HUBUNGAN ANTARA IKLIM ORGANISASI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) PADA KARYAWAN PT
Produktivitas dan keefektivitasan perusahaan untuk mencapai suatu target atau tujuan harus memiliki sumber daya manusia atau karyawan yang dapat berperilaku positif dan juga dapat menciptakan suasana yang baik serta nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan perusahaan. x. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 karyawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan 30 karyawan digunakan untuk uji coba dan 58 karyawan untuk penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan skala iklim organisasi dan skala organizational citizenship behavior. Jenis instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Teknik analisis data dari penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis data uji korelasi pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,627 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p< 0, 05). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan dengan arah hubungan yang positif. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

ACTUALIZATION OF SCHOOL PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP IN DEVELOPING TEACHER EFFICACY A REVIEW IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT PERSPECTIVE
Unpreparedness of schools as the education provider in facing some changes in the global era like today, give an impact on school effectiveness in producing highly competitive graduates. The author tries to assess and analyse the complexity of the unpreparedness problem of the school from the viewpoint of the teachers as the front liners and the actualization of school principal as leader. Teachers are the critical components in the implementation of education, moreover in the dynamics changing of the community, teachers have to be able adaptively responsive to these changes, both in its substantive and technical-practical of teachers. Teacher’s ability to carry out their duties need to be supported by the self-efficacy on the teachers. The efficacies of teachers do not grow by themselves but formed in the triangular relationship among personal characteristics, behavioural patterns and environmental factors. The school principal as leaders of the institutions has an important role in creating school environment which help teachers to establish their efficacy. Leaders have an important role because they serve as important figures, giving direction in transformation time, and are responsible for the effectiveness of institutions led. The author uses the study of literature which is done by collecting on literature review and researchbased articles that have been published previously. The conclusion that can be formulated based on the findings of this study and discussion is that the actualization of school leadership becomes essential to cope with any changes in implementation of education in schools. Pengelolaan Kurikulum Menghafal Alquran Pondok Pesantren Madrasatul Quran Tebuireng Jombang
Dalam penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan yaitu (1) untuk mengetahui struktur kurikulum menghafal alquran yang dimiliki dan dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Madrasatul Quran Tebuireng Jombang.(2) Untuk mengetahui proses berlangsungnya pengelolaan kurikulum menghafal alquran di Pondok Pesantren Madrasatul Quran Tebuireng Jombang.(3) Untuk mengetahui metode yang digunakan dalam menghafal alquran pada Pondok Pesantren Madrasatul Quran Tebuireng Jombang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, obsevasi dan dokumen yang ada dalam lembaga. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi berupa kata-kata tertulis baik dari tindakan maupun lisan untuk menunjukan tentang segala sesuatu tentang jalannya proses pengelolaan dan metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dapat ditarik kesimpulan tentang jalannya kurikulum yang ada dan metode yang digunakan. The purpose of this is to develop and validate a guided inquiry worksheet to improve science process skills and understanding concepts at Indonesia middle school. Our project is based on concrete activities on material temperature and heat linked to the daily life. Tourism Objects as Social Studies Learning Sources in Elementary School
Objects tourism in premises increasingly growing and provide impacts positively on the economy of the community. The existence of tourist attractions can also contribute to the world of education, especially as a source of learning. Purpose research is the exploration use of tourism attractions in learning in Elementary School Education. The method of research that is used is research qualitative study of the case. The data collection technique used two steps, namely questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The participants were 89 elementary school teachers in 6 cities of East Java who filled out a questionnaire and 12 people were willing to do semi-structured interviews. The findings in this study are 59% of teachers use the type of natural tourism object in learning, 55% of teachers choose tourism objects based on teaching materials, 55% of teachers use tours to make learning more fun, and 52% of teachers explain the obstacles to learning by utilizing these attractions come from costs. The study is expected to give a contribution positive to the development of learning that is based on experience in the School Elementary with tourism objects. This study also emphasizes the importance of providing effective learning resources for social studies learning in elementary schools.
