2021 P Pengembangan Buku Panduan Bimbingan Karier Berdasarkan Teori Trait and Factor
This research is a research and development (R&D) using the Dick and Carey development model with subjects of material experts, media experts, linguists, guidance and counseling teachers, and class XI students at SMAN 2 Pamekasan, SMAN 3 Pamekasan, SMAN 5 Pamekasan with a total of 18 students. The data was collected by interviews, questionnaires, career guidance treatment using a career guidance guide book based on the trait and factor theory. The data obtained in qualitative and quantitative. The results of the study at (1) the level of need for a career guidance guidebook based on the trait and factor theory with the Guidance and Counseling teacher's responses were stated to be very useful to use,(2) the results of the validation assessment results of material experts, media experts, and linguists showed a very feasible category,(3) the results of individual assessments of BK teachers at SMAN 2 Pamekasan are declared fit for use,(4) the results of small group assessments at SMAN 3 Pamekasan and SMAN 5 Pamekasan show very feasible and useful as a guide for career guidance services,(5) career guidance manual based on the theory of effective trait and factors based on the average data increase in the pre-test and post-test questionnaire scores of class XI students.

2021 PENGARUH MEDIA MAGIC STRAW TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN KOGNITIF DAN MOTORIK HALUS PADA ANAK USIA DINI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pengaruh media magic straw terhadap perkembangan kognitif dan motorik halus pada anak kelompok B TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan di kecamatan Waru Sidoarjo, penelitian in ipenelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen, pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain experimental karena memiliki kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, data penelitian sebanyak 60 anak, di TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Berbek 33 anak, sedangkan di TK Dharma Wanita WadungAsri 27 anak, penelitian di dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2021. hasil penelitian dan uji hipotesis terbukti bahwa media magic straw berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan kognitif dan motorik halus pada anak kelompok B dengan terbukti adanya perbedaan niali kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol. Keberhasilan anak dalam merangkai magic straw berkatagori sangat baik, kerena dalam merangkai menggunakan media magic straw mendapat respon yang baik dari anak. Berdasarkan hasil dan diskusi penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media magic straw dapat meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif dan perkembangan motorik halus anak.

2021 Learning Planning Development of “Universal Design for Learning “for Autism in Elementary School
Autistic take longer to adapt from primary special school to primary inclusive schools. Adaptability can be improved with an appropriate learning plan that is to the needs of autistic children. The lesson plans are on the needs of autistic children. The lesson plans are used for special schools and inclusive schools during the orientation period. This research produces learning planning development products through the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principle for autism at the elementary school level in special schools that are feasible, practical, and effective. The research method used is ADDIE. Analysis of the character and needs of autistic children. Lesson planning is designed according to UDL principles. Development of learning planning through UDL. The result of the research was implemented in special schools dan was introduced to an inclusive school. The pandemic has prevented this research from being fully implemented in inclusive schools. The result of the next study was evaluated. The result of this study indicates that the development of UDL learning planning is considered feasible with a percentage of 82.6%; considered practical with a percentage of 81.6%; and quite effective with a range of n-gain–the value of 0.13 to 0.213. From these results, it can be concluded that the UDL Learning plan is feasible, practical, and quite effective for autistic children in primary schools and quite effective with a range of n-gain–a value of 0.13 to 0.213.

2021 Efect of Educational Poster Media on The Ability to Recognize The Concept of Numbers and Fine Motorics in Group a Children in Kindergarten
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the effectiveness of educative poster media on the ability to recognize the concept of numbers and fine motor skills in group A Kindergarten children. The research was carried out through a quantitative approach with an experimental design. The experimental design used is a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were children of group A of Ar-Rasyid Islamic Kindergarten and TKM NU 04 Tambak Sumur Sidoarjo which were selected through random sampling technique. The research data was collected through observation techniques with observation sheet instruments for the ability to recognize the concept of numbers and children's fine motor skills. The research data were analyzed statistically through the t test technique. Hypothesis testing uses a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis show that: 1) the use of effective educational poster media to improve the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in group A Kindergarten; 2) the use of effective educational poster media to improve the fine motor skills of children in group A Kindergarten. The implication of this research is that educational poster media can be used to support the completeness of learning activities by teachers as an innovative, effective learning medium, and can function as a learning strategy that increases enthusiasm, and increases the ability to recognize number concepts and fine motor skills in kindergarten children.

2021 Developing Story Book with Pictures to Increase Javanese Skill Ngoko Alus in Early Childhood
The lack of knowledge on the use of Javanese language that is not in accordance with unggah-ungguh, has an impact on the future of the language itself. Therefore, it is important to teach unggah-ungguh, from childhood by doing habituation. This research develops story book in Javanese Ngoko Alus or everyday language. The purpose of this research is to describe the feasibility of picture story books to improve the Javanese language skills of Ngoko Alus in children aged 5–6 years. This study uses a research and development method with the ADDIE research model. This study uses observation and questionnaires conducted online via Google form as data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data analysis. 2021 Pengembangan Buku Panduan Anti-Bullying untuk Mengembangkan Keterampilan Sosial-Emosional Anak Usia Dini
Kejadian bullying yang sering terjadi dikalangan remaja maupun dewasa sudah mulai merambah dikalangan anak usia dini. Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai bullying terkadang membuat guru maupun orang tua mengabaikan hal-hal yang bisa mengarah pada perbuatan bullying. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk berupa buku panduan kegiatan anti bullying pada anak usia 5-6 tahun untuk guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) yang layak dan efektif. Penelitian ini termasuk Research and Development model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluate). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online berupa google form yang disebarkan kepada 40 guru PAUD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Buku panduan “Anti-Bullying” layak digunakan memenuhi skor kelayakan materi 80, 5% dengan kategori valid dan kelayakan media 87, 5% dengan kategori sangat valid; 2) Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan “Anti-Bullying” sangat efektif untuk digunakan bagi Guru PAUD dengan persentase 88, 1%. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa pemahaman dan masukan pada pengambil kebijakan untuk menjadikan buku ini sebagai referensi utama pencegahan bullying pada anak usia dini.

2021 PENGARUH COOKING CLASS TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MOTORIK HALUS DAN MENGENAL UKURAN BENDA
Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan cooking class terhadap kemampuan motorik halus dan mengenal ukuran benda anak kelompok B di TK Parloengan, Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari satu variabel bebas dan dua variabel terikat. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kegiatan cooking class (X). Sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian adalah Kemampuan motorik halus anak (Y 1) dan Kemampuan mengenal ukuran benda (Y 2). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 anak kelompok eksperimen (16 anak TK Parloengan B-1 dan 15 anak TK Parloengan B-2) dan 29 anak kelompok kontrol (14 anak TK Parloengan B-1 dan 15 anak TK Parloengan B-2). Teknik analisis data dala penelitian menggunakan statistik parametrik uji independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh cooking class terhadap kemampuan mengenal ukuran benda pada anak usia 5–6 tahun, secara statistik nilai t=-2.618 dengan tingkat signifikan p= 0.011 lebih kecil dari 5%;(2) Ada pengaruh cooking class terhadap kemampuan mengenal ukuran benda pada anak usia 5–6 tahun, secara statistik nilai t=-2.081 tingkat signifikan p= 0.042 lebih kecil dari 5%.
