2020 The Influence of Teacher Performance and School Culture on School Quality
This research aims to examine the influence of teacher’s performance and school culture on the school quality. This research used a quantitative approach with ex post facto design. The population in this research is educators (teachers) as many as 66 people. Sampling techniques in this research use saturated sampling. The technique of collecting data as a scale is using Likert scales, observation, and documentation study. Prerequisite test data was using the normality test and linearity test. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis, F test analysis, and T-test analysis. The results of the research are as follows: 1) the teacher’s performance partially has a positive and significant influence on the schools quality as many as 3,517; 2) school culture partially has a positive and significant influence to the schools quality as many as 4,689; 3) teacher’s performance and school culture simultaneously have a positive and significant influence to the schools quality as many as 87, 89% and the and the rest are influenced by other variables.

2020 Relationship Characteristics of Mothers Who Have Babies Aged 0-24 Months with Knowledge of Baby Massage
Baby massage as a form of touch language has a positive effect on the growth and development of babies. Baby massage can increase levels of the enzyme absorption of gastric and insulin so that food absorption is better, causing babies to starve more quickly, suckle more often and increase milk production. Mothers who have babies need knowledge about baby massage so that mothers can massage with the right techniques. This study aims to determine the correlation between the characteristics of mothers who have babies aged 0-24 months with the mother's knowledge of infant massage at Ciruas Health Center in 2018. This type of research is analytic descriptive with a cross-sectional research design. The population of this research is 152 mothers who have babies aged 24-24 months. A sample of 60 people, the sample was taken by means of Quota sampling from 7 posyandu at the Puskesmas Ciruas. Data collection using questionnaires and direct interviews. The results showed as much as 55% less knowledge. There is a significant relationship between age, parity, education, and occupation of mothers with the mother's knowledge of baby massage. It can be concluded that the mother's characteristics are related to the mother's knowledge about baby massage.

2020 Analisis masalah kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD tersertifikasi di Kecamatan Lamongan
Hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan ditemukan permasalahan yaitu kompetensi pedagodik guru PAUD tersertifikasi dalam hal penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan kompetensi pedagogik guru tersertifikasi di PAUD di Kecamatan Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru-guru yang telah sertifikasi di PAUD di Kecamatan Lamongan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan model Miles and Huberman, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat permasalahan dalam kompetensi pedagogik guru tersertifikasi dalam hal penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran dan pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran. Permasalahan tersebut terjadi karena adanya beberapa faktor internal dan eksternal yaitu dari guru yang mempunyai latar belakang sarjana non pendidikan, umur, dan dari tim penyusun perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam penyusunannya. Pembatasan jarak sosial (social distancing) adalah salah satu bentuk kebijakan untuk mencegah penyebaran virus Corona di tengah pandemi COVID-19 yang dijalankan oleh berbagai negara. Di Indonesia kebijakan pembatasan jarak sosial ini diberi nama Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Dengan penerapan PSBB maka sejumlah besar kegiatan di ruang publik harus ditutup datau dibatasi. Sementara itu sebagian besar aktivitas masyarakat seperti bersekolah dan bekerja harus dilakukan jarak jauh atau dilakukan di rumah. Penerapan pembatasan jarak sosial tersebut menyebabkan bertambhanya kegiatan rumah tangga dan hal ini memperbesar tanggung jawab perempuan dalam kerja-kerja perawatan (care work) dan kerja rumah tangga (housework) di ranah domestik. Melalui kacamata feminisme interseksional artikel ini mencoba memaparkan dampak penerapan pembatasan jarak sosial di Indonesia di ranah domestik terhadap perempuan dan kelompok marginal. Artikel ini menemukan bahwa berbagai ketimpangan seperti ketimpangan gender ketimpangan kelas dan ketimpangan sosial yang selama ini dialami oleh perempuan dan kelompok marginal di dalam tulisan ini telah memperburuk situasi mereka di saat penerapan pembatasan jarak sosial dilakukan.

