2021 Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan dan Kepuasan Terhadap Loyalitas Mahasiswa (Studi Kasus Program Pascasarjana Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Airlangga)
Higher education institutions need to reform the organization culture of a bureucratic university become a corporate university. Education will be oriented towards high academic quality, service quality, and as well as student satisfaction. The purposes of this study are to measure and determine the effect of service quality and satisfaction on student loyalty in higher education sector. Data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires with 5-point likert scale. There are 151 students chosen using cluster random sampling. The validity test used factor analysis. Data analysis technique was done using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the AMOS version 21.0 program. The result of the research shows that service quality and satisfaction simultaneously affect student loyalty.

2021 Educational Management Graduates: A Tracer Study from Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia
Tracer Study is a study that can provide helpful information to evaluate higher education results and can then be used to improve and guarantee the quality of higher education institutions. This research uses a quantitative research approach with the type of survey research. The research population is graduates of the Educational Management Department who graduated in 2019 and 2020. The sample used is saturated sampling, where the entire population is a member of the sample. The study results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and extracted information about graduates, including the number of graduates. It includes who graduated, graduates employment status, waiting time for graduates, coverage of where graduates work, and other descriptions are required by Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (ie, BAN-PT). BAN-PT is an accreditation organization in Indonesia, where accreditation and input for curriculum development of Educational Management Department. The result showed that Educational Management graduates could be survived as employees or entrepreneurs that focus on Educational Management scope.

2021 Student exchange program of merdeka belajar-kampus merdeka (MBKM) in Covid-19 pandemic
The MBKM student exchange program is conducted in the Department of Educational Management, FIP, State University of Surabaya. The program is implemented online considering the pandemic is still ongoing. This research has a high urgency because it is important to know how the management of MBKM student exchanges during the Covid-19 pandemic, considering that so far student exchanges have been carried out directly or faceto-face before the Covid-19 pandemic. A qualitative approach with the case study method was used in this research. The results showed that student exchange management started from planning, organizing, implementing, to evaluating. The four steps are summarized in seven activities in the management of MBKM student exchange during the pandemic in the Department of Education Management, FIP Unesa, namely:(1) planning;(2) socialization;(3) recruitment;(4) student orientation;(5) student placement;(6) student development; and (7) recording and reporting. This study can be used as recommendations for the implementation of online student exchanges by other universities because it shows the process starting from program planning, organizing, implementing, to evaluation.

2021 Demontrasi dan Simulasi Robot Untuk Meningkatkan Kepedulian Siswa Terhadap Sains Pada SMPN 2 Kota Bengkulu
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan materi pengabdian Robotika yang dapat memotivasi siswa belajar sains dan mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa setelah kegiatan pengabdian yang berjudul Demontrasi dan Simulasi Robot Untuk Meningkatkan Kepedulian Siswa Terhadap Sains Pada SMPN 2 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian menggunakan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi visual, visualisasi, animasi dan simulasi tentang Robotika melalui video. Materi ajar yang disampaikan dengan menggunakan multimedia interaktif yang meliputi, narasi, animasi, visualisai, simulasi dan video terbukti berhasil memotivasi siswa untuk lebih peduli pada sains hasil respon siswa dari 18 responden menggunakan skala likert 5 berada pada kategori termotivasi atau peduli dengan score 3, 75 pada skala 1-5.

