2016 Hubungan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya hubungan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan motivasi belajar padasiswa di SMP Negeri 11 Kota Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 80 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Alat ukur penelitian menggunakan skala dukungan sosial keluarga dan skala motivasi belajar. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa di SMP Negeri 11 Kota Pasuruan dengan nilai r sebesar 0, 535. Hal ini berarti Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial keluarga yang diterima siswa, maka semakin tinggi motivasi belajar siswa. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah dukungan sosial keluarga yang diterima siswa, maka semakin rendah motivasi belajar siswa.

2016 The role of self competence on affective organizational commitment of vocational high school temporary teachers
This study aims to determine the role of self-competence on affective organizational commitment. The study was conducted in the scope of vocational high school organizations in Surabaya. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling. The total sample involved 110 temporary teachers working in vocational high schools. In this study, the instruments used were questionnaires of self competence and affective organizational commitment. Each statement on both types of questionnaires provides a choice of seven alternative answers. The data analysis technique used linear regression analysis with SPSS program version 20. The findings suggest that self-competence has an important role in influencing the affective organizational commitment. This implies that teachers who have high self-competence will be more committed affectively to the school where they work.

This study aimed at identifying the students' as well as the teachers' perception of the instructional aspects of TPI in view of the teaching learning process at the SMP in East Jawa. Other variables under investigation were the utilization of the instructional aspect of this broadcast and the contraint encountered. It is shown from the result of data analysis that the broadcasting of TPI enhance the student'motivation through the time for watching it should be reviewed.

2016 PENGARUH PEMANFAATAN LINGKUNGAN ALAM PASIR SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN SAINS DAN MOTORIK HALUS ANAK USIA DINI
Natural Environment which character is constant relatively and all the natural contents that often stimulate children to play, development and learning unlimited but useful. One of the natural things which easy to know is sand. The phenomenon happens nowadays among the learning to the pre-school children is the most of the instant medias are used, so that the students lack of interaction with the nature. This research purposes are:(1) the effect of the sand natural environment as a source of learning on children’s science abilities,(2) the effect of the sand natural environment as a source of learning on children’s fine motor skills,(3) the effect of sand natural environment learning as a source of learning towards children science and fine motor abilities. Base on the research result above, it can be summarized that the use of sand nature environment has the effect to the science and soft motoric ability of the pre-school children. 2016 Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Konstruktivistik Bermedia Uno Stacko Terhadap Kemampuan Mengenal Lambang Bilangan Anak Kelompok A
Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh model pembelajaran konstruktivistik bermedia uno stacko terhadap kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan anak kelompok A di TK Dharma Wanita Kembang Ringgit Pungging Mojokerto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua anak kelompok A dengan jumlah sebanyak 15 anak, yang terdiri dari 9 anak laki-laki dan 6 anak perempuan. Selain itu, pada teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi serta alat penilaian berupa lembar observasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dalam penelitian ini analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data statistik nonparametrik dengan menggunakan uji jenjang bertanda Wilcoxon (Wilcoxon match pairs test), hasil yang diperoleh adalah Thitung< Ttabel= 0< 25 dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Maka hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran konstruktivistik bermedia uno stacko terhadap kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan pada anak kelompok A di TK Dharma Wanita Kembang Ringgit Pungging Mojokerto.

2016 Pengaruh Metode Resitasi bermedia kokoru terhadap kemampuan mengenal konsep bentuk geometri anak kelompok B
Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh metode resitasi bermedia kokoru terhadap kemampuan mengenal konsep bentuk geometri anak kelompok B1 di TK Al-Iman Surabaya yang berjumlah 20 anak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan penelitian pre-experimental design dengan jenis one-group pretest-posttest. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik non parametrik uji wilcoxon dengan software SPSS for windows v. 23.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan uji Wilcoxon, dapat diketahui bahwa= 0,000 menyatakan bahwa<(0,000< 0, 05), maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan terbukti bahwa metode resitasi bermedia kokoru berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan mengenal konsep bentuk geometri anak kelompok B1 di TK Al-Iman Surabaya.

2016 CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS ENHANCEMENT THROUGH REFLECTIVE JOURNAL OF CIVICS 5th GRADERS IN SDN NGENEP 5
Civics education in elementary school has been focusing on the cognitive, where every student is always measured by the test. Affective abilities of students is the ultimate goal in teaching civics is often overlooked. Reflective journal writing required by students, for knowing the way of thinking from early until the end of learning. The way student thinking is needed to determine the extent of students' ability to construct knowledge. Objectives achieved in the study are First, to describe the application of reflective journals on the Civics 5 th graders SDN Ngenep 5, Second, to determine the application of reflective journal can improve critical thinking skills on subjects Civic Education 5 th graders SDN Ngenep 5. This study uses classroom action research. This research subject 5 th graders is 24 students SDN Ngenep 5. Data collection techniques in this research is observation, interview, documentation, field notes and tests. The results show an increase in the students' critical thinking phase, namely Focus, Reason, Inference, Situation, Clarity, and Overview using reflective journal . Suggestions in this research are: 1. Learning time management need to be considered in the use of reflective journal, 2. Teachers should use a reflective journal to improve students' critical thinking skills, 3. other researchers can develop a reflective journal research with emphasis on self-assessment because in this study have not been seen clearly.
