2020 The Effectiveness of Computer-Assisted Instruction on Students’ Cognitive Skill to Know Geometric Shapes
Cognitive skill, the important aspect in early childhood development, consists of three skills such as learning and problem solving, symbolic thinking and logical thinking. The activities in recognizing geometric shapes in children aged 4-5 years are by mentioning geometric shapes, showing geometric shapes, and geometric grouping shapes. The result of observation shows children are difficult to distinguish between square and rectangular shapes when asked. Thus, educational media to overcome these problems as well as to meet the industrial revolution 4.0 challenge is so needed. This study aims to determine the effect of CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) on children aged 4-5 years in recognizing geometric shapes. This is quantitative descriptive research using a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The population used were 75 children aged 4-5 years. Data were collected using observation and documentation. The assessment indicators used are to mention geometric shapes, show geometric shapes, connect 2-and 3-dimensional geometry shapes (surrounding objects), and group surrounding objects. Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI) in recognizing geometric shapes was used 3 times. The average score before treatment was 10.77, while after treatment was12. 66. Through the Mann-U Whitney test, the hypothesis was sig equals 0,000 is less than alpha (0.05) meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) is an effective media to recognize geometric shapes in children aged 4-5 years.

2020 Respon mahasiswa pada proses pembelajaran mata kuliah daring
Penelitian ini terfokus pada mata kuliah Penulisan Naskah AUD yang dilakukan lewat daring vinesa. Vinesa adalah singkatan dari Virtual LearningUniversitas Negeri Surabaya. Vinesa merupakan situs resmi pembelajaran daring yang dikembangkan oleh Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti perkuliahan secara daring, terutama terkait efektif dan efesiensi mata kuliah daring serta tanggung jawab mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan tugas melalui daring. Pelaksanan kegiatan daring ini hanya dilakukan selama 4 x pertemuan dan 12 x pertemuan dilakukan secara tatap muka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angketgoogle formdan dilanjutkan dengan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Diperoleh hasil bahwa bahwapembelajaran daring cukup efektif dan efesien untuk menggantikan perkuliahan secara tatap muka. Pembelajaran daring meningkatkan semangat dan tanggung jawab dalam mengerjakan tugas secara on time pada mata kuliah penulisan naskah AUD. 2020 The Scale Factors of Teacher Personalty Skill Model on Children Socio-emotional
This study aimed to determine the relationship between mastery of personal competence of teachers with teachers’ efforts to develop social skills early childhood emotional. The subject of this study amounted to 104 people were selected by purposive sampling technique, the characteristics of kindergarten teacher, has been working for at least 5 years, S1. Research sites in Surabaya. Measuring instrument used is the personality of the teacher competency scale and scale of social emotional development efforts. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed no relationship between mastery of personal competence of teachers with teachers’ efforts to develop social skills early childhood emotional (F= 8.231; p= 0.005 (p< 0.01); R= 0.273 and R2= 0.075), the contribution of predictor (R2) mastery of personal competence is 7.5%.

2020 Does Parent Perceived Could Predict Children Social Skill?
The Parent’s perceived on children socio-emotional skills regarding gadget usage has the significant problem which are should be explore in order to increase parent knowledge and understanding on gadget operation. The aim of this study to revealed the predictions of Parent’s perceived on children socio-emotional skills regarding gadget usage. Survey method through the online survey has been spread into all the parent in Surabaya who have the children in 5-6 years old. It revealed that Parent’s perceived of the gadget usage has the predictor on children socio-emotional skills. It has implications on parenting and school policy to be understanding and acquired regarding the potential risks of gadget excessive used.

2020 A stress immunity system of covid-19 through academic stress
In a survey conducted by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) of more than 1000 adults in the United States, it was found that 48 percent of respondents felt anxious they would contract the coronavirus. About 40 percent worry that they will be seriously ill or die from Covid-19, and 62 percent worry about their families or loved ones getting infected. The conflict experienced by Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) students is a manifestation of academic stress that occurs due to changes in the learning circumstances and the number of assignments received at the time of PANDEMIC. This study aims to obtain the prevalence of academic stress conditions and how to overcome them in students during the pandemic. The prevalence of data in this study is survey research based on analytic surveys collected through online surveys (Google Form) whose data analysis is through descriptive and inferential statistics, in this case, macro regression analysis. the results showed that students have mild and moderate stress levels but this is a result of distraction from lifestyle changes before the COVID pandemic 19. The implications of this research are expected to be able to control the mental health stability of UNESA’students who bring benefits in studies, their relationships with the campus community and the general public. Professionally, the implication of this research can help psychologists and counselors to form a mapping of appropriate therapeutic models.

