2019 Learning, Curriculum Monitoring and Evaluation for Decision Making
Decision making process is a part of improvement on higher education quality assurance. It can be gained from the result of Monitoring and Evaluation in Learning and Curriculum. This research conducting to evaluate the implementation of learning and curriculum monitoring and evaluation for Decision Making. This research was using qualitative approach with CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The result of this research show that the problems of learning and curriculum monitoring and evaluation was (1) context component shows purpose and preparation is well,(2) input of this program is courses list, schedule and instruments was well prepared but the instrument needs to be updated,(3) process component finds that the number of auditors was limited, and physical evidence is not well documented,(4) product is the result of monitoring and evaluation and follow-up of it, the result follow up was not performed.

2019 Thesis Guidance Effectiveness in University Setting
This study aims to:(1) know the process of guiding the thesis preparation;(2) identify constraints that can hinder the effectiveness of the thesis preparation guidance, and (3) provide recommendations to overcome the constraints of the thesis preparation guidance in the Unesa Postgraduate Education Management Study Program. This type of research is exposfacto research. The subject of this study was the Head of Study Program, supervisor and students who took the thesis subject in the Education Management Master Program at Unesa Postgraduate Program. The technique of collecting data is interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this study with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study are (1) thesis guidance begins with the submission of titles, division of supervisors, implementation of guiding proposals, comprehensive sessions, thesis guidance, and thesis sessions.(2) the obstacle experienced is that students rarely do guidance, high flying hours of lecturers, and difficulty monitoring the progress of the thesis.(3) Efforts are made to improve student activity, improve monitoring of thesis work, manage the work of the thesis as well as possible, and make discussion groups.

2019 The Use of Language Variation in Friday Prayer Sermon in Accordance with the Congregations Social Stratification in East Java: A Sociolinguistics Study
The purpose of this study was to describe the language variations in friday prayer sermons based on social stratification of pilgrims in mosques in the East Java Province, Indonesia. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with the setting as it is (natural setting) which basically described qualitatively in the form of words. The object of this study was the oral text of the sermon on friday prayers in the mosques of the East Java Province, among others in the areas of Madiun, Jombang, Surabaya, Bangkalan, and Jember. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Each area was taken by one mosque during friday prayer. The data collection technique uses record and technique notes. In addition, structured interview techniques using questionnaires were also given to 10 respondents in each mosque. So, the number of respondents is around 50 pilgrims. These data are sorted (classified), analyzed, then concluded. The results of the study prove that most (80%) oral texts on sermon friday prayers in mosques in the East Java Province use a variety of mixed languages, namely Indonesian and Arabic. Whereas, in Jombang region uses mixed language, namely Indonesian, Arabic, and Javanese. In Bangkalan, Madura, friday sermon sermons use mixture language, namely Indonesian, Arabic, and Madurese. The use of mixed language in friday sermons is in accordance with the social stratification of the congregation.

2019 The Analysis of Early Children Education Services Quality in Increasing the Satisfaction of Students Parent in At-Taqwa Kindergarten Surabaya
The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of early childhood education services at At-Taqwa Kindergarten in Surabaya. This research was conducted with qualitative approach with case study design of data is interview, observation and documentation techniques. After the data is collected, the data analysis includes data reduction, data display, and verification. To test the validity of the data the researcher uses credibility with triangulation and member check, besides that, dependability, confirmatibility and transferability are also carried out on the process and results of the study. The result of the study that is the quality of early childhood education services at At Taqwa Kindergarten Surabaya can run very well. This can be seen from the 8 standard indicators of early childhood education, starting from the STPP, the standard content, process, management, financing, education and staff, facilities and infrastructure. While satisfaction can be seen from three aspects, namely the existence of confirmation of hope, ease of obtaining opportunities and services and willingness to recommend.

