross Functional Training sebagai upaya meningkatkan kepercayaan stakeholder dalam hal ini kepala desa sebagai pembina di PAUD Widya Karya. Keresahan peneliti melihat fenoma ketidak sinergitasan antara tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan PAUD Widya Karya dengan pemangku kebijakan sekaligus pembina dalam hal ini Kepala Desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian kali ini adalah seluruh SDM yang ada di PAUD Widya Karya dalam hal ini tenaga pendidik dan kependidikannya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meliputi oberservasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatakan kepercayaan yang berarti dari kepala desa terhadap kompetensi tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan sebagai operator pelayanan pendidikan anak usia dini di PAUD Widya Karya. Kondisi tersebut tidak dapat dilepaskan dari Cross Functional yang diimplementasikan segenap tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang ada. Masyarakat desa sebagai costumer merasa terpuaskan khususnya atas layanan administatif yang diberikan tidak hanya oleh tenaga kependidikan tetapi sering pula diberikan oleh tenaga pendidik yang sejatinya fokus utama mereka pada dimensi pengajaran dan bukan pada pemenuhan layanan administratif.

2020 The Implementation Of Media Detector In Track Running Sport Learning For Visually-Impaired Student In Special Needs School
The purpose of this research is to describe the application of media detector in track running sports learning for visually-impaired students in special needs school. Educational Research Development (R&D) Gall, Gall and Borg (2003) is applied in this study. Prototype media detector product in track running learning for blind students in special needs school, containing the realization of product designs, included the following:(1) Curved track access guide from start to finish, 2) The form of learning media detector for running is held in the hands as instructions when starting towards the finish, 3) Operating how to press the keys when starting in accordance with the desired track running and recorded on the media detector, and (4) The Authentic assessment tools for track running learning as criterion to measure the success of visually-impaired students. Then the prototype produced of detector media for track running learning in special needs school can be used as an effort to introduce innovations to technological advancements that can gives a positive impact on blind students. 2020 Persepsi Anak terhadap Pola Asuh Orangtua Tunanetra
Persepsi Anak Terhadap Pola Asuh Orangtua Tunanetra dilatarbelakangi oleh pengalaman anak yang memiliki orangtua penyandang tunanetra yang telah mengasuh anak hingga sukses menjadi seorang sarjana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang (1) persepsi kognisi anak terhadap pola asuh orangtua tunanetra,(2) persepsi afeksi anak terhadap pola asuh orangtua tunanetra, dan (3) persepsi konasi anak terhadap pola asuh orangtua tunanetra. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Rancangan penelitian terdiri atas tahap pra lapangan (studi pendahuluan), tahap pekerjaan lapangan, tahap analisis data, tahap pelaporan hasil penelitian. Data dianalisis melalui model Miles, Huberman, & Saldana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) orangtua sangat tegas, disiplin, perhatian, bertanggung jawab, dan selalu memberikan keteladanan bagi anak,(2) anak merasakan perasaan senang, sedih, bangga, terharu selama di asuh oleh orangtua penyangan tunanetra.(3) anak termotivasi untuk selalu jujur, bersikap sopan, patuh terhadap orangtuanya dan selalu mendukung apapun yang diajarkan orangtua terhadap anak.

2020 Online Learning of Children’s Education Subject With Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder for Undergraduate Students of Special Education
This study aims to examine the effectiveness of online learning products of children’s education subject with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder for undergraduate students majoring in special education, faculty of Education at Surabaya State University. This study uses the ADDEM design model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Deliver, Evaluate, and Maintenance). The data collected in this study used a validation test technique of learning media experts and Special Education experts before the product was tested on students. The effectiveness test data were obtained from the results of studying midterm exams and final semester exams for undergraduate students in class A and B totaling 93 people majoring in special education. The product validity test results from the learning media validator have obtained a good rating score of 3.3 while an assessment from the Special Education validator has obtained a good score of 3.2. In the effectiveness testing period, it showed 78 midterm results of students with excellent grades, and 15 students with good grades. Likewise, the results of the final semester exams showed 45 students with excellent grades, and 48 students are good grades. Thus, it can be concluded that online learning of children’s education subject with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder in undergraduate students majoring in special education that is developed has the potential to improve learning outcomes.
