Farhat Abdullah, Urgensi Manajemen Dakwah Dalam Pelaksanaan Pendidikan Kader Ulama Majelis Ulama lndonesia (MUI) DKI Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Urgensi Manajemen Dakwah yang diterapkan oleh Majelis Ulama lndonesia (MUI) DKI Jakarta dalam menyiapkan kader ulama yang mumpuni dan berkualitas. Obyek penelitiannya adalah Urgensi Manajemen Dakwah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa Majelis Ulama lndonesia (MUI) DKI Jakarta telah menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dakwah berjalan efektif melalui program Pendidikan Kader Ulama (PKU). Selain itu MUI DKI Jakarta menjadi satu-satunya MUI Tingkat Provinsi di lndoonesia yang telah menerapkan manajemen mutu ISO 9001: 2015 dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap umat dan mendapatkan penghargaan dari Kader Ulama Majelis Ulama lndonesia.

2022 PENGGUNAAN SECOND LANGUAGE PADA KEMAMPUAN BAHASA EKSPRESIF ANAK USIA 3-5 TAHUN DI SUNNY GLOW MONTESSORI PLAYSCHOOL MANYAR
Pada jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini (0-6 tahun) bahasa Inggris digunakan sebagai semi pengantar bahasa sehari-hari untuk mengenalkan hal-hal dasar kepada anak seperti warna, angka, bentuk, dan kebiasaan seharihari lainnya seperti berjabat tangan dan mencuci tangan. Inilah tujuan memberikan pendidikan bahasa Inggris sedini mungkin. Dampak yang muncul karena pembelajaran bahasa kedua diberikan sejak dini antara lain membuat penguasaan bahasa pada anak semakin meningkat. LAD (Language Acquisition Device) atau kemampuan pemerolehan bahasa merupakan kemampuan bawaan yang dimiliki oleh setiap manusia atau sebagai perangkat bahasa yang diperoleh anak sejak lahir akan semakin aktif sehingga meningkatkan pemerolehan bahasa anak.

2022 Provision of Learning Room Facilities for School Age Children to Increase Learning Motivation in Semen Village, Gandusari, Blitar Regency, East Java
Blitar City is part of Blitar Regency in East Java Province. Here, there is also the tomb of Bung Karno, the First President of the Republic of Indonesia and the Proclaimer of Indonesian Independence. The existence of Bung Karno's grave is part of the tourism program in Blitar. In addition, there are other tourist attractions such as in the Semen Village, Gandusari District, Blitar. The existence of this tour will make the community around Semen Village to improve the quality of their education. This educational process requires a good learning space so as to make the educational process more comfortable. This is often done with the learning process carried out at home or around the house due to the covid 19 pandemic era. This service is carried out to improve the educational learning process in Semen Village, Gandusari District, Blitar by providing and increasing the space with a wider capacity. The methodology used is to build a study room using technology as a result of research that has been carried out by the main author. The building is made of Precast Composite Concrete. In addition, the authors conducted a survey on the existence of the construction of learning spaces to the user community. The hope of this service is that the existence of this increased study space will further increase the enthusiasm of the younger generation to learn and be ready to increase the tourism potential in Semen Village, Gandusari District, Blitar

2022 Implementasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Kemaritiman dalam Pembelajaran Anak Usia Dini Bagi Guru Kelompok Bermain di Kabupaten Lamongan
Pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini merupakan kombinasi yang tersusun meliputi unsur-unsur manusiawi, material, fasilitas, perlengkapan dan prosedur yang saling mempengaruhi dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Pada hakikatnya pendidikan anak usia dini menyajikan konsep belajar sambil bermain. Pembelajaran pada anak usia dini bersifat ‘tergantung’dengan guru/pengajar, maka diharapkan guru dapat mengembangkan pembelajaran berbasis kemaritiman sesuai dengan karakteristik kabupaten Lamongan (Lina, 2021). Dengan analisis beberapa permasalahan di atas, Tim PKM akan melakukan program pendampingan kepada guru Kelompok Bermain di Kabupaten Lamongan dalam upaya pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis kemaritiman.

