Panduan aktivitas bermain balok untuk anak usia dini merupakan panduan bagi pendidik dan pemerhati anak usia dini dalam memfasilitasi perkembangan dan belajar anak melalui permainan balok. Panduan ini memberikan informasi tentang pengembangan aktivitas bermain balok dalam mengembangkan berbagai aspek perkembangan anak sesuai dengan ketentuan kurikulum.Panduan ini disusun secara menarik, sederhana, dan aplikatif, sehingga diharapkan dapat dipahami oleh seluruh pendidik dan pemerhati PAUD di seluruh Indonesia dengan berbagai kondisi dan potensi. Panduan ini memberikan landasan kajian tentang bermain balok untuk anak usia dini yang dapat dijadikan bahan rujukan dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan.

2021 An Analytical Survey on the Learning Performance of the Lecturers at the Faculty of Education
Learning Evaluation and monitoring are the soul of a learning process. They are vehicles used to improve the learning process. Institution Performance Education personnel are required to have international standards. One of the weapons that are used to compete is by applying the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. This study aims to evaluate the performance of lecturers, especially the learning process carried out by lecturers at the Faculty of Education. This study uses an analytical survey method. The instrument was developed by referring to ISO 9001: 2015. The subjects in this study were lecturers at the Faculty of Education. The study results found that the most findings were in the learning evaluation domain of 68%, 21% in learning planning, and 11% in the learning implementation domain. Several reasons led to the discovery. This data will be used as one of the reviews to follow up on learning in FIP.

2021 Penanaman Kemandirian Pada Anak Usia Dini Di Sekolah
Penelitian studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penanaman kemandirian pada beragam kegiatan yang membentuk ke arah karakter mandiri anak melalui kegiatan yang ada di sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, kemandirian anak terwujud melalui kegiatan yang ada di sekolah, antara lain; 1. Pada kegiatan awal masuk kelas dimana anak masuk ke dalam kelas dengan melepas sepatu, peci dan tas kemudian anak meletakkannya ditempat yang telah disediakan, 2. Pada saat kegiatan inti penanaman kemandirian anak terlihat pada kegiatan merapikan mainannya sendiri setelah bermain, 3. Pada kegiatan penutup keluar kelas anak dibiasakan untuk mengenakan tas, peci dan sepatunya sendiri, kemudian anak berbaris dengan rapi tanpa bantuan guru. Semua kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat ditiru oleh seluruh lembaga PAUD di Indonesia dan dapat lebih dikembangkan lagi dengan menambah program-program untuk menstimulasi kemandirian anak. Penanaman karakter mandiri adalah suatu usaha yang dilakukan untuk membentuk sikap dan watak seseorang agar hidupnya tidak terus bergantung pada bantuan orang lain

2021 PETA PROBLEMATIKA DAN ALTERNATIF SOLUSI PENGUATAN KERJASAM PERGURUAN TINGGI DI INDONESIA PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID 19
Kerjasama stake holder, merupakan kebutuhan perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan mutu Tri Dharma. Kemitraan dalam negeri dan luar negeri, merupakan indikator kualitas perguruan tinggi secara nasional maupun internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan problematika kerjasama Perguruan Tinggi, solusi yang ditempuh Perguruan Tinggi dalam menguatkan kerjasama dalam masa pandemi covid 19 dan penguatan kerjasama Perguruan Tinggi pasca Pandemi Covid 19. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain strategi inqury. Hasil dari penelitian ini dalam memetakan problematika kerjasama yaitu 1) terbatasnya tatap muka secara langsung 2) terbatasnya kegiatan kerjasama internasional 3) tervariasinya standar operasional prosedur kerjasama antar lembaga. Solusi yang ditempuh 1) menguatkan kerjasama dalam masa pandemic 2) menerapkan prosedur daring 3) melakukan perencanaan yang matang 4) keterampilan menguasai IT. Pola penguatan kerjasama 1) faktor motivasi kerjasama 2) Pergeseran nilai etika 3) Cara inovatif untuk kerjasama. Kesimpulannya bahwa tetap terjalin proses kerjasama perguruan tinggi namun dilakukan dengan daring dan perencanaan yang matang.

