The objective of this research is how to know how is the application of the principal's managerial competence, such as supporting factors, and how the leadership gping in raising teachers' professionalism in SMAN 1 Pemekasan. This research used qualitative descriptive approach. The data collected by observing, interviewing and taking documentations. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that (1) The application of the principal's leadership refered to three basic patterns, such as, planning, development and evaluation.(2) The factors that influenced its application are based on the internal and external factors.(3) The leadership style that had been applicated used democratic leadership style.

The aim of the effectivenes of library mnajemen is to foster a culture of literacy, icrease the capacity of residents and the environment, as a fun and child-friendly learning park, maintain the continuity of learning by presentinga variety of reading books of accommodating various reading strategies. While the method used to callect observasional data. This study was conducted to determine the management of students with special needs in schools at State Junior High School 30 Surabaya and Alam Insan Mulia Junior High School Surabaya by paying attention to student management which includes:(a) student planning,(b) student coaching,(c) student evaluation and (d) student mutation. Based on the problems or case studies that occur, at State Junior High School 30 Surabaya and Alam Insan Mulia Junior High School Surabaya, the management of students with special needs has many problems such as a lack of cooperation between educators and inadequate management processes for students with special needs. The method used is qualitative research, with a type of case study because it aims to obtain in-depth data and information so that the aim is to determine the implementation of management for students with special needs. The subjects of this study were the principal, deputy principal of student affairs, school teachers, coordinator of inclusion, teachers and homeroom teachers as well as most students with special needs from each school. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was an interactive analysis model consisting of three components, namely data condensation, data triangulation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Higher education institutions need to reform the organization culture of a bureucratic university become a corporate university. Education will be oriented towards high academic quality, service quality, and as well as student satisfaction. The purposes of this study are to measure and determine the effect of service quality and satisfaction on student loyalty in higher education sector. Data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires with 5-point likert scale. There are 151 students chosen using cluster random sampling. The validity test used factor analysis. Data analysis technique was done using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the AMOS version 21.0 program. The result of the research shows that service quality and satisfaction simultaneously affect student loyalty.

This research aims to analyze the implementation and impact of human resource development in improving the performance of students. This research used a qualitative approach with the type of multi-case study research at the Elementary School Muhammadiyah of 1 Jember and the Elementary School Al Baitul Amien of 1 Jember. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation in both schools. The data analysis process was carried out by condensing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and verification. Based on the research conducted, it was concluded that the implementation of human resources in Elementary School Muhammadiyah of 1 Jember and Elementary School Al Baitul Amien of 1 Jember, namely 1) The school has fully professional development of educators in the form of training programs and always strives to improve the quality of education through skills improvement programs. 2) The school activity program is always maximized, through habituation in improving the quality of learning through activities, teaching, during the learning process and up to the implementation of quality training so that it is optimal. 3) Programmed school activities program in a clear concept in planning the skills development of educators. 4) Regulations concerning the development of written and straightforward teaching staff and maximized for the program of enhancing the skills of educators which are compiled through the formulation and determination of collective teacher teamwork. This study aims to describe the role of parenting to students whose parents work as immigrants with substance in the form of student opinions, as well as to describe the learning motivation of students whose parents work as migrant workers with several approaches related to learning motivation. The study used a qualitative approach that took data based on the results of interviews and direct observations as a data collection instrument and then carried out descriptive analysis. The sample of this study was conducted on students at MI Al-Khoiriyah and SDN Langenharjo 2 schools whose parents worked as immigrants. The results showed that students realized that with the parenting pattern of parents who worked as immigrants this situation was only temporary, their parents worked for money to be able to meet their needs at home and students' educational needs. However, in general, students feel sad when their parents are away from them for a long time so that students experience a lack of direct parental love. Therefore, in general, students whose parents work as immigrants do not show good or high learning motivation. This can be seen from the incompleteness of eight indicators of student learning motivation at school. Suggestions for further research in the future are also discussed.

This study aims to describe and analyze data related to soft skills-based superior school management with a multi-site study at schools. The research method used is qualitative. Through this method, the researcher hopes to present comprehensive data from planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating soft skills-based schools at SMAN 1 Sidoarjo and SMAN 15 Surabaya, Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia interaktif berbantu articulate storylineuntuk pembelajaran IPS di kelas V sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Keret Kecamatan Krembung Kabupaten Sidoarjo pada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2020-221. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VB sebagai kelas uji coba terbatas dan kelas VA sebagai kelas uji coba skala besar. Proses pengembangan media dilakukan dengan menggunakan 4D model Thiagarajan. Instrumen untuk mengambil data dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi, lembar observasi siswa dan guru, angket respon siswa dan guru, serta tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa multimedia interaktif berbantu articulate storyline pada pembelajaran IPS di kelas V sekolah dasar dengan materi Upaya Mempertahankan Kedaulatan Indonesia memiliki kriteria:(1) kelayakan, hasil penilaian validator meliputi validasi materi dan media berturut-turut 87, 5% dan 86, 25%.(2) kepraktisan, hal ini berdasarkan skor aktivitas guru yang mencapai skor akhir 88, 89% dan skor akhir aktivitas siswa sebesar 87, 5% termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik.(3) keefektifan, hasil ketuntasan klasikal siswa pada kelas uji skala besar mencapai 94, 45% dengan peningkatan rata-rata N-Gain Score sebesar 0, 73 (kriteria tinggi). In its management, schools need quality assurance as a benchmark for assessing the success or failure of educational institutions. One of the most important aspects that affect the quality of education is leadership and quality management. The research objectives are:(1) to describe how the principal's strategy in improving the academic quality of students at SMAN 2 Sidoarjo (2) to describe how the principal's strategy is to improve the non-academic quality of students at SMAN 2 Sidoarjo. McClelland's theory of motivation focuses on three needs, namely the need for achievement, the need for power, and the need for affiliation. This study method uses quantitative research with descriptive method. This study aims to determine whether learning motivation has an effect on student activity. Sources of research data were obtained from 3 PKBM institutions in Nganjuk Regency. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis to determine the activity of the experimental and control classes. Active Observation (Psychomotor and Oral Activities) the average activity value reached 85.23%. This percentage is included in the very good category. The t-test calculation of the activeness score shows tcount> ttable. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of learning motivation on the activity of students in PKBM Nganjuk Regency.