2020 Study of Social, Ethical Woman in Fairy Tales for Children
The research is based on the identity of a woman's life. Appreciation and recognition of a woman's identity is very important to instill in children. The aim of this study was formulated with a general goal, which is to describe the social ethical aspects of women in fairy tales for children. This research is a descriptive-qualitative study to describe the ethical social aspects of women in fairy tales for children. Research data sources are fairy tale books sold in bookstores and fairy tales in kindergarten. In this study, 50 of books were taken0. Data collection techniques used in this study were document review of material or fairy tale books for children. The data analysis technique used in this study uses book review techniques in the form of content analysis. 2020 PENGARUH PENDEKATAN PROBLEM POSING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN METAKOGNISI SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 21 Tahun 2016 menyebutkan bahwa kompetensi dalam ranah pengetahuan yang harus dimiliki siswa adalah pengetahuan faktual, konseptual, prosedural, dan metakognisi. Kemampuan metakognisi dapat dilatihkan melalui suatu pendekatan pembelajaran. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat melatihkan kesadaran berpikir tersebut adalah Problem Posing. Pendekatan Problem Posing diasumsikan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan metakognisi siswa, oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana sebenarnya pengaruh pendekatan Problem Posing terhadap kemampuan metakognisi siswa SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Counterbalanced Design atau desain berimbang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelas dimana setiap kelasnya merupakan kelas eksperimen dan tidak ada kelas kontrol karena di dalam desain ini dilakukan treatment di dalam setiap kelasnya. Adapun teknik Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untukanalisis kebutuhan ditafsirkan secara kualitatif. Data utama diperoleh dari instrument tes dan wawancara sebagai informasi tambahan.

2020 PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROBLEM POSING UNTUK MELATIH KREATIVITAS DALAM PEMECAHAN MASALAH
Creativity is very important in today's modern era so it must be increased by making efforts such as creating learning tools to train students' creativity to raise their problems while solving those problems. The purpose of this study is (1) to describe the quality of learning by using the problem-posing approach to train students' creativity in problem solving;(2) to describe the creativity of students in solving problems in the perimetri and area of rectangle based on problem-posing. This research is a development research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, tests, observations, and validation methods. The results showed that (1) The problem-posing approach has the quality to increase the creativity of students in solving problems of perimetri and area of rectangle;(2) After learning with problem posing showed that the students' creativity test results increased from the previous test.

2020 Strategi Hitung dalam Aktivitas Pembelajaran Penjumlahan dan Pengurangan
Strategi hitung merupakan salah satu aspek penting dari Matematika yang sangat bermanfaat untuk dipelajari oleh siswa. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti akan memaparkan hasil studi literatur terkait strategi hitung atau mental strategies yang muncul dalam aktivitas pembelajaran penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa strategi hitung yang kerap kali muncul dan digunakan pada siswa di negara-negara maju seperti Amerika, Inggris, Belanda, Australia pada konsep operasi hitung penjumlahan adalah: strategi hitung counting all, strategi hitung counting on from first, strategi hitung counting on from larger, strategi hitung using doubles, strategi hitung skip counting, strategi hitung jumping, strategi hitung compensation, strategi hitung bridging through ten, strategi hitung splitting, dan strategi hitung pen and paper. 2020 Elementary School Student Creativity in Solving Geometry Contextual Problems based on Adversity Quotient
Creativity is an ability that is needed in solving a problem. A person's creativity in solving problems can be assessed using three components namely fluency, flexibility, and novelty. Someone in solving problems can be influenced by the adversity quotient they have. There are three categories of adversity quotient namely quitter, camper, and climber. This type of research is a qualitative research method descriptive. This study aims to describe the creativity of elementary school students in solving contextual geometry problems based on adversity quotient. The subjects in this study were three people consisting of quitter subjects, camper subjects, and climber subjects. Data is collected through adversity Response Profile (ARP) tests, Problem Solving Tests (TPM) and interviews. The results showed that the creativity of subjects with the quitter category in solving contextual geometry problems was not able to achieve fluency, flexibility, and novelty. The creativity of subjects with camper categories in solving contextual geometry problems only achieves fluency and flexibility. Whereas the creativity of subjects with climber types in solving contextual geometry problems is able to achieve fluency, flexibility, and novelty.