2022 TUTORIAL PROGRAM INTERVENSI BELAJAR BERINTERAKSI ANAK DIFABEL USIA DINI BAGI PENDIDIK TAMAN KANAK-KANAK
Anak difabel usia dini yang dimaksudkan yaitu difabel netra, rungu, hambatan intelektual, daksa, autis, hiperaktif usia pra sekolah 5-6 tahun belajar di taman kanak-kanak. Secara psikologis karakteristik khas anak difabel usia dini untuk tingkat keantusiasan belum dimengerti maksudnya, terhadap yang dilihat, didengar, dan dirasakan dengan tidak mempunyai kemampuan adaptif yang memadai pada lingkungan. Tujuan ini adalah mendeskripsikan keterampilan tutorial program intervensi belajar berinteraksi anak difabel usia dini bagi pendidik TK. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan deskriptif melalui penilaian video hasil performance tutorial program intervensi belajar berinteraksi pendidik pada anak difabel usia dini di masing-masing Taman Kanak-Kanak. Hasil perolehan uji performance 20 pendidik TK yang memilih membelajarkan dalam aspek perkembangan seni 8 pendidik berpredikat sangat baik, 8 pendidik memilih membelajarkan untuk fisik motorik halus berpredikat sangat baik, dan 4 pendidik membelajarkan sosial emosional berpredikat baik. Artinya bahwa pemahaman keterampilan pendidik dengan memberikan cara tutorial program intervensi belajar berinteraksi berpotensi untuk menangani anak difabel usia dini yang belajar bersama anak regular di Taman Kanak-Kanak

2022 Internvention Effort for Individuals with Autism During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Children with autism spectrum disorders need interventions to deal with communication, social interaction, and behavior problems. The Covid-19 pandemic has prevented children with autism spectrum disorders from performing face-to-face interventions outside the home. This study aims to describe the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on individuals with autism spectrum disorders and to describe the intervention efforts of individuals with spectrum disorders during the Covid-19 outbreak. This study uses a systematic literature review consisting of three main phases, planning the review, conducting the review, and reporting the review, by analyzing 17 articles. The results show that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on children with autism is increased stress and anxiety. The cause of this anxiety stress is extreme routine changes that are difficult for children with autism spectrum disorders to experience. Some of the symptoms of behavioral changes as a result of this stress include anxiety, sleep disturbances, irritability, obsessions, impulsivity. Adolescents with autism spectrum disorders are also prone to depression. Therefore, intervention efforts that can be done are through telehealth (online health consultations and interventions), online learning, and family-based interventions with a variety of activities.

2022 Model Hybrid Learning Indoor And Outdoor Untuk Meningkatkan Layanan Interaksi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas Usia Dini
This development research specifically aims to test the feasibility of indoor and outdoor hybrid learning model products in improving social interaction services for people with disabilities at an early age for kindergarten educators. This development research uses the Educational Research Development model design from Gall, Gall & Borg (2003). The application of the product feasibility test is carried out through expert and practical tests. Collecting data obtained from expert testing and practicality were analyzed using the percentage technique. Furthermore, the results of the accuracy of the indoor and outdoor hybrid learning model are packaged in a web network so that it can be used at any time and is flexible through learning innovations from each region, specifically to provide social interaction services for people with early age disabilities. Based on the feasibility level test of the model from the assessment of 2 PAUD and PLB experts, it was stated that the indoor and outdoor hybrid learning model product to improve social interaction services for people with early age disabilities for inclusive kindergarten educators could be used for testing, after being revised.

Learning the vocational skills of children with mild mental retardation today has encountered many difficulties which resulted in the limitations of children in mastering the vocational skills of making bags from batik cloth. This study aims to produce a product for developing vocational skills learning for mild mentally retarded children towards making bags from batik cloth at the SMALB level. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D) research to produce a certain product, and tests the effectiveness of the product to perfect a product that is in accordance with the references and criteria of the product made so as to produce a new product through various stages, validation, and testing that includes a learning video tutorial that makes it easier for mild mentally retarded children to understand and develop vocational skills in making bags from batik cloth.