2021 Posyandu Adaptasi Kebiasan Baru Di Desa Dukuh Sari Kecamatan Jabon Sidoarjo
Pandemi Covid-19 memberi ancaman krisis multidimensi, mulai dari kesehatan, ekonomi, politik, sosial dan budaya. Dalam bidang kesehatan berdampak juga pada layanan kesehatan Posyandu bayi balita. Posyandu yang selama ini berperan cukup signifikan dalam pengawasan gizi, kesehatan anak, dan imunisasi sejak adanya pandemi menjadi terganggu. Kondisi ini juga terjadi di seluruh wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jabon Sidoarjo. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Mitra yaitu belum dibukanya layanan Posyandu sejak bulan Maret 2020. Layanan penimbangan dan imunisasi hanya dilakukan secara terbatas di Bidan Praktek Mandiri dan Puskesmas. Orang tua bayi dan balita masih enggan dan takut untuk keluar rumah sehingga mereka melakukan penundaan menunggu sampai situasi pandemi mereda. Pengabdian Masyarakat PPDM (Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra) ini melakukan persiapan Posyandu Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru di Desa Dukuh Sari Jabon Sidoarjo melalui kegiatan pendampingan kader Posyandu. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan antara lain pembekalan kader dan sosialisasi informasi secara komprehensif mengenai Covid-19, penyediaan sarana prasarana pendukung, pelatihan cuci tangan yang benar, serta simulasi tata cara dan Posyandu Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru. Kegiatan PPDM ini terlaksana selama 8 (delapan) bulan dengan melakukan pendekatan penyelesaikan masalah melalui pemberdayaan kader dengan target meningkatkan tata kelola masyarakat, sumber daya manusia, serta perbaikan sumber daya alam melalui tata kelola layanan Posyandu Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru

2020 Faktor Orang Tua dalam Memilih Taman Kanak-Kanak Bagi Anak Usia Dini
For parents, choosing a school for their kids is something that cannot be simple. As a first institution that give a proper education, kindergarten should facilitate children’s ‘golden age’to prepare them facing a real world. The aim of this study is to get information about what factor that parents should consider before they choose a suitable kindergarten for their beloved one. This research was using library research, which was a research method that using materials from library such as book and journal as a information source. Based on research, we can conclude that there are some factors that parents should consider, which was the location, cost, religious education partion, vision and mission, physical facilities, and teachers profile.

2020 Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi covid-19 di TK Bias Yogyakarta
Covid-19 cases was first reported in March 2020. To protect their citizen, the goverment made some regulation and one of them is school from home. TK BIAS Giwangan is one of kindergarten that apply school from home since the regulation started. In this research, we would like to get the information about how TK BIAS GIWANGAN run their school from home programme. We used qualitative approach with observation and interview method. The result is TK BIAS GIWANGAN held a school from home programme. The fundamental reason for the teacher choosing learning theme is the easiness, simplicity, and interesting. They used Whatsapp and Zoom as the main application to held learning process. Assesment and evaluation process was held by observing chldren’s response and behaviour while learning by Zoom and they also did home visit to facilitate children that cannot join the class.

2020 Father’s Multiple Role to Growing Independence of Children at the Pandemic Covid-19
This study aims to examine the dual role of fathers in fostering the independence of children at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The dual role of the father makes the task divided as the head of the family who earns a living and also acts as the mother who takes care of, cares for and cares for the child. Having early childhood requires the role of parents (father and mother) because at this stage of child development, early childhood is in a golden age that requires optimal attention in child development, in this case not only the mother plays a role, but the father also has the role of both as the main breadwinner and protecting their family and also educating children. The participants of this study were six fathers who have multiple roles and have children aged 4-6 years whose children are currently attending TK Kharisma Taman Sidoarjo. Collecting data using in-depth interviews and then analyzed using the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) method. The results show that the dual role of the father in fostering the independence of children at home during the Covid-19 pandemic can be carried out by giving examples and mentoring children in doing activities at home that can be done independently, as well as getting children to do simple daily activities to fulfill their needs. the child’s own needs.

2020 Developing Children’s Early Numeracy Skill Through Traditional Game “Dragon Snakes”
The early numeracy skill is needed by children to continue their higher education which relates to mentioning symbols of numbers, sorting numbers, adding, subtracting, and knowing more and less. The numeracy skills can be improved through traditional games, namely dragon snake. The rules of the Dragon snake game were; the children took two cards, then, added the numbers and the pictures on those cards. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years through the traditional game “dragon snakes”. The research method used was a quantitative research with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample in this study was 62 children aged 5-6 years in Karanggeneng Subdistrict, Lamongan district. Data were collected using tests, observations and documentation. Data were analysed using Mann-Whitney data analysis that obtained Null Hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that children are easier to learn early numeracy through traditional game “dragon snake” modified with the number cards provided.
