2022 The Effectiveness of Learning Management System (LMS) as a Learner Self-Service-based Platform in Community Learning Center (CLC)
This study aims to test the effectiveness of the learning management system (LMS) as a platform based on learner self-service at the Community Learning Center (CLC). This study uses a quantitative approach with one group pretest-posttest. Respondents were 90 learners in PKBM Setia Mandiri with quota sampling technique. Data were collected in scores and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the learning management system (LMS) as a learner self-service-based platform effectively increased learner mastery, especially during distance learning. This finding is reinforced by the learner scores showing a pretest score of 48.49 compared to the posttest result of 78.41, with a significance (sig.) of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, a learning management system (LMS) can be an innovative learning platform that helps learners understand the material and form a learning society.

The struggle of women to occupy public positions is not as easy as that of men. The totality of domestic and public roles that are carried out simultaneously by women leads to multiple roles that must be played. The strength of the patriarchal culture is also a measure of the inappropriateness of women in occupying public seats, especially in politics. This misunderstanding does not only come from men and society, even many women are not aware of the roles they carry out.

2022 Implementation of Managerial Competencies for PKBM Managers in Community Empowerment Program
PKBM (Community Learning Activity Center) is a place to serve the learning needs of community. It is still found that the institution is in a state of between life and death and has not developed (stagnant). The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation od managerial competence for PKBM managers in community empowetment programs. This study used descriptive and quantitative approeaches with survey methods. This study involved 10 institutions and each institution involved the leader, secretary and treasurer, so the number of respondents was 30 people. Data collection techniques used are tests, interviews and observations. Quantitative descriptive analysis technique with percentage. The findings show that managers’ understanding of managerial competence is 55,34%. The achievement of this percentage proves that PKBM managers are categorized as lacking in community empowerment programs. For managers must have the abilities, namely: to describe the rules and regulations, and apply them to units; Plan and set program or activity targets for a certain period; Establish and regulate members involved in activities; Determine the details of tasks for members in the administration; Delegating some of the tasks of authority; Supervise the implementation of tasks carried out by members; Prepare and report the results of activities periodically; and Solve the problems encountered in the process of carrying out managerial duties.

2022 TINGKAT MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA PEMBELAJARAN DARING PROGRAM KESETARAAN PAKET B
In order to succeed in the concept of lifelong learning in Non-Formal Education, it takes more motivation to learn from learning online during this pandemic, with the pandemic not being a problem or an excuse for learning citizens not to carry out learning activities, precisely with this pandemic can become a trigger to study harder. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe how the learning motivation of citizens to learn in online learning in equality education. This research used descriptive quantitative research method, and the research sample consisted of 30 student package B. Data collection techniques using survey techniques with a Likert scale. While the data analysis technique in this study calculates the percentage of data on each indicator with various aspects, then interprets the percentage value and describes and analyzes in depth on each research indicator. The results of this study indicate that the learning motivation of learning citizens in online learning in equivalency education package B shows good motivation, this is evidenced by the presence of a percentage value of learning motivation of 78.61%. Thus, this research is expected to be useful for every educational institution, especially non-formal education in organizing online learning while still involving motivation in it.

2022 KETERLIBATAN AKADEMISI DALAM PENCEGAHAN COVID-19 DI DESA BINAAN KKN DI KABUPATEN NGANJUK
Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan bentuk bahaya (hazard) yang memiliki potensi mengancam segala aspek kehidupan masyarakat, seperti sosial, ekonomi, kesehatan, dan psikologis. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan bantuan pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar dalam menjaga sosial ekonomi masyarakat agar tetap sehat, terjamin dan minimal terbantu untuk bisa bertahan hidup dalam menghadapi pandemic Covid-19 yang melanda sampai ke pelosok desa. Kebutuhan dasar yang diperlukan oleh masyarakat tersebut dikemas dalam bentuk sembako yang akan di distribusikan terhadap masyarakat yang terdampak di desa binaan KKN Kabupaten Nganjuk. Oleh karena itu dalam program ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Metode pelaksanakan kegiatan PKM Covid-19 ini meliputi empat tahapan yakni persiapan/perencanaan, survey kebutuhan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Melalui kegiatan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam membantu permasalahan ekonomi yang dialami oleh warga sekaligus juga dapat membantu warga memenuhi kebutuhan akan makanan bergizi dan vitamin di masa pandemi Covid-19.

