2022 Teknik Self-Regulated Learning untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Self-Regulated Learning dan Kemandirian Belajar Siswa dalam Situasi Belajar Online Covid 19
Kemampuan self regulated learning dan kemandirian belajar diperlukan bagi manusia sepanjang hidupnya. Namun, peserta didik SMP Sunan Ampel Porong belum memiliki kemandirian belajar optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan self regulated learning dan meningkatkan kemandirian belajar peserta didik SMP Sunan Ampel Porong dalam situasi pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid-19, melalui penerapan Teknik self regulated learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen, metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian non-equivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Tingkat keefektifan teknik self-regulated learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan self-regulated learning dan kemandirian belajar peserta didik berada pada kategori tinggi. Penggunaan teknik self regulated learning cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan self regulated learning dan kemandirian belajar,(2) tingkat kemampuan self-regulated learning peserta didik meningkat secara signifikan setelah dibimbing melalui teknik self-regulated learning berada pada kategori tinggi. Terdapat peningkatan secara signifikan pada skor hasil kemampuan self regulated learning peserta didik kelompok eksperimen atau yang diberikan teknik self regulated learning, dan (3) tingkat kemandirian belajar peserta didik meningkat secara signifikan setelah dibimbing melalui teknik self-regulated learning berada pada kategori tinggi. 2022 MODEL PERILAKU PROKRASTINASI AKADEMIK SISWA SMK
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang model perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa SMK dan menjabarkan mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perilaku tersebut. Pada artikel ini diutamakan pada variabel prokrastinasi akademik, adanya kecenderungan untuk tidak segera memulai dan mengerjakan suatu tugas merupakan suatu indikasi dari perilaku menunda-nunda, kelalaian memanagement waktu. Siswa yang memiliki perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada umumnya akan mengerjakan tugas pada menit-menit terakhir batas pengumpulan tugas dan dapat memicu kepanikan, perasaan panik tersebut akan menjadikan siswa membuat keputusan buruk dalam mengerjakan tugas. 2022 Improving Parents’ Attention to The Interest of High School Students Continuing Study in Higher Education through a Parenting Program
Continuing to college is the dream of high school graduates living in urban areas. With good grades in semesters 1-5, they can pass SNMPTN with a study program that suits their interests, especially if they have KIP or PIP scholarship cards. With KIP they do not need to spend money, tuition fees are free, and they even get pocket money. Those who do not pass the SNMPTN can also study for free with KIP at private universities. The reality is not the case because of 80% of KIP recipient students, only 20% are willing to continue. The main reason given is because of the parents’ economy, even though they have been socialized about the existence of KIP, their decision has not changed, therefore a parenting program is held. The purpose of this study was to determine the improving effect of the Parenting Program to increase parental attention to the interest of class XII students to continue their studies at SMA Negeri 3 Bondowoso for the academic year 2020-2021. This research uses the experimental method. The study results stated that there was an increase in parental attention and student interest in continuing to college after the parenting program was implemented.

2022 Pelatihan Penulisan Artikel Jurnal Nasional Bagi Guru SMP Surabaya
Penulisan artikel jurnal nasional yang dilakukan oleh Guru maih terbilang kecil. Berbagai upaya pemangku kebijakan dari pengaturan regulasi peraturan pemerintah hingga mengadakan berbagai kegiatan dan sosialisasi jurnal. Secara langsung maupun tidak langsung penulisan artikel ilmiah memberikan dampak yang cukup besar bagi seorang profesionalisme terutama guru. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan Pelatihan Penulisan Artikel Jurnal Nasional Bagi Guru SMP Surabaya. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan ecara Daring. Media yang digunakan adalah power point dan praktik membuat akun dan submite secara langsung pada jurnal nasional. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitain ini sebanyak 15 artikel guru terpublikasi pada jurnal nasional dalam kegiatan ini, selain itu terdapat pula peningkatan pemahaman guru SMP tentang publikasi di jurnal nasional.

