2022 Development Of Biology Learning Tools To Improve Communication Skills Reviewed From Humanistic Philosophy
This research is a developmental research because it develops learning tools to improve students' communication skills in terms of humanistic philosophy. The aim of this study is to create practicable learning instruments for training communication skills in the sense of a humanistic philosophy according to the criteria of validity, practicability and effectiveness. The development of learning devices was based on the four-D model. Research design using a pretest-posttest design with a group. Several insights were gained based on research data: the validity of learning tools developed in good categories; the readability of the developed student textbooks is appropriate for learning; the implementation of the RPP is well categorized; the dominant student activities are communicating information/opinions, asking questions and making presentations with a share of 18.88%; The obstacles encountered when using learning tools are that students are unfamiliar with communication skills, making some students less active participants in the learning process. Students respond positively to the learning process; Guided discovery learning can train students' communication skills; and student learning outcomes are 100% complete after participating in the teaching and learning process. The conclusion of this study is that guided discovery learning tools are feasible (valid, practical and effective) that are used to train students' communication skills.

2022 The Influence Of Mathematics Learning Media On Students' Creative Mindsets Based On Philosophy Of Science
Improvement in the quality of education, one of which is indicated by improving learning outcomes, cannot be separated from efforts to improve learning innovations in learning media are very much currently, especially in the field of mathematics with the existence of learning media eating the creative and innovative mindset of students is developing well. The use of teaching aids in the learning process in students is very helpful in increasing the understanding of concepts and skills in the subject matter taught, especially mathematics lessons, in philosophy of science and education there are several aspects that are the basis of learning media, namely aspects of ideas and facts, as well as abstract and concrete both theoretically and practically. The approach of philosophy of science and education ontologically, epistemologically, and axiologically in the development of learning media if summarized in accordance with their practical objectives, will be able to form practical values that lead to the ability of student learning outcomes.

2022 Teknik Kimia Ditinjau dari Perspektif Filsafat Sains, Filsafat Kimia dan Filsafat Engineering
Chemical engineering emerged in the early 20th century as a separate body of knowledge that could guide the design and operation of plants. More specifically chemical engineering is the body of knowledge about the design of process plants for producing chemicals or other products whose production involves chemical transformations. Chemical engineering has an important relationship with science, even though this relationship is very different from the usual picture. Although chemical engineering dates back more than 100 years. However, there are still many ordinary people, especially high school or vocational school graduates who will continue their education to a higher level, still feel confused about what chemical engineering is. This study was made with the aim of introducing Chemical engineering further by examining Chemical engineering from the perspective of philosophy of science, philosophy of chemistry and philosophy of engineering. From the results of the study it can be concluded that chemical engineering is a complex field of science consisting of many components such as chemistry, physics, mathematics, mechanics, art, social sciences. All of these components synergize and complement each other in the field of chemical engineering so as to produce reliable engineers who will be ready to face any challenges.

2022 Pelatihan Konseling Traumatis untuk Membantu Korban Bullying di SMA Kota Surabaya
Fenomena banyaknya bullying terjadi di sekolah, perlu mendapat perhatian serius. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa konselor di SMA banyak yang tidak mengetahui cara menangani siswa korban bullying yang mengalami PTSD (Post Traumatic stress Disorder). Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan Guru BK SMA di Surabaya dalam menurunkan PTSD yang dipicu peristiwa bullying dengan menggunakan konseling traumatis. Metode PKM yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dengan langkah-langkah sajian materi, pemodelan, simulasi, praktik, dan pemberian tugas terstruktur. Jumlah peserta kegiatan PKM ini 20 guru BK SMA Kota Surabaya. Hasil pelaksanaan PKM menunjukkan bahwa: daya serap peserta PKM melebihi atau di atas skor minimal yang dipersyaratkan. 2) Perubahan perilaku peserta dalam aspek afektif nampak pada perubahan persepsi dan sikap yang semakin membaik terhadap pelatihan dan menunjukkan perasaan senang dan tertarik serta ingin mempelajari konseling traumatis lebih lanjut. 3) Perubahan kemampuan psikomotor peserta dapat dilihat dari dikuasainya teknik dan keterampilan yaitu keterampilan mengidentifikasi PTSD. Skor praktek konseling 89. Berdasarkan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan terdapat peningkatan penguasaan materi pelatihan konseling traumatis, adanya perubahan persepsi dan sikap yang semakin membaik dan adanya penguasaan teknik dan keterampilan mengidentifikasi PTSD serta peningkatan skor praktek konseling traumatis. 2022 Results of Actualization Learning Basic Training Participants and Evaluation of Performance Trainer and Committee.
This research is intended to to analyze the differences in the actualization of essential training participants on gender, position, and education level of prospective civil servant participants. The second objective is to analyze the assessment of resource persons and the committee's performance during the basic training process. This research used a quantitative-descriptive method to explain the data obtained through the actualization of Civil Servant Candidates. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling technique. The total participant was 50 candidates for Civil Servants (32 males and 18 females). The results of participants' actualization were analyzed using two-way ANOVA analysis. This research shows significant differences in the actualization of male and female participants. The score of male participants is better than the score of female participants on the actualization of education. Then the results of the actualization of prospective civil servant participants

