2021 Pengembangan flipbook sistem komputer menggunakan virtual library multiplatform bagi siswa smk
Penelitan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menguji kelayakan flipbook sebagai bahan ajar mata pelajaran sistem komputer menggunakan virtual library multiplatform untuk menemukan dan mengakses flipbook melalui gawai masing-masing siswa. Dengan uji validasi ahli media, ahli isi, teman sejawat serta uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar, flipbook diharapkan menjadi inovasi pendidikan yang tepat pada abad 21 saat ini. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development dengan model pengembangan Dick and Carey. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X bertempat di SMK Informatika Sumber Ilmu Tulangan Sidoarjo jurusan TKJ (Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan). Hasil validasi ahli media dari uji kelayakan flipbook mata pelajaran sistem komputer menggunakan virtual library multiplatform rata-rata 91, 6%, sedangkan untuk hasil validasi ahli materi dengan rata-rata 90, 9%. Pada hasil uji kelayakan yang didapat dari teman sejawat dengan rata-rata 90% selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian satu-satu (perorangan) dengan hasil rata-rata 85%, pada pengujian kelompok kecil memperoleh rata-rata 88, 5%, dan pada pengujian kelompok besar memperoleh 91, 16%. Berdasarkan validasi dan uji coba yang telah dilakukan maka flipbook pada mata pelajaran sistem komputer dengan menggunakan virtual library multiplatform ini layak digunakan oleh siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

2021 Analysis of Student Learning Motivation With Online Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic
Online learning as one of the impacts of the spread of the corona virus in the education sector must be implemented as an effort to maintain the implementation of education for the realization of the goals of national education. The implementation of online learning holding an important role, especially for students to achieve learning goals with all the impacts such as motivation and learning outcomes. This study is intended to describe the effect of implementing online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic on student learning motivation. This research is a quantitative study involving 254 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire in the form of questions packaged through the google form link to measure student motivation towards the implementation of online learning. The analysis of research results used simple linear regression testing equipped with normality tests and linearity tests as prerequisites. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equation for student learning motivation towards online learning is Y= 16.911+ 0.573 X with t count of 10.574 and the coefficient of determination R2= 0.307. These results indicate that the implementation of online learning has a positive influence on student learning motivation.

2021 Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di Era Post-Truth: Prespektif Guru Sekolah Dasar
The post-truth era will provide a new atmosphere in developing science. The act of lying will become a problem when it is repeated and then considered to be the truth by the wider community. The influence of the post-truth era is also in the subject of Social Sciences. The teacher as a teacher in the classroom has both pedagogical and professional competences. Teachers can become victims in the post-truth era, when they don't improve their competence. The purpose of this study was to determine the perspective of elementary school teachers in the subject of Social Sciences in the post-truth era. This type of research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results of the questionnaire given that teachers can be influenced by alternative facts are 76.8%, while scientific facts get 68.4%. Alternative facts are dominant in social studies learning in SD. This condition will be detrimental to students in obtaining real knowledge.Abstrak: Era post-truth akan memberikan suasana yang baru dalam mengembangkan keilmuan. Tindakan kebohongan akan menjadi permasalahan ketika dilakukan berulangulang dan kemudian dianggap menjadi kebenaran oleh masyarakat luas. 2021 Characteristics of Bullying by Elementary School Students in Indonesia: A Literature Review
Elementary school as the first level of formal education is the first step in solving bullying. Students are the main focus to determine the characteristics of bullying perpetrated by elementary school students. This study uses a literature study to explore the characteristics of bullying in elementary school students in Indonesia. In Indonesia, six significant cities are bullying areas for elementary school students, namely Aceh, Bandung, Denpasar, Jakarta, Malang, and Semarang. Data searches were conducted using Indonesian and English searches. The search time is limited to the last five years, namely 2016-2021. The factors that cause bullying in elementary schools are sorted by what often appears, namely individuals; social and economic status; the role of teachers, families, and school climate; and media. 2021 PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN PJBL DENGAN PENDEKATAN STEM UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN KOLABORATIF
Kemajuan zaman abad 21 selaras dengan adanya revolusi industri 4.0 yang dengan cepat membawa perubahan pada sektor ekonomi kratif, sains, kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, Perubahan ini menyiratkan bahwa bukan hanya dalam bidang teknologi dan komunikasi saja yang dibutuhkan, akan tetapi kemampuan bekomunikasi, kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kemampuan kolaborasi juga sangat diperlukan selain itu dalam menghadapi perubahan pesat ini selaian itu setiap individu harus dilengkapi dengan Sains, Technologhy, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Pembelajaran PjBL dapat membantu mengembangkan keterampilan berkolaborasi kareana dalam sintaks pembelajaran PjBL menekankan pada pentingnya para siswa dapat berkolaborasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analayze, Design, Developt, Implementation, dan Evaluate) penelitian ini betujuan untuk membuat perangkat project based learning dengan pendekatan STEM untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaboratif. Berdasarkan pada uji validasi yang dilaukan pada para ahli yakni ahli perangkat pembelajaran, ahli media dan ahli materi dinyatakan bahwa perangkat PjBL layak digunakan dalam pembalajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaboratif.

