This study aims to: 1) analyze the influence of the principal's participatory leadership on teacher pedagogical competence, 2) analyze the influence of school culture on teacher pedagogical competence, and 3) analyze the influence of the principal's participatory leadership and school culture on teacher pedagogical competence. This research method is a correlational study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study is Islamic elementary school teachers. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using linear regression and multiple regression. Universitas Negeri Surabaya’s (Unesa) Faculty of Education hopes that its graduates will have superior character values and try to do their best for their God, themselves and their environment. The Optimization of students' self potential should refer to the character values by Ki Hajar Dewantara. The sermons of Ki Hajar Dewantara's behavior are including:(1) Neng means silent that is the inner peace,(2) Ning means clear which refers to the clear mind,(3) Nung means strong and refers to ability and (4) Nang means win and deserves for their efforts. The four values of Ki Hajar's personality can be translated into values that must be possessed by educators, education personnel and educated people. These values are,(1) exemplary: ing ngarsa sung tulada;(2) motivation: ing madya mangun karsa;(3) supporting and believing the subordinates: tut wuri handayani. All of these three values are considered as the among system in its implementation on educational sector. Data were collected using: questionnaire, observation, interview and documents. Data were analyzed using the flow analysis by Milles and Huberman. The results of the study show that (1) lecturers' behavior in implementing education with the among systems at UST Yogyakarta in building character has been internalized in lecturers, administrative staff and students which reflected in campus life based on the Tamansiswa principle. The purpose of study was to determine the mapping quality of early childhood education either child care, play groups, kindergartens or raudlatul athfal in the District of Mojokerto. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The design of this study used a survey method at Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Mojokerto regency. Sampling in this study using 82 samples of saturated sample techniques. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The results of data analysis, from 82 PAUD institutions, it is found that the mapping of the quality of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Muslimat NU Mojokerto Regency is mostly in high quality as many as 74 PAUD institutions (90.24%), in the current position there are 7 PAUD institutions (8.54%), and less categories by 1 PAUD institution (1.22%).

Tujuan studi literatur ini adalah menelaah hasil gagasan tentang layanan dan fasilitas perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik. Metode penulisan studi literature yaitu tahapan-tahapan dalam penulisan studi literature meliputi: menyeleksi topik, mencari literature, mengembangkan pendapat, dan survei literatur. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil dari studi literatur ini adalah:(1) kepala perpustakaan berperan dalam peningkatan minat baca peserta didik dengan bantuan dari guru yang diberi tanggung jawab oleh kepala perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik dengan memberikan motivasi, tugas-tugas yang berhubungan dengan membaca. Kepala perpustakaan memberikan pelatihan tentang layanan yang baik terhadap pengunjung dan fasilitas yang lengkap. Oleh sebab itu, adanya layanan dan fasilitas perpustakaan yang memadai merupakan suatu hal yang dapat meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik ke perpustakaan.

Contact Tracing is one of the effective ways to control the spread of COVID-19 by breaking the chain of transmission in a large crowd or community. The aim of this study was to conduct a contact tracing study of positive COVID-19 patients. The method used was in-depth interviews conducted in the midst of the Coronavirus outbreak. Conducting the face-to-face in-depth interviews could be problematic so that internet technology was alternatively used such as WhatApps. Online Research Methods (ORMs) is a research method to collect data via the internet, namely YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. This study found empirical data that users of the PenduliLindung and non-governmental organization (NGO) application claimed that this application was unsafe and vulnerable to be exploited. This made only 6% of residents use the PeduliLindung application. The data showed that Indonesia was 56 of 63 digital divide countries. In fact, PeduliLindung application was effective in tracing only 60% users to access this application.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi kondisi potensi fisik, sportivitas dan kesehatan siswa SMA/SMK se kecamatan Benowo. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa yang masih aktif menjadi peserata didik di sekolah yang berada di kecamatan Benowo yang diambil dengan tehnik sampling berjumlah 435 siswa. Metode dalam analisa ini menggunakan metode statistik desikriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan tes yang meliputi: tinggi loncatan, kekuatan otot perut, kekuatan lengan, kecepatan, daya tahan, disiplin diri, dan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan (1) kekutan otot lengan, tinggi lompatan, daya tahan siswa SMA/SMK kecamatan Benowo masih termasuk kategori kurang dan kurang sekali.(2) Tujuan belajar dalam Pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan (PJOK) siswa SMA/SMK Kecamatan Benowo Surabaya ternyata belum tercapai. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil potensi fisik yang masih tergolong kategoro kurang dan kurang sekali. kemudia setiap jenjang kelas seharusnya semakin tinggi kelas semakin meningkat pula potensi fisiknya. kelas 11 seharusnya potensi fisiknya lebih baik dari kelas 10, mengingat tujuan dari PJOK adalah meningkatkan potensi fisik.

Latar Belakang: Futsal adalah permainan bola yang dimainkan oleh dua tim, yang masing-masing tim beranggotakan lima orang, bertujuan untuk memasukkan bola ke gawang lawan dengan bola dan kaki. Keseimbangan sangat penting bagi pemain futsal, terutama keseimbangan dinamis. Keseimbangan dinamis penting untuk melakukan shooting dan passing di berbagau jarak, melompat atau berganti arah yang baik untuk mengeksekusi keterampilan dan pergerakan dan menghindari ketidakstabilan yang buruk, manfaat dari Ankle Propiocevtive Exercise adalah merangsang sistem saraf yang mendorong terjadinya respon otot dalam mengontrol sistem neuromuscular akhirnya meningkatkan keseimbangan. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh Ankle Propiocevtive Exercise terhadap keseimbangan dinamis pada pemain futsal Fikes UMM.