2022 Management and Recommendations of Nautical Simulators and Laboratory: Multiple-Site Case Study
This study aims to manage laboratory management and nautical simulators at Marine Science Polytechnic of Semarang and Polytechnic of Surabaya. Methods This research uses a multi-status study (multiple-site case study) in two institutions. This study uses interview guide instruments, observation sheets, and a list of documentation studies. The results showed that the laboratory management of Marine Science Polytechnic of Semarang and Polytechnic of Surabaya was said to be good. With qualifications in planning, supervising, managing, supervising laboratories and nautical simulators. Laboratory planning and nautical simulators at Marine Science Polytechnic of Semarang go through 4 (four) stages, the procurement preparation stage, the selection preparation stage, the selection implementation stage, and the contract implementation stage and handover of work results. Meanwhile, planning for laboratories and nautical simulators at Polytechnic of Surabaya is divided into 2 (two), procurement of new goods and maintenance. The findings in this study are emphasized on the results of data collection through interviews and documentation sent by resource persons to researchers. And the conclusion of the study shows that the quality management of both marine Science Polytechnic of Semarang and Polytechnic of Surabaya has been running well according to the procedure.

2022 Strategi Pemasaran Melalui Rebranding di SD Muhammadiyah 24 Surabaya
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi rebranding yang dilakukan oleh SD Muhammadiyah 24 Ketintang Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif melalui studi kasus di SD Muhammadiyah 24 Ketintang Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data. Proses keabsahan data melalui teknik triangulasi sumber data. Teknik analisis data melalui tiga tahap: data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi rebranding yang telah dilakukan oleh SD Muhammadiyah 24 Ketintang Surabaya adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, melakukan perubahan kepemimpinan melalui pergantian kepala sekolah dan restrukturisasi organisasi dengan membentuk wakil kepala sekolah dan Kepala Urusan (Kaur). Kedua, melakukan perubahan logo dan nama yang lebih sederhana dari sekolah berbasis karakter menjadi sekolah karakter. Ketiga, memperkuat brand sekolah karakter melalui perubahan nilai-nilai organisasi melalui 5 pilar DE BEST dan 6 Bintang karakter. Keempat, memperluas segmentasi market dari kelas menengah bawah menuju menengah atas.

2022 The impact of principal transformational leadership and teacher commitment to organizational change in elementary schools
Organizational change is a fundamental strategy to ensure that public organizations remain relevant in the changing environment. Schools today are required to be able to achieve sustainable competitive advantage and make changes in order to adapt to existing changes. This study aims to determine the impact of transformational leadership and teacher commitment principles on organizational change in elementary schools. Multiple linear regression was used to measure the impact of the principal’s transformational leadership variable and teachers’ organizational commitment on organizational change. This study was of teachers of elementary schools in East Java with 84 respondents using a simple random sampling method. The results show that transformational leadership and teacher commitment simultaneously impact organizational change in elementary schools. Furthermore, both variables have a significant impact through school organizational change of elementary school in East Java.
