2018 Optimalisasi Budaya Literasi Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Surabaya
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktifitas yang mencerminkan budaya literasi di kalangan mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Unesa, baik dalam kegiatan akademik maupun nonakademik, serta strategi yang dilaksanakan dalam penumbuhkembangan budaya literasi di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Unesa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui analisis data model interaktif dan dilakukan pengecekan keabsahan data melalui uji kredibilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan literasi di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Unesa masih tergolong rendah dilihat dari aktifitas mahasiswa dalam kegiatan akademik dan nonakademik, serta belum adanya prestasi yang ditunjukkan mahasiswa dalam event-event literasi. Upaya pembiasaan kegiatan literasi telah dilakukan oleh para dosen melalui penugasan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa. Selama ini belum terdapat aturan khusus yang mengatur tentang literasi di lingkungan FIP. Namun, para pimpinan FIP akan terus mengupayakan optimalisasi budaya literasi dengan melakukan strategi penumbuhkembangan budaya literasi melalui penekanan terhadap dosen yang dijadikan sebagai role model.

2018 Studi Deskriptif Perbandingan Kinerja Guru TK Dalam Penggunaan LKA Dan APE Di Desa Kebonagung Kecamatan Sukodono Sidoarjo
Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan perbandingan kinerja guru TK dalam penggunaan LKA dan APE di desa Kebonagung Sukodono Sidoarjo. Subyek penelitian ini adalah RA At-Taqwa dan TK Mutiara Anak Sholeh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis Miles dan Huberman yang dimulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data hingga pada verifikasi data/simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa adanya perbedaan dalam penggunaan media LKA dan APE yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar sehingga berdampak kepada peserta didik. Dampak guru yang menggunakan media LKA lebih dominan yaitu adanya hambatan dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran karena tidak ada umpan balik antara guru dengan anak. Sementara itu, dampak guru yang menggunakan media APE lebih dominan adalah anak lebih dapat memahami materi dalam proses kegiatan belajar walaupun guru harus bekerja lebih ekstra.

2018 Pengaruh Kegiatan Menggunting Media Kertas Buffalo terhadap Kemampuan Motorik Halus Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun di TK Ihyaul Ulum Lamongan
Penelitian Pre-Eksperimental design dengan jenis One Group Pretest-Posttest ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan menggunting media kertas buffalo terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Ihyaul Ulum Lamongan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A di TK Ihyaul Ulum Lamongan yang berjumlah 18 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh Thitung= 0 dan Ttabel untuk N= 18 dengan taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 40, maka (0< 40). Data tersebut menunjukkan HO ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil penelitian kegiatan menggunting media kertas buffalo berpengaruh. Hal ini dikarenakan kegiatan menggunting media kertas buffalo dilakukan secara bertahap sesuai dengan tahapan menggunting. Selain itu, media kertas buffalo yang digunakan kongkret, aman karena bentuknya yang halus dan tebal yang dapat melatih ketangkasan jari anak, dan tidak cepat rusak serta menarik bagi anak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan menggunting media kertas buffalo berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Ihyaul Ulum Lamongan.

2018 Labour Issues as a Context in Designing Mathematics Activity for Counting Strategy
Every year the labour demonstration in the industry area has always been the fundamental problem of a developing country, Indonesia is no exception. Some mathematics present regarding the labour issue. In order to excavate mathematical concepts from the setting, an auto| ethnographical study was conducted by the teacher and the researcher. Emerging mathematical concepts that are found often, was developed to design a set of mathematical activities. The learning design was using Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) as a learning approach and Problem Solving Learning (PSL) is defined as the learning model. 2018 An Integrative Thematic Textbook for Higher Education Based on Ethnopedagogy
This paper aims to present the development of integrative thematic textbook based on ethnic-pedagogic studies. The textbook is created to fulfill the gap between the curriculum in Indonesian elementary schools and the curriculum in Department of Elementary Teacher Education in university. The Indonesian elementary school curriculum required integrative learning of multiple subjects within a theme, whereas in the university level prospective primary school teachers are learning the disciplines separately. This integrative thematic approach makes an urge for the university to prepare the model of textbook which is used by undergraduate students in higher education as an example of conducting integrative learning. Ethno-pedagogic studies are conducted to identify appropriate themes for the book. The initiated ethno-pedagogic themes are used as a unique property of the book which can integrate linking competencies from many different subjects. The first-year research of book design shows that the themes are powerful to compile various disciplines of several chosen lectures (social studies, mathematics, science, Indonesian language and art) in higher education. The second year of this study used experimental research design and it found that the book is considered to be appropriate to use for undergraduate students in the department of elementary teacher education.

