2022 | The Effect Of Online Learning On Learning Outcomes Through Independent Learning | Online learning that has been carried out at the formal and informal levels is thought to be able to influence student learning outcomes. Learning independence of students is suspected to be one of the predictors that can also affect learning outcomes. This study tries to prove the effect of learning on learning outcomes with or without predictors of the influence of independent learning. This research uses a causal design with path analysis method. 50 out of 180 students of LBB Kumon Waterplace Surabaya were selected to be the research sample using purposive sampling and the formula for 25% of the population. Data analysis using SPSS application with linear regression test. The results of the study showed that online learning with or without intervention from the independent learning of students affected learning outcomes (p< 0.05). The contribution of online learning without an independent learning intervention is 57.9%, while the contribution of online learning with an independent learning intervention is 60.2%. This study proves that there is an effect of online learning with or without independent learning interventions on student learning outcomes. |

2022 | The Role of the Giri Mulya Study Group Community for Increasing Community Empowerment | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali kebutuhan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berorientasi pada potensi daerah melalui Komunitas Kelompok Belajar Giri Mulya dengan proses pengelolaan sumber daya masyarakat berbasis komunitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, sementara pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian ini terletak di Desa Munggugebang, Kecamatan Benjeng, Kabupaten Gresik. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling, dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan model interaktif Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengembangan Komunitas Kelompok Belajar Giri Mulya memberikan dampak positif terhadap keberdayaan masyarakat yang ada di Desa Munggugebang. Kerja sama yang terjalin antar elemen masyarakat dapat menjadi suatu dorongan yang signifikan dalam melakukan suatu proses pemberdayaan. Keberlangsungan pendidikan di Komunitas Kelompok Belajar Giri Mulya menjadi suatu upaya paling dasar dalam melakukan pemberdayaan di suatu wilayah, dalam hal ini adalah pedesaan. |

2022 | The Important of Maritime Education from an Early Age to Build Indonesian Identity as Maritime Country | Indonesia is an archipelagic state which has chance to become maritime country with adequate marine resources. One of government’s effort to achieve the goal is improving the maritime education sector. The implementation of maritime education can be done from an early age education until high education. However, in the implementation there are many constraints as schools has no curriculum and operational guidelines and lack of experts in maritime. Based on the constraints, practical solution is needed as there must be coordination in ministry to make the program can be implemented well. Besides that, to support maritime learning process at schools needed curriculum and operational guidelines accordance with area condition and students needed. Next, the experts need to be adjusted with their competent and knowledge field. |

2022 | The Role of Parents in the Development of Numerical Literacy in Early Childhood | This study aimed to examine the role of parents in developing numeracy literacy skills in early childhood. This study uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study amounted to 100 respondents with research subjects, namely parents who have school-age children. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that the role of parents in the development of numeracy literacy in early childhood was good, with a percentage of 79.68%. These results are supported by the suitability of the results on each question item which includes parents' efforts to improve literacy skills and numeracy literacy skills in early childhood. In this case, it can be interpreted that the role of the family is very important in increasing literacy. The development of numeracy literacy skills in children is the family's responsibility, especially parents as the first and foremost educators for children. Therefore, literacy, as the ability to identify information needs, seek, retrieve, process, and communicate information, must be improved. |

2022 | The Effectiveness of Mentoring in the Implementation of the Project-based Learning (PjBL) Model in the Independent Curriculum for PAUD Educators | This study aims to examine the effectiveness of mentoring the implementation of the Project-based Learning (PjBL) model in the Independent Curriculum for Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Educators. This study uses a quantitative approach with one group pretest-posttest. Respondents were 80 PAUD educators in Bruno District, Central Java, Indonesia, using a quota sampling technique. Data were collected as scores and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The study results indicate that mentoring in implementing the PjBL model effectively improves the competence of PAUD educators. The score of PAUD educators reinforces this finding, as mentoring participants show an average post-test score of 61.14. This score is higher than the pre-test result, which is 77.55, with a significance (sig.) of 0.000< 0.05. T-test calculation describes the difference where t count is 0.445> t table is 0.220. Thus, mentoring the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model can improve the competence of PAUD educators in supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Indonesia. |

