2019 Pengaruh Media Video Binatang Terhadap Motorik Kasar Anak Kelompok A TK Permata Bunda Surabaya
Penelitian Pre-Experimental Design ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ada atau tidaknya pengaruh media video binatang terhadap motorik kasar anak kelompok A TK Permata Bunda Surabaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A TK Permata Bunda Surabaya yang berjumlah 18 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test dengan rumus Thitung< Ttabel, dan menggunakan taraf signifikan 5%. Jika Thitung lebih kecil dari pada Ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh, Thitung= 0, sedangkan Ttabel dengan subjek 18 anak dengan taraf signifikan 5%= 40. Dari angka yang diperoleh berarti Thitung< Ttabel (0< 40) sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video binatang berpengaruh terhadap motorik kasar pada anak kelompok A TK Permata Bunda Surabaya. Kata kunci: media video binatang, motorik kasar.

2019 Exploring the intentions of social entrepreneurship: An empirical study university student in Indonesia
Social entrepreneurship plays a prominent role in cultivating the entrepreneurship spirit in university students who start up the new ventures. This study investigates the determinant of social entrepreneurship intention on university student related to entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship experience in Indonesia. Through a survey method collected university students as respondent 328 for analyzed. Using statistically Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method for data analysis, research findings reveal that moral obligation, self-efficacy and social support as determinant factors on social entrepreneurship intention in student university. Moreover, the main finding indicates that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship experience will increase the intention to strat up business in the field of social when it mediated with several factors. 2019 Evaluating Teachers’ Assignment Implementation as School Principals Preparation Program in Indonesia
Study about policy education based on its criteria benefits to develop science by having new knowledge to enrich research in public evaluation discipline and educational management research area. Policy evaluation of teachers’ assignment as school principals will not only be able to give inputs to ministry of education and culture. But it will also give reinforcement to policy decision to make it successful for what it has been done. The role of principals is very essential to make the school have capability to shape intelligent and competitive Indonesian human capital. School principals as leaders are expected to become contributor to the success of governance reinforcement, accountability and public image of education. Their success to develop educational quality at school is very determined by their professionalism to do their duties, roles and function as principals. To develop their professionalism, it is very imperative to prepare selection of principal candidates. The implementation of proper selection system is hoped to bring about principal candidates who have high credibility since it has important role for education nowadays. It is also hoped that competent principals have capability to build good school cultural organization by emphasizing excellent service to learners and its community.

2019 Management of Training on the 2013 Curriculum for IPA Teachers Through Partnership Program in Boalemo District, Gorontalo Province
The purpose of the science teacher training program organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture with Empowerment of partner 1 teachers through the partnership program is to improve the ability of partner 2 teachers in understanding and applying science learning in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. The Training Method is On The Job Learning with a pattern of pairing more competent teachers (having high Teachers Competency Test/UKG scores and coming from developed regions) called partner teacher 1 with teachers deemed not competent (having low UKG scores and coming from disadvantaged areas) called partner teacher 2. The sample of this study was a science teachers' at SMP Negeri 1 Tilamuta (Middle School) and SMP Negeri 1 Wonosari, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province. The results obtained, a collaborative program through partnerships in basic education teachers with training methods on work learning partner teachers in Boalemo district 2 in Gorontalo province who initially did not understand and never applied the 21st Century Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) specifically Discovery Learning learning models and models Project Based Learning (PjBl) is understood and able to implement it in the classroom even though it still feels strange. Students also become happy with the model implemented by the 2 teacher's partners in the class. The interview results show that at SMP 1 Tilamuta Boalemo, 94% of students were happy with the lessons given by the teacher. While in SMP 1 Wonosari Boalemo as many as 90% of students said they were happy with sustainable learning.

2019 School entrepreneurship extracurricular management
This research aims to:(1) Describe student planning process through the school entrepreneurship program;(2) Describe the process of fostering students through school entrepreneurship programs and (3) Explain the process of evaluating school entrepreneurship programs. This research is used descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collected using observations, interviews, and documentation method. Data analyzed using data collection, condensation, display and verification. The results showed that planning of school entrepreneurship extracurricular programs was based on an analyzes of the needs of students with involving stakeholders, then held an entrepreneurial selection network such as recruits, conducts, selection, acceptance, orientation and placement of students. The implementation of school entrepreneurship extracurricular programs is done with learning materials and practices that are realized through business day events and exhibitions. Supervision of school entrepreneurship extracurricular programs is done to evaluate student performance which consists of making business proposals, manufacturing products and marketing products.

2019 Management of Character Education in Realizing Cadets Who Ethically in Politeknik Pelayaran Surabaya
In this time, advances in technology and science are becoming increasingly dominant in changing character or actions and public trust. The impact of many problems that occur between children and adolescents is violence and acts of anarchy, theft, no matter the rules, fighting between students, disrespect, ways of using language and speaking poorly, low morale, lack of respect for parents and teachers, low sense of individual and citizen responsibility, and lack of compassion and respect among friends (Lickona, 2016: 20). Such conditions that make educational institutions raise the question of the extent to which he manages character education in students (Novitri, 2013). This research is an interactive type of qualitative method. The main data source in this study was obtained by snowball sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used three techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Politeknik Pelayaran Surabaya is a university that has a strong commitment to organizing character education programs. The conclusion of this study states that the management of character education in Politeknik Pelayaran Surabaya has been done well and effectively.

2019 Paulo Freire: critical, humanist and liberating education (critical reflections on Indonesian education)
This thesis presents about education concept of Paulo Freire about the education which are critical, humanist, and free. This education concept is Freire's opinion towards traditional education practice. Paulo Freire sees that education reality is an oppression reality. That is reflected in two things in the in education praxis; first, hegemony in education, which is a relation between teacher and student that is not based on humanity relation, but between a sovereign and subordinate. Teacher becomes the dominant subject in the relationship and the student is just an object. Whereas, both teacher and student are the learning subject. Second, education in bank style. Education in this model places student as an empty bottle that must be filled by the teacher. Seeing that condition, Freire proposes different concept and school praxis. That is critical education, humanist, and independence as the writer says in this thesis. The result of that education process will create a mindful human being. Freire calls it consientization. This thesis will also examine the coherence with education in Indonesia.

Sepak bola merupakan salah satu olahraga yang paling populer di dunia yang memiliki beberapa teknik dasar, salah satunya adalah Menggiring (Dribbling), Mengumpan (Passing), Menendang (Shooting). Dalam permainan sepak bola, teknik dasar ini paling dominan dilakukan oleh seorang pemain di atas lapangan hijau. Karena tujuan akhir menguasai keterampilan teknik dasar pada sepak bola adalah bisa bermain sepak bola dengan baik dan dapat mencetak gol ke gawang lawan sehingga tim dapat memenangkan sebuah pertandingan.