2019 Management of Learning Activities at a Local English Camp in Indonesia
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the management of learning activities at a local English camp, the Azizah Princes Camp. This study aims to analyze and describe the management of learning activities in Pare Kediri and analyze the supporting factors and inhibitors of the management of learning activities in the Kampung Inggris Pare Kediri. This type of research is a qualitative approach, the technique of collecting data is in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Management of the learning activities in a non-formal education runs well and smoothly. Management of learning activities can be seen from the implementation of the program based on the components of learning, student, learning places, learning resources, learning sources, and learning outcomes. As for the factors that support are friendly tutors with course participants, high motivation from the participants of the course, and supporting infrastructure. Meanwhile the inhibiting factor is the camp location, which is very close to other camps. Furthermore, development and improvement must be carried out thus learning activities can continue to increase and become more qualified.

2019 Parenting pattern analysis for social emotional development early childhood
This study aimed to describe:(1) the views of Kunti integrated service post parents about early childhood parenting that they are considered has good value with its reasons;(2) parenting patern about their early childhood as well as the factors on which to base their behavior;(3) the success criteria of social and emotional development of early childhood by parents; and (4) a collaborative effort Kunti integrated service post manager with parents in improving social and emotional development of their children. The approach used is qualitative with case study type. The location of this research in Kunti integrated service post is on Kunti Street I/30 Surabaya. Primary data were obtained from the informant, the organizers of Kunti integrated service post, Head of Kunti integrated service post, and 10 informants Madurese ethnic migrants. Secondary data were obtained from the Chairman of RW VIII, Sidotopo district head, people around the Kunti integrated service post, and some parents who are not active in the program and informant from their husband. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed with interactive analysis and Mile Huberman.

2019 The influence of storytelling methods through serial images media on the listening and speaking early childhood ability
This study aims to determine the effect of the storytelling method through serial image media on the ability to listen and speak to kindergarten group A childrens. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design conducted in TK Bangkalan District. The research data was obtained through observations then analyzed using statistics by testing the independent sample t-test. The results of the study on the listening ability of the test results of the independent sample t-test value of t count was 3.013 greater than t table 1.671, and the ability to speak the value of t count of 2.965 was greater than t table 1.671. So that it can be concluded that the storytelling method through serial image media is able to influence the ability to listen and speak to kindergarten childrens in Group A.

2019 Children Motor Development with Authoritarian Parenting During the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0
Motor development is not an issue on the impact of parenting problems. Survey research has the aim to determine the development of children's movements in the industrial revolution era 4.0 with authoritarian parenting. This research method is to use a type of quantitative research with survey methods. The target of this study is, children aged 4-5 years in Central Surabaya as a population. Samples from the population there are five schools. Data obtained and collected using observation techniques, questionnaire techniques, and documentation techniques. The results showed that parents in Central Surabaya who adopted an authoritarian parenting had the difference in results in the locomotor development of children. The survey results show that the development of children's movements for the ability to walk score is 3.7; running score is 3.97; jumping score is 3.68; and walking backward score is 3.83. From these results it shows the difference between a single developmental motion, there is no dominant or worse.

2019 The Culture Of Parenting Indonesian Tribes In The Habituation Of Children's Character
Indonesia is a rich country, both in natural and cultural resources. Indonesia has many ethnic groups. One of the ethnic groups in Indonesia is the Samin society in Bojonegoro. The purpose of this study is to describe the pattern of parenting applied by the Samin society. The second objective of this study is to describe the way Samin society maintains the culture. The third shapes to explain character in children from childhood. This study uses a research approach with qualitative ethnographic methods. The type of data analysis technique used in this study is Spradley. The stages of this study are first descriptive observation, second dynamic analysis, three focused observations, four taxonomic analyzes, the five theme analysis Findings in this study are 1) Samin society has democratic parenting upbringing that upholds local cultural values, 2) Samin society educating children not only with care provided by parents but also the surrounding environment that supports the formation of children's character, 3) prominent character in the Samin society is honest and responsible.

Play Group is one of the non-formal education programs that provide services on education aimed at early childhood (0-6 years). The purpose of this study is to analyze the play group managerials through a management function which includes; planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. This study used a qualitative descriptive study. Subject of research is the founder and director of PAUD, principals and educators. Data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the display of data, data reduction, and conclusion.