2022 The Practice of Public Speaking with the Experiential Learning to Improve Self-Efficacy in Students of Islamic Boarding High School
The industrial era 4.0 requires students to adapt well to have confidence in their own abilities, to have courage to come up in public, to convey ideas and to use technology for the sake of their welfare. This research aims at studying the application of students’ public speaking skills with the experiential learning method. There were 20 students participating in a training on public speaking at the Boarding School in East Java, for 6 months. In the public speaking practice, a student did it directly while the others observed the student doing the speech. There were four steps in the experiential learning method used this research: practice, reflection, improvement and follow-up. This research uses the qualitative method. The data were collected through observations and documentation. The results of the observations are supported by the students’ progress journals for those 6 months. The results of the public speaking through the experiential learning method indicate increased self-efficacy of the students, which further improves their abilities, performance and attitudes. The implication of this finding is that the experiential learning method can be used to improve students’ self-efficacy. Furthermore, students need to practice in front of their peers to eventually discover and recognize their own speaking style and attitude in public.

2022 The Influence of The Family Environment and Grit on Student's Academic Self-Efficacy
The Covid-19 pandemic has caused students to no longer be able to carry out face-to-face meetings as usual, this has hampered their personal and social development. This study will focus on seeing whether there is an influence between the family environment and grit on academic self-efficacy. Using simple random sampling technique, this study involved 106 7th and 8th grade students of SMPN Surabaya, Indonesia. The instruments used in this study were parenting style questionnaires, persistence questionnaires and academic self-efficacy questionnaires. The results showed that the F test was 12,361 and the significance was 0.000> 0.05 indicating that there was a significant effect between family environment and grit on the academic self-efficacy of junior high school students. So that a good family environment in this case parenting will affect the child's self-efficacy, in this study authoritarian parenting is the parenting pattern that has the most positive influence on self-efficacy. Then to improve academic self-efficacy, parents and teachers must collaborate to create a family and school environment that supports children to develop well.

2022 Pelaksanaan Cyber Counseling di SMPN 59 Surabaya pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Banyaknya kendala dalam pembelajaran daring yang dialami oleh siswa dan guru akibat Covid-19, memberikan tantangan tersendiri bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam rangka membantu memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi oleh siswa pada masa pandemi melalui cyber counseling. Hal itulah yang melatarbelakangi peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian e-konseling yang dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses cyber counseling yang dilakukan guru bimbingan dan konseling pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SMPN 59 Kota Surabaya dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah wali kelas VII, VIII, IX, dua orang guru bimbingan dan konseling dan siswa kelas VII, VIII, IX di SMPN 59 Surabaya yang mana pada setiap kelas diambil satu responden. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. 2022 Positive Behavior Values to Improve Student Self-Efficacy: A Case Study in Islamic Boarding Schools
Student self-efficacy is related to the belief of individuals doing daily activities in boarding schools. This study aims to describe the positive behavior performed by Kiai and Nyai to improve student self-efficacy. Research Methods use qualitative methods with case studies. Data is obtained by interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis uses content analysis. The results showed that Kiai and Nyai's positive behavior could improve students' self-efficacy. Examples of Kiai and Nyai's behavior include giving positive values such as honesty, patience, gratitude, self-acceptance, and self-assessment. The increase in student self-efficacy can start with oneself solving problems encountered in school. Kiai and Nyai as role models and behaviors of Islamic values can be applied by counselors to change students in a better direction to be happy. In addition to using policies from the government, there are also policies from the administrators of the pesantren, known as students who study in Islamic boarding schools. Many problems occur to students, especially new students who cannot adjust to their new environment. They will, have difficulties in social and learning. Group guidance services use problem-solving techniques expected to help students solve problems that occur, so that students are accustomed to solving their own problems. The author uses a pre-research method that collects various main informatprimaryabout hidden themes by using various sources. What needs to be observed is how the scheme works on the object, the environmental conditions, and also what problems are going on in the object; after the observation, the researcher interviewed the auto to know how the thing was. The aim was to find what obstapurposes and kinds of obstacles were, hota were who were threats involved, and how the concepts and methods were wanted t develop further.

2022 Peran konselor sekolah dalam menangani fenomena persaingan antar saudara (sibling rivalry) pada remaja awal
Persaingan saudara akan bertambah meruncing disaat anak memasuki masa remaja, hal ini disebabkan di usia anak-anak persaingan saudara tidak segera ditangani. Dalam hal ini siswa memerlukan bantuan, konselor sekolah memiliki peran penting untuk memberikan bantuanlayanan pada siswa dengan fenomena sibling rivalry. Riset ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran konselor sekolah dalam menangani fenomena sibling rivalry pada remaja awal.