2018 MODEL BUKU TEKS BERBASIS ETNOPEDAGOGI DI PENDIDIKAN DASAR
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan buku teks melalui tematik integrative yang berbasis pada kajian etnopedagogis,(2) mendeskripsikan kualitas dan kelayakan bahan ajar, serta (3) mendeskripsikan implikasi literasi melalui tematik integrative yang berbasis pada kajian etnopedagogis (pemanfaatan local genius) untuk meningkatkan kompetensi utama dan mendukung profil mahasiswa di Jurusan PGSD FIP UNESA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu pendahuluan, pengembangan dan eksperimen. Kegiatan tahun pertama diawali dengan (a) pengkajian dan identifikasi berbagai hambatan/kendala terkait dengan praktek pembelajaran,(b) analisis capaian pembelajaran (learning outcomes) dan course learning outcomes dalam dokumen kurikulum on going,(c) mengembangkan model buku teks literasi lintas bidang studi berbasis etnopedagogis,(d) validasi model buku teks literasi,(e) ujicoba terbatas dan uji luas model buku teks literasi. Hasilnya menunjukan secara umum, komponen kelayakan isi, kebahasaan, sajian dan kegrafikan sudah dinyatakan baik, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai tes mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan memperoleh tanggapan mahasiswa dan dosen yang positif.

2018 Ragawi Calculations in Javanese Culture
Culture should be a fundamental thing for every individual. Combining the culture with existing learning is one way to reintroduce the culture to the future generation. Simultaneously, it cannot only increase a proud of culture, but also it offers an innovative way in learning. As the largest tribe in Indonesia, Javanese culture needs to be reproduced through education and broader disseminated in other disciplines, mathematics is no exception. Meanwhile, emerging culture in mathematical concept has been conveyed by some experts in the study of ethnomathematics. Combining mathematics and Javanese culture is expected to provide a new breakthrough. The paradigm of this study lied on transformative research, which integrates multi-qualitative research paradigms through critical auto-ethnographical study. This paper aims to present a study on ethnomathematics and ragawi calculations discussed in depth through the point of view of the use of a numeric base. The rules and the origins of ethnomathematics, and the magnitude of conversions in the ragawi calculations are also explained as the research findings. Some examples of mathematical problems using ragawi calculations’ context are provided to give insights for elementary mathematics educators in their classroom practices.

2018 Exploring the Unity Value of Pancasila to Transform Mathematics Contexts in Primary School
The most fundamental principle of Indonesian education is based on Pancasila as the Indonesia’s ideology that consists of five valuable precepts. However, the main problem is that Pancasila values are not integrated seriously in other school subjects, including mathematics. People argue that Pancasila is only properly taught in civic education, or its values are only relevant with religion education or social studies. Thus, this study aims to explore possible integration between Pancasila and elementary mathematics education. This paper presents how unity values as the third percept of Pancasila can be excavated to find out mathematical concepts for primary school children. An auto-ethnographic study is used as the main methodology through narrative inquiry of the researcher. Such methods lie on the multi-paradigmatic research design within transformative research. As a result, the exploration exposes some contexts of diversity in Indonesia and colonialism that can be used in mathematics problems. The problems might enhance students understanding of multiculturalism and sense of nationality as well as of mathematical concepts involved.

2018 Scientific reasoning profile of junior secondary school students on the concept of static fluid
Scientific reasoning is one of the most important ability. This study aims to determine the profile of scientific reasoning of junior high school students about the concept of static fluid. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach to get an idea about the scientific reasoning of One Roof Junior Secondary School Student Kotabaru Reteh in Riau. The technique of collecting data is done by test of scientific reasoning. Scientific reasoning capability refers to Furtak's EBR (Evidence Based Reasoning) scientific reasoning indicator that contains the components of claims, data, evidence, and rules. The result obtained on each element of scientific reasoning is 35% claim, 23% data, 21% evidence and 17% rule. The conclusions of this research that scientific reasoning of Satu Atap Junior Secondary School student Kotabaru Reteh, Riau Province still in the low category.