2021 Family intervention program for autism
Interventions can minimize the impact of developmental barriers on autism. Inconsistent interventions result in behavioral deterioration. Parents have a big role to provide consistent intervention to children. This study aims to review home intervention programs that family can do at home. The research method used is a literature review. The data collection method used is the literature related to home-based autism interventions and family intervention. The results of the study show several programs that can be applied by families at home. The results showed the intervention models that can be done by family are ABA, PLAY, dan TEACCH. Through this study, it can be concluded that ABA is the most effective technique that can be used as a basis for implementing family interventions. 2021 Metode Index Card Match untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menyusun Kalimat Tanya pada Peserta Didik Tunarungu
Penelitian ini merupakan upaya meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik tunarungu dalam menyusun kalimat tanya dengan metode index card match. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik tunarungu kelas VI yang terdiri dari 9 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dengan 2 siklus. Setiap siklusnya merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Adapun indikator keberhasilan dilihat dari KKM peserta didik 70 dan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 75% dari jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM 70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi metode index card match dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menyusun kalimat tanya pada peserta didik tunarungu. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil tes peserta didik saat pre test nilai rata-rata anak 45, 55 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 11%. Kemudian dimulai pada saat siklus 1 rata-rata nilai anak adalah 60 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 33%. Pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata anak adalah 81, 11 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 77, 78%. Setelah diketahui ketuntasan klasikal telah mencapai angka di atas 75% maka peneliti melakukan post tes dengan hasil rata-rata nilai anak mencapai 82, 22 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 100%. Peningkatan nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan menyusun kalimat tanya dengan metode index card match pada peserta didik kelas VI tunarungu SDLB Negeri Kedungkandang Kota Malang. 2021 Aktivitas bermain balok anak usia dini
Panduan aktivitas bermain balok untuk anak usia dini merupakan panduan bagi pendidik dan pemerhati anak usia dini dalam memfasilitasi perkembangan dan belajar anak melalui permainan balok. Panduan ini memberikan informasi tentang pengembangan aktivitas bermain balok dalam mengembangkan berbagai aspek perkembangan anak sesuai dengan ketentuan kurikulum.Panduan ini disusun secara menarik, sederhana, dan aplikatif, sehingga diharapkan dapat dipahami oleh seluruh pendidik dan pemerhati PAUD di seluruh Indonesia dengan berbagai kondisi dan potensi. Panduan ini memberikan landasan kajian tentang bermain balok untuk anak usia dini yang dapat dijadikan bahan rujukan dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan.

2021 An Analytical Survey on the Learning Performance of the Lecturers at the Faculty of Education
Learning Evaluation and monitoring are the soul of a learning process. They are vehicles used to improve the learning process. Institution Performance Education personnel are required to have international standards. One of the weapons that are used to compete is by applying the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. This study aims to evaluate the performance of lecturers, especially the learning process carried out by lecturers at the Faculty of Education. This study uses an analytical survey method. The instrument was developed by referring to ISO 9001: 2015. The subjects in this study were lecturers at the Faculty of Education. The study results found that the most findings were in the learning evaluation domain of 68%, 21% in learning planning, and 11% in the learning implementation domain. Several reasons led to the discovery. This data will be used as one of the reviews to follow up on learning in FIP.

2021 Penanaman Kemandirian Pada Anak Usia Dini Di Sekolah
Penelitian studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penanaman kemandirian pada beragam kegiatan yang membentuk ke arah karakter mandiri anak melalui kegiatan yang ada di sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, kemandirian anak terwujud melalui kegiatan yang ada di sekolah, antara lain; 1. Pada kegiatan awal masuk kelas dimana anak masuk ke dalam kelas dengan melepas sepatu, peci dan tas kemudian anak meletakkannya ditempat yang telah disediakan, 2. Pada saat kegiatan inti penanaman kemandirian anak terlihat pada kegiatan merapikan mainannya sendiri setelah bermain, 3. Pada kegiatan penutup keluar kelas anak dibiasakan untuk mengenakan tas, peci dan sepatunya sendiri, kemudian anak berbaris dengan rapi tanpa bantuan guru. Semua kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat ditiru oleh seluruh lembaga PAUD di Indonesia dan dapat lebih dikembangkan lagi dengan menambah program-program untuk menstimulasi kemandirian anak. Penanaman karakter mandiri adalah suatu usaha yang dilakukan untuk membentuk sikap dan watak seseorang agar hidupnya tidak terus bergantung pada bantuan orang lain

2021 Implementation and Impact of Human Resources Development in Improving the Performance of Teachers in Schools (Multi Case Studies)
This research aims to analyze the implementation and impact of human resource development in improving the performance of students. This research used a qualitative approach with the type of multi-case study research at the Elementary School Muhammadiyah of 1 Jember and the Elementary School Al Baitul Amien of 1 Jember. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation in both schools. The data analysis process was carried out by condensing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and verification. Based on the research conducted, it was concluded that the implementation of human resources in Elementary School Muhammadiyah of 1 Jember and Elementary School Al Baitul Amien of 1 Jember, namely 1) The school has fully professional development of educators in the form of training programs and always strives to improve the quality of education through skills improvement programs. 2) The school activity program is always maximized, through habituation in improving the quality of learning through activities, teaching, during the learning process and up to the implementation of quality training so that it is optimal. 3) Programmed school activities program in a clear concept in planning the skills development of educators. 4) Regulations concerning the development of written and straightforward teaching staff and maximized for the program of enhancing the skills of educators which are compiled through the formulation and determination of collective teacher teamwork.