2021 The Use of Video “Sidoarjo Story Sound” to Improve Listening Ability and Recognize the Socio-Cultural Environment of Kindergarten Student
The purpose of research to describe the ability to listen and recognize the socio-cultural environment through the use of video “Sidoarjo Story Sound” in kindergarten children group B. With the research subjects of children aged 5-6 years of group B at Happy Kids School Kindegarten in Sidoarjo with a total of 20 children. The research method uses experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection instruments use descriptive quantitative statistical analysis techniques. The findings of this study showed that video “Sidoarjo Story Sound” can improve the ability to listen and recognize the socio-cultural environment in group B by 0.88 with a high category and 0.97 with a high category. Implication of the research can combine Sidoarjo Story Sound videos with other learning methods and adjust the development of technology and curriculum used in schools.

2021 Pengaruh Mobile Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Kemandirian Belajar Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh multimedia mobile learning dengan kemandirian belajar bagi peserta didik. Kemandirian belajar merupakan suatu sikap peserta didik yang memiliki inisiatif sendiri untuk belajar, memiliki keinginan untuk menguasai kompetensi, memiliki rasa percaya diri serta tanggung jawab terhadap tugasnya sebagai peserta didik serta tidak bergantung pada temannya. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Cluster Random Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 30 peserta didik. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan instrumen angket dan wawancara. Pengujian hipotesis terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara mobile learning dengan kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas X di SMK Ma’arif Sudimoro pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam (PAI) selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, diketahui hasil analisis data sebagai berikut;(1) peserta didik memiliki responsif terhadap penggunaan mobile learning mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam (PAI), dibuktikan dengan hasil analisa angket di angka 77%;(2) penggunaan mobile learning ini menimbulkan efek terhadap kemandirian belajar bagi peserta didik, hal ini terbukti di hasil rata rata yang mencapai 76%;(3) sesuai hasil analisa uji hipotesis dan analisa angket maupun wawancara bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara mobile learning terhadap terhadap kemandirian belajar bagi peserta didik di masa pandemic covid-19.

2021 Online Learning Evaluation In Malang City and Batu To Improve SMK Students Competency
The important role of policy makers is to develop and improve program implementation. The purpose of the study in general is to evaluate the supporting components of the implementation of online learning which include learning facilities at home and parents' attention in learning, the input component of students' initial abilities, and the process components of activeness following online learning in relation to increasing the competence of SMK students in Malang and Batu. The research design uses evaluation research. The research sample involved 240 students of the multimedia expertise program at SMKN 4, 5, 11 Malang City and SMKN 3 Batu. The data analysis technique used in this research was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and LISREL. The results of this study are, 1) learning facilities at home have a direct effect on students' initial abilities, student activity. 2) parents' attention in learning has a direct effect on students' initial ability and student competence, and has an indirect effect on student learning activeness and competence.

2021 Penerapan On The Job Training Terhadap Keterampilan Kerja Pegawai Frontliner PT. Transrekreasindo Surabaya
This study aims to determine the effect of implementing on the job training on the performance skills of frontliner employees. The type of research used is experimental with a quantitative approach and the research design is quasi-experimental. The population in this study was 60 employees from 3 different branches. The purpose of data analysis is to determine the magnitude of the relationship and the effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y). The results obtained by linear regression test which shows that the effect of on the job training on job skills is 73.9%, of which the rest is influenced by other factors. The t-count value of 6.060 with a sig value of 0.000< 0.05 can be interpreted that there is a significant influence between on the job training on employee work skills. So that it proves that all that can be drawn from the results of the analysis is that there is a significant influence between the application of on the job training to the work skills of frontliner employees of PT. Transrekreasindo Surabaya.
