2019 Guided Group Investigation, Scaffolding Task Questions and Self-Efficacy in Learning to Solve Social Problems in Inclusive School
This study aims to examine the effect of guided investigation group scaffolding questions and assignments on improving learning outcomes in solving social problems in Indonesian inclusive schools. It used a quasiexperimental design and took inclusive junior high school students in Surabaya Indonesia. It used test results and inventory self-efficacy. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA. The results showed that the learning outcomes of social problem solving students who studied with guided investigation group scaffolding questions and assignments increased more than students who studied with un guided investigation groups, self efficacy significantly affected the increase in social problem solving learning outcomes, students with high self efficacy learning outcomes are higher than students with low self efficacy, there is an interaction between learning strategies with self efficacy in improving the results of learning social problem solving.

2019 Increased Understanding of Principals and Deputy Principals Regarding the Implementation of Inclusive Education
Equality has long been the main goal of education throughout the world. But in fact, the implementation in the field is still not optimal, it has not run smoothly and completely. Thus, mentoring activities are useful to improve the understanding of principals and vice principals in implementing an inclusive education system. Indicators of this activity can be seen from three aspects, namely the understanding of principals and vice principals on inclusive education, understanding of principals and deputy principals for children with special needs, and principals and deputy principals for improving policies in implementing inclusive education at their school. The target of this mentoring activity was the principal and deputy principal of the Mojokerto Middle School. Problems will be solved in three phases, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Preparations were made with a preliminary survey to look at the conditions in the field regarding the preliminary understanding of the principal and vice principal about inclusive education and children with special needs. The next phase is the service activity phase. In this phase, the development and provision of some material. The last stage is the evaluation stage. At this stage, evaluation of results is achieved by the mentoring participants. The results show that the understanding of principals and deputy principals has increased from 30% to 82% who have understood about inclusive education. 2019 Scaffolding task analysis and multimedia in development life skill intellectual disability student
This study aims to examine the effect of scaffolding and multimedia audio motion visual on improving learning outcomes in vocational life skill intellectual disability student in Indonesian schools. It used a pre-experimental one group pre test-post test design design. Subjects of the study were students of exceptional junior high school intellectual disability in East Java Indonesia. It used test performance. Data were analyzed using test wilcoxon. The results showed that the learning outcomes of vocational life skill students who studied with scaffolding and multimedia audio motion visual increased more than students who studied with un scaffolding and multimedia audio motion visual. This means scaffolding and multimedia audio motion visual give a better influence on the results of vocational life learning students' intellectual disability skills.

2019 Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Rotation Social Question (RSQ) untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Sosial dalam Pembelajaran PPKn di Sekolah Dasar
Peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan dilakukan terus-menerus sebagai upaya tanggap akan perubahan Ipteks. Siswa pada generasi Alpha mendorong otomatisasi yang dapat mengkibatkan kurangnya rasa memiliki nilai-nilai budaya bangsa. Pengembangan pembelajaran PPKn diperlukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya keterampilan sosial pada nilai-nilai Pancasila. Tujuan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran Rotation Social Question (RSQ) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dalam pembelajaran PPKn dan menghasilkan model pembelajaran melalui uji coba ahli, telaah guru, dan tanggapan siswa. Desain penelitian dan pengembangan ini memodifikasi model pengembangan Borg & Gall dan ADDIE yakni (1) penelitian pendahuluan;(2) perencanaan;(3) pengembangan produk;(4) validasi ahli;(5) revisi produk awal;(6) uji coba skala terbatas; dan (7) revisi produk akhir. Model pembelajaran RSQ untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran PPKn di Sekolah dasar. Hasil validasi ahli strategi pembelajaran memperoleh persentase 92% dan ahli pembelajaran PPKn memperoleh persentase 83, 5%. Pada uji coba skala terbatas keefektifan, keterterapan dan keterbacaan produk menunjukkan telaah guru dan tanggapan siswa mendapatkan kriteria sesuai. Pemanfaatan model pembelajaran RSQ terbatas dalam mata pelajaran PPKn, maka disarankan untuk pengguna memahami secara utuh.