2022 PELATIHAN GURU DAN ORANG TUA SISWA SEBAGAI PENDAMPING KELAS SISWA DIFABEL
Anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) memiliki karakteristik khusus serta berbeda dengan anak pada umumnya. Dalam hal ini penanganan untuk siswa dalam kategori ABK sangatlah diperlukan, terutama di lingkungan sekolah dan rumah. Di sekolah selingkung Labschool Unesa memiliki 20 siswa ABK yang tersebar pada jenjang TK, SD dan SMP. Di sekolah, peserta didik tersebut dilayani oleh guru kelas dan orang tua yang mendampingi ketika belajar. Berkaitan dengan hal ini, para guru kelas dan orang tua siswa belum memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang ABK dan penanganannya. Selain itu, guru dan orang tua juga tidak memiliki latar belakang Pendidikan Luar Biasa (PLB). Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan pelatihan bagi guru dan orang tua. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang penangan ABK, supaya para guru dan orang tua dapat bersinergi dalam memberikan pelayanan, sehingga akan memberikan hasil pendidikan secara optimal. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk workshop dengan teori dan praktek. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian dinyatakan sangat efektif. Selain itu secara penguasaan materi, peserta pelatihan juga mengalami peningkatan yang dapat diketahui melalui hasil pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test diketahui terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil pada peserta pelatihan. Saran untuk guru dan orang tua yakni agar selalu konsisten dalam menguatkan perannya untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan anak, termasuk kebutuhan ABK.

2022 PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS KARANG TARUNA DESA TEMU MELALUI DESIGN THINKING PROCESS
Desa Temu, Kecamatan Tenor, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur memiliki karang taruna, namun karang taruna tersebut tidak cukup berkembang sejak awal berdiri, bahkan selama 2 (dua) tahun terakhir dinilai mati suri akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pasca pandemi Covid-19, karang taruna Desa Temu ingin berusaha bangkit dan mencoba aktif untuk menjalankan beragam program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Hal ini dikarenakan para pemuda telah menyadari kondisi yang ada, salah satunya kondisi perekonomian. Terdapat 134 penduduk usia produktif (20-55 tahun) yang belum bekerja atau terpaksa tidak bekerja akibat pandemi Covid-19. Dari jumlah tersebut, beberapa di antaranya adalah anggota karang taruna. Ditinjau dari tingkat pendidikan, mayoritas penduduk hanya tamatan Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, kondisi ekonomi, dan pandangan hidup masyarakat yang masih tradisional. Dari permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan kegiatan pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas karang taruna agar dapat memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Temu. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode design thinking process. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian dinyatakan sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan kapasitas karang taruna. Secara penguasaan materi, terdapat peningkatan kompetensi dari peserta yang dapat diketahui melalui perbedaan hasil pre-test dan post-test. 2022 Analysis of Principal’s Leadership at Unesa Lab School
Principals have an essential role in realizing schools that excel, excel, and even. A school principal's ability is not only in carrying out his role as a leader and manager but also, more importantly, as a motivator, innovator, and supervisor, including the principal in the Unesa Lab School Environment. This study aims to analyze the performance of school principals in carrying out their functions as innovators, motivators, and supervisors. The research method uses descriptive quantitative. Research respondents included school principals and educators at Lab school Unesa Junior High School (JHS) 1, Unesa Lab school JHS 2, and Unesa Lab school Unesa Lab school JHS 3. The analysis technique used percentages. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership is carried out optimally. The data shows that the principal of Unesa Lab school JHS 1 has a score of 4.31, Unesa Lab school JHS 2 has a score of 4.30, and Unesa Lab school JHS 3 has a score of 4.55. In general, the principal's leadership in carrying out the functions of innovator, motivator, and supervisor has been excellent, and this must be maintained and even improved.
