This research described curriculum integration on optimizing multiple intelligence of early childhood education. This research was case study with qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The data were collected then analyzed and triangulated and member checked for validation. The results showed that children’s intelligence can be optimized by learning method integrated with tauhid values in every of six development aspect, moral and religious value, cognitive, language, physical-motor, social-emotional, and art. The school that becomes subject for this research was using center-based classroom and habituation learning method.

In order to establish a successful school, prospective school principals' perceptions are crucial. Perception has an effect on school quality because it impacts reaction and decision-making. The aim of this study was to understand prospective school principals' perceptions of the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation Number 6 of 2018 concerning the Appointment of Teachers as School Principals, which was conducted using a quantitative approach through a survey of 77 prospective school principals from Central and East Java Provinces. The findings revealed that: the age of the prospective school principal does not have a significant effect on policy perceptions; the length of work as a prospective school principal teacher has no significant effect on policy perceptions; there is a significant difference between the principal candidates for primary school, junior high school and senior high school/vocational high school in perceiving policies; there is no significant difference between male and female principal candidates in their perception of the policy; there is no significant difference between prospective school principals based on tank (from III b to IV b) in perceiving policies; there is a significant difference between prospective school principals with bachelor's and master's degrees in perceiving policies; there is no significant difference between prospective school principals who have not and have read Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 6 of 2018 in perceiving the policy; and that there is no significant difference between prospective school principals who have not and have specifically reviewed Ministry of Education and …

Pandemi Covid-19 saat ini telah melahirkan new normal (tatanan baru) yang mengharuskan seluruh masyarakat, termasuk orang tua beradaptasi dalam mendidik anak. Anak yang telah menempuh pendidikan mulai sekolah menengah sampai perguruan tinggi merupakan kelompok remaja yang memiliki berbagai dinamika, sebagai akibat dari perkembangan psikologisnya sehingga mencari berbagai bentuk norma dalam diri maupun masyarakat. This study aims to investigate the implementation of virtual learning on students’ learning outcomes mediated by motivation and to compare its effectiveness between urban and rural areas. This study employed quantitative design, involved 362 students of Faculty of Education in UNESA. To determine the sample, it employed Solvin’ s formula. The data were collected by using three instruments, specifically Virtual Learning Effectiveness, Learning Outcomes, and Motivation. To see the difference of virtual learning on learning outcomes mediated by motivation based on student’ s location, path analysis was performed twice by separating the data into two kinds of groups. The first group contains student’ s data that lived in an urban area. The second group contains student’ s data that lived in a rural area. The findings of this research confirm that the virtual learning is effective to improve students’ learning outcomes which was mediated by motivation. In addition, it was found that the motivation of students from urban areas is higher than those from rural areas. It suggests that the native location of students influences their motivation.

Jumlah pasien yang meninggal akibat terinfeksi virus Covid-19 mengalami peningkatan yang cukup besar. Data menunjukkan bahwa saat ini di Kabupaten Ponorogo terdapat: 19739 ODR; 198 OTG; 424 ODP; dan 24 CONFIRM. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19 ialah dengan menjaga kesehatan atau menjaga imunitas tubuh. Sinom merupakan minuman herbal tradisional telah dikenal luas dan dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk tujuan menyembuhkan penyakit ringan, mencegah datangnya penyakit, serta menjaga ketahanan dan kesehatan tubuh. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah membantu pemerintah dalam upaya pencegahan tersebarnya Virus Covid-19 dengan meningkatkan kesehatan warganya melalui konsumsi Sinom Fresh Herbal Drink yang didistribusikan kepada warga terdampak Covid-19 di Wilayah Ponorogo. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah melalui distribusi sinom, pemberdayaan mandiri produksi sinom melalui video tutorial dan pemberdayaan karang taruna dalam proses distribusi sinom. Adapun luaran PKM ini antara lain:(1) 200 botol (@ 350ml) Sinom Herbal Drink dan (2) Distribusi Sinom Herbal Drink, Video Tutorial dan Buku Panduan PIRT kepada warga yang terdampak Covid-19 dengan memberdayakan Karang Taruna Desa Poko Kecamatan Jambon, Wilayah Ponorogo

The use of lead plates as shielding to X-ray radiation has the disadvantages of being heavier and not environmentally friendly when compared to other materials. Currently, metal foam technology is developed that is expected to be close to the ability of lead plate as a radiation shielding that is lighter and environmentally friendly. This research was conducted by modeling SS316 stainless steel plates and foams for the thickness of 5-40 mm, the diameter of 2, 3, and 4 mm at an energy of 0.1, 0.662, and 1 MeV. The metal plate and foam modeling were carried out using the program of Monte Carlo N-Particle eXtended (MCNPX). Calculation of X-ray attenuation from the modeling results shows that SS316 stainless steel performance both in the form of plates and metal foams is almost equivalent to pure lead.
