Coaching Clinic Peningkatan Profesional Guru melalui Karya Ilmiah bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar
The era of the Education Revolution 4.0 has now been felt and become a part of the education process and has an impact on the action of realizing teacher professionalism. With regard to educational issues as stated above, the purpose of implementing this article is to provide knowledge and skills for teachers in making classroom action research reports so that they can increase their professionalism. The method of this training activity is carried out by lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and mentoring. This activity was attended by 24 participants from elementary school teachers throughout the city of Surabaya who had filled out the online registration (google form). The result of this training was that the knowledge and skills of teachers increased and were able to lead to the realization of professional teachers. This can be seen from the results of the training evaluation data analysis, which overall participants rated this activity in the very satisfactory category with a score range of 55-64. The training materials that have been mastered by the participants are good practice in classroom learning, the nature of classroom action research reports, writing classroom action research reports, and disseminating classroom action research reports. Mentoring is done by reviewing class action research reports from participants to be presented and provide feedback for improvements. Dissemination by submitting relevant educational journals and classroom action research journals to be published from the trainees.

Strategi Pengelolaan Pariwisata Pesisir di Sendang Biru Kabupaten Malang Propinsi Jawa Timur
Pembangunan pariwisata memerlukan kebijakan yang tepat sehingga mampu menjadi pedoman bagi tindakan strategis di masa mendatang, baik untuk kegiatan pariwisata itu sendiri maupun kegiatan di sektor lain. Wilayah pesisir dan laut Sendang Biru merupakan kawasan andalan Kabupaten Malang untuk pembangunan pariwisata. Kawasan pesisir ini memiliki beberapa potensi menarik sebagai kawasan pariwisata, seperti: pantai berpasir putih, hutan pantai, pemandangan indah, dan tradisi upacara bersih laut yang biasa di kenal dengan upacara petik laut serta didukung oleh adanya Cagar Alam Pulau Sempu yang khas. Apabila potensi ini dimanfaatkan secara optimal, tentu dapat diandalkan sebagai peluang kesempatan kerja dan berusaha bagi masyarakat lokal. Analisis SWOT digunakan dalam menentukan strategi pengelolaan pariwisata di kawasan ini, tetapi terlebih dahulu diadakan pengkajian potensi kawasan berdasarkan penilaian dan pengembangan obyek dan daya tarik wisata yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Wisata Alam dan Pemanfaatan Jasa Lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) mengkaji potensi kawasan pariwisata pesisir Sendang Biru Kabupaten Malang, dan 2) merumuskan strategi pengelolaan kawasan pariwisata pesisir Sendang Biru Kabupaten Malang. Hasil akhir penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu sumbangan penentuan strategi pengelolaan pariwisata pesisir dan laut Kabupaten Malang, terutama oleh pengambil kebijakan dalam memutuskan strategi pengelolaan yang dilakukan. Perilaku Bullying Pada Aktivitas Bermain Anak Umur 5-6 Tahun (Studi Kasus)
Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk memotret perilaku bullying yang dilakukan oleh anak usia dini baik bagi korban maupun pelaku bully di TK Aisyiyah 1 dan TK Kemala Bhayangkari 79 Bangkalan sehingga dapat diketahui bentuk-bentuk perilaku bullying dan dampaknya terhadap aktivitas bermain anak. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 1 siswa TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 1 dan 1 siswa TK Kemala Bhayangkari 79, Bangkalan yang menjadi korban bullying di lingkungan sekolahnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta dilakukan uji kredibilitas data dengan menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian dari perilaku bullying terhadap aktivitas bermain anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 1 dan TK Kemala Bhayangkari 79 Bangkalan menunjukkan bentuk-bentuk bullying yang biasa dilakukan oleh pelaku bully, serta menunjukkan dampak dari bullying terhadap aktivitas bermain anak korban bullying.

DESCRIPTIVE STUDY: IMPLEMENTATION OF CHARACTER EDUCATION IN THE DORMITORY OF THE INDONESIAN SCHOOL OF DAVAO, PHILIPPINES
This study aims to determine the types of character education that are applied or implemented to students who live in the Davao Indonesia School (SID) dormitory. The objectives to be achieved include this research is expected to describe the application of character education in the form of religious attitudes, discipline, national spirit, care for the environment, and responsibility in the SID dormitory and can describe the achievements of character education in the dormitory and its obstacles. This research was carried out for three months starting with asking permission, data collection, analysis, reporting. Data was collected by means of structured interview sheets and documentation studies. The results showed that character education in the SID dormitory had been implemented. The implementation of religious attitudes is carried out through routine worship activities, reading scriptures, religious activities, and appeals for good dress. Discipline is carried out by applying the given rules and dividing individual and group tasks. The attitude of the national spirit is reflected in the obligation to use the Indonesian language, play Indonesian songs, and watch Indonesian films together. The attitude of caring for the environment is instilled through mutual cooperation activities, cleaning pickets, joint activities in supporting environmental cleanliness and reminding each other about cleanliness. The attitude of responsibility is implemented from the willingness to be led, regulated, and directed, to take every advice seriously and to maintain and maintain the objects owned and to carry out the results of the agreements that have been made.