2022 | Learning at Home Anak Usia Dini Terdampak Covid 19: Peran Orang tua dalam Pendampingannya | Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada aspek Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini sampai Perguruan Tinggi. Sehingga pembelajaran PAUD diselenggarakan di rumah dengan pendampingan orang tua. Kondisi semakin bermasalah karena tidak semua orang tua memiliki kompetensi mengajar layaknya guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan peran orang tua dalam pendampingan belajar di rumah (learning at home) anak usia dini terdampak Pandemi Covid-19 di Jawa Timur. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik statisyik deskriptif, dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 1016 orang tua yang memiliki anak usia dini dalam pembelajaran learning at home. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan proportional random sampling, serta analisis data dengan descriptive statics frequencies dan persentase. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi product moment dan Uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alfa Cronbach. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran orang tua dalam pembelajaran di rumah bagi anak usia dini meliputi; peran pengasuhan dan pendidik, Peran pembimbing orang tua kepada anak pada kegiatan learning at home dengan penuh kesabaran sebesar, Peran motivator saat learning at home dengan menyiapkan lingkungan yang nyaman dan dengan kata-kata positif. |

2022 | Readiness of Parents in Utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Children's Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic | This study aims to determine parents' readiness to use ICT in children's learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 571 respondents, while the sample in this study obtained many 230 respondents with research subjects, namely parents who have school-age children (students from PAUD/SD/SMP/SMA levels and currently implementing online learning). The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistical techniques. The study's overall results show that the readiness of parents in the use of ICT in children's learning during the Covid-19 pandemic shows good results with a percentage of 76.09%. These results are supported by the suitability of the results for each sub-variable, namely the sub-variables of parental readiness and ICT use in online learning. In this case, it can be interpreted that an educator must have readiness and understanding of the online learning system, but parents must also understand and master the technical implementation of online learning. |

2022 | Peran Tutor dalam Pembelajaran Virtual pada Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C di SKB Cerme Gresik | Pembelajaran Virtual tidak asing bagi pendidikan nonformal, terutama diperkotaan. Ini dilakukan untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi peserta didik untuk tetap mengikuti pembelajaran meskipun jauh dari tempat belajar. Tutor sebagai pendidik memiliki peran penting dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran virtual pada pendidikan kesetaraan Paket C. Fokus penelitian yaitu peran tutor dalam pembelajaran virtual Pendidikan kesetaraan paket C SKB Cerme, Gresik. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpuan. Hasil penelitian tentang peran tutor dalam pembelajaran virtual; 1) sebagai pembimbing dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah pembelajaran yang dihadapi peserta didik dalam melalui virtual, 2) sebagai motivator untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran diri dan berkembang sesuai potensi, menciptakan iklim kondusif untuk belajar yang menyenangkan (enjoyfull learning), 3) sebagai fasilitator dengan menciptakan suasana kondusif, membuat prosedur pembelajaran, menyediakan sarana prasarana, dan sumber belajar, dan 4) sebagai pengelola pembelajaran partisipatif yaitu mempersiapkan rencana dan perangkat pembelajaran melibatkan peserta didik pada pembelajaran virtual, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya peran tutor dalam pembelajaran virtual pada Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C sebagai membimbing, motivator, fasilitator, dan mengelola pembelajaran agar dapat mencapai tujuan dengan baik. |

2022 | Implementasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Kemaritiman dalam Pembelajaran Anak Usia Dini Bagi Guru Kelompok Bermain di Kabupaten Lamongan | Pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini merupakan kombinasi yang tersusun meliputi unsur-unsur manusiawi, material, fasilitas, perlengkapan dan prosedur yang saling mempengaruhi dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Pada hakikatnya pendidikan anak usia dini menyajikan konsep belajar sambil bermain. Pembelajaran pada anak usia dini bersifat ‘tergantung’dengan guru/pengajar, maka diharapkan guru dapat mengembangkan pembelajaran berbasis kemaritiman sesuai dengan karakteristik kabupaten Lamongan (Lina, 2021). Dengan analisis beberapa permasalahan di atas, Tim PKM akan melakukan program pendampingan kepada guru Kelompok Bermain di Kabupaten Lamongan dalam upaya pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis kemaritiman. |

2021 | The Role of Parents in Monitoring the Negative Impacts of Gadget Usage for Early Childhood during Covid-19 Pandemic Era | The use of gadgets without parental assistance has a negative impact on children. This study aims to describe the role of parents in the negative impact of using gadgets for early childhood during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive approach with the research subject of Kuncup Harapan Playgroup educators and parents. Data collection techniques using structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique using Miles and Huberman. The study results indicate that parental assistance in the use of gadgets for early childhood is essential to avoid negative impacts that affect children’s development. There is a motive for parents to give gadgets, namely because of motives and In Order Motives. Then the way for parents of the Kuncup Harapan Playgroup in assisting children using gadgets, among others, when children use gadgets, selecting safe content according to the child’s age, using gadgets with children’s activities, setting rules for using gadgets and parenting is essential with the times. The form of parenting activities for Kuncup Harapan playgroup during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely involvement in learning at home, communication, volunteering, and decision-making for children’s education, as well as providing parents with digital literacy to reduce the negative impact of using gadgets through the e-parenting application. |