2020 Pengembangan Buku Panduan Kegiatan Pembelajaran Mitigasi Bencana Kebakaran Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun
Pengetahuan bencana kebakaran merupakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang sangat penting diberikan kepada anakanak. Pembelajaran kegiatan mitigasi bencana kebakaran dapat diberikan pada anak melalui pembelajaran terstruktur dengan menggunakan buku panduan kegiatan pembelajaran mitigasi bencana kebakaran. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh belum adanya pembelajaran mitigasi bencana kebakaran kepada anak usia 5-6 tahun dan kurangnya pengetahuan anak terhadap mitigasi bencana kebakaran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka penelitian ini dilakukan betujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah buku panduan untuk guru terkait dengan membelajaran mitigasi bencana kebakaran pada anak di TK Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Model pengembangan ADDIE (Analisis, Design, Development and Implementation, Evaluation) dimana digunakan sebagai suatu proses yang berfungsi untuk kerangka pemandu dalam situasi kompleks. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dengan beberapa guru kelas TK B dikota surabayabagian barat. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan angket. Media buku panduan kegiatan pembelajaran mitigasi bencana kebakaran layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran mitigasi kebakaran di sekolah anak usia 5-6 tahun. Kelayakan produk dapat dilihat dari hasil penilaian oleh ahli media dan ahli materi buku ini mendapatkan prosentase nilai 82, 1% dari ahli media dengan keterangan sangat dibutuhkan atau sangat layak. 2020 Inovasi Dakon Geometri Dalam Menstimulasi Kemampuan Mengenal Bentuk Geometri Anak Usia Dini
Children aged 4-5 years need to be introduced to the geometry as a provision for further education. But in reality there are still many children aged 4-5 years who are not yet able to recognize geometric shapes (circles, triangles, and quadrilateral) due to the lack of attractive media use in the learning of children aged 4-5 years, especially in understanding geometric shapes. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a media innovation that is appropriate and effective geometry to stimulate children aged 4-5 years in recognizing geometric shapes (circles, triangles and rectangles). This type of research uses Borg and Gall research and development. Material validation test results showed a score of 87% with a good category, while the product validation test results obtained a score of 80% with a good category so that the geometry taxis are worth testing. The results of large group trials using the mann whitney u-test in the experimental group were 4.6, whereas in the control group it was 3.4 and the average achievement score of the large group trial results reached 90.31%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the innovation of geometry is declared feasible and effective to stimulate the ability of children aged 4-5 years to recognize geometric shapes. 2020 Pelatihan Pembuatan Fun Games bagi Guru PAUD di Kabupaten Jombang Jawa Timur
FUN GAMES MAKING TRAINING FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION TEACHERS IN JOMBANG REGENCY, EAST JAVA. The purpose of this training is to develop teacher skills and knowledge in making fun games that are in accordance with the characteristics and strengths that exist in PAUD institutions. The method used in the implementation of this service is to use lecture, question and answer, discussion, direct instruction, and projects in the form of the practice of making fun games for young children. The practice will be evaluated together by presenters and peers from other PAUD institutions to get constructive input and suggestions for implementation in PAUD institutions that are managed by each. The time needed in this community service program starts from the design, implementation and report preparation stages for 6 months. The report on the community service program will later be completed with certificates for training participants, participant questionnaires, and evidence of the implementation of activities. The service report will also be followed up by making scientific articles and ISBN training books. The results of the service program aimed at PAUD teachers are that teachers are able to make fun games that have novelty values and are in accordance with the characteristics of child development and the characteristics of PAUD. The results of the implementation of the community service program show a significant impact. This is evident from the results of the work on the pretest and posttest of the training participants who achieved improvements before and after the community service program was implemented.

2020 Urgensi Pendidikan Karakter Dan Nasionalisme Bagi Anak Usia Dini
Pendidikan karakter merupakan langkah penting dan strategis dalam membangun kembali jati diri individu, bangsa, dan negara. Pendidikan karakter harus melibatkan semua pihak seperti orang tua, keluarga terdekat, sekolah dan masyarakat. Dimana karakter manusia merupakan hasil tarik-menarik antara nilai baik dan buruk dalam bentuk energi positif dan negatif dalam diri. Anak usia dini perlu pemahaman dan pembiasaan yang ekstra karena anak usia dini merupakan generasi muda penerus bangsa. Sehingga dalam pendidikan karakter, anak diajarkan untuk memiliki karakter yang mulia, mencintai serta membanggakan bangsa dan negaranya. Beberapa upaya dari berbagai kalangan baik pemerintah maupun masyarakat dilakukan salah satunya dengan mengembangkan pendidikan soft skills anak sejak usia dini.