2019 The Influence of Cooperative Group Investigation on Student’s Learning Result in Natural Science Subject for Grade VIII in Kota Komba East Manggarai
The study aims to find out the influence of Cooperative Group Investigation on the student's learning result in Natural Science Subject for Grade VIII in Kota Komba East Manggarai. It is a quantitative research, using a quasi-experiment method. The variables are:(1) The Independent Variable that is the learning design model named Cooperative Group Investigation; and (2) The Dependent Variable consist of the learning activity and the result of the learning. The technique of data collection exerts the achievement test. The sample of the research applies to 88 students in Grade VIII of Junior High School (SMP) during the 2018-2019 academic years in Kota Komba East of Manggarai. This research is carried out in four groups, namely:(1) Grade VIII of SMP Satu Atap Pedak, is as a control group;(2) Grade VIII of SMPN 8 is as a control group;(3) Grade VIII of SMP Pancasila Mukun, is as an experimental group;(4) Grade VIII of SMPN 3 is as an experimental group. Hypothesis testing is using analysis of variance (ANOVA) with the aid of SPSS 22. The result of the analysis concludes that the Cooperative Group Investigation gives a significant influence on student's learning, as it represents in the value of F 19,696> 0,000 with the degree of sig on 0.05 (5%).

2019 Perbedaan Hasil Belajar antara Model Kooperatif Tipe Teams Games Tournament dan Pair Checks
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar matematika antara pembelajaran kooperatif tipe team games tournament (TGT) dan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe pair checks. Penelitian kuasi eksperimen ini hanya pada materi bangun datar dan dilakukan pada sampel sebanyak 72 orang siswa, yaitu 36 siswa kelas VIIA dalam kelompok pembelajaran TGT dan 36 siswa kelas VIIB dalam kelompok pembelajaran pair checks. Sampel dipilih secara cluster random. Instrumen penelitian adalah soal pilihan ganda. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh nilai t hitung kurang dari t tabel yaitu-2, 4380<-1, 9967. Dengan demikian disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar dengan model kooperatif tipe TGT dan pair checks.

2019 Perbedaan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa antara Pembelajaran Kooperatif Student Team Achievement Division dan Team Assisted Individualization
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa antara pembelajaran kooperatif tipe student team achievement division (STAD) dan team asissted individualization (TAI). Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 orang siswa kelompok STAD dan 30 orang siswa kelompok TAI. Data penelitian diperoleh dari instrumen tes hasil belajar matematika pada materi bilangan bulat. Data dianalisis dengan uji persyaratan. Hasil perhitungan uji normalitas data siswa kelompok pembelajaran STAD didapat L hitung= 0, 1026< 0,161= L tabel sedangkan untuk data siswa kelompok pembelajaran TAI diperoleh L hitung= 0,159< 0,161= L tabel, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua data berdistribusi normal. Kemudian hasil perhitungan uji homogenitas diperoleh F hitung= 1, 22< 1, 85= F tabel, sehingga variansi data homogen. Berdasarkan analisis data dengan uji-t, didapat t hitung= 2, 50> 2, 00= t tabel dengan taraf signifikansi?= 0, 05 sehingga disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa antara pembelajaran kooperatif STAD dan TAI.

2019 Relationship between school leadership style and teachers’ motivation with teachers discipline
The background of this research is based on the teacher's lack of work discipline. There are still teachers who are late for class. In addition there are teachers who are late in collecting lesson plans. The research was conducted at VI Elementary School Elementary School, Palmerah, West Jakarta, with a survey method. The study population amounted to 133 people, while the sample amounted to 100 people, the data were analyzed using correlation and regression techniques. Based on the results of research to improve teacher work discipline can be done with a leadership style that is in accordance with situational motivation and work motivation of the teacher itself.
