2017 | Metakognitif pada proses belajar anak dalam kajian neurosains | Kajian ini bertujuan menguraikan perkembangan metakognitif pada anak usia dini yang dikembangkan melalui bermain dan dikaitkan dengan teori neurosains agar dapat dipahami bagaimana anak belajar sesuai dengan cara kerja otak. Pada hakikatnya bermain anak adalah proses belajarnya. Belajar yang dimaksud di sini adalah aktifitas bermain yang diarahkan untuk menuntaskan tugas perkembangan anak usia dini. dalam hal ini adalah perkembangan kognitif. Pada umumnya kemampuan kognitif individu berkembang secara bertahap. Perkembangan kognitif sangat erat kaitannya dengan kemampuan berpikir. Keterampilan berpikir tersebut perlu dilatih dan terus ditingkatkan agar anak bisa menggunakan proses berpikirnya untuk menyelesaikan masalah belajarnya. Meningkatkan proses berpikir pada dasarnya adalah mengembangkan metakognitif. Proses metakognitif anak dilatihkan melalui kegiatan bermain mulai dari yang sederhana sampai ke yang lebih rumit. Keterampilan metakognitif berkaitan erat denganneurosains yang membahas tentang kinerja otak. Terjadinya proses berpikir tingkat tinggi yang merupakan keterampilan metakognitif seseorang adalah tugas dari bagian depan otak yang disebut dengan lobus prefrontal. Belahan otak bagian depan ini dikenal sebagai pusat kontrol eksekutif atau pusat terjadinya berpikir tingkat tinggi. 2017 | Mengalami Masjid Sebagai Lingkungan Restoratif | This study was aiming at exploring studentss restorative experience of visiting a mosque in campus area. A qualitative approach with phenomenological method was employed. Five students who were chosen purposively based on their visit frequencies to the campus mosque were involved in this study. Data collected using semi-structured interviews and analyzed using interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). The result shows that students report that they are able to restore their physical and psychological conditions after visiting the mosque for routine praying and relaxing. For most participants, the mosque they are visiting in campus is attractive since it has a wide open space inside with quiet, windy and fresh atmosphere. Most participants also reports that they do some allowed relaxing activities in mosque such as chatting with friends and taking a rest temporarily in the mosque terrace which make their fatigues and motivation restored. Visiting the campus mosque makes participants experience some condititions such as having more excitement, more calm and more capable of maintaining motivation to do their routine activities as a student.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengalaman mahasiswa ketika menggunakan Masjid kampus. 2017 | Traditional Game'Engklek'and Young Children's Gross Motor Ability | This research aims to look at the influence of the traditional game'Engklek'on the ability of the early children's gross motor. The hypothesis of this research is that there is an influence of the game to the children's gross motor ability. The method used in this research is the experimental method through one group pre test and post test design. The subjects of this research totalled 8 children, 3 girls and 5 boy (5-6 year old). The instrument of this research is Behavior Analytical Rating Scale (BARS) motor ability test from Bruininks and Bruininks. The results shows an increase as seen from the acquisition of an average yield of 31.5 at the pretest (low) becomes 58.5 (good) at the posttest. Analysis of the data used in this research is the Wilcoxon test. Wilcoxon test analysis result obtained value of Sig.= 0.011,(p< 0.05) that means there is the influence of the traditional game of Engklek on gross motor ability of early children. The traditional game'Englek'is effective to increasing the gross motor ability of early children. Increasing gross motor abily in this research caused by children's good physical strength since'Engklek, included gross motor activity such as jumping and throwing. 2017 | Pengaruh self talk positif terhadap konsentrasi pada atlet panahan | Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya aspek mental. Pada cabang olahraga panahan, aspek mental sangat menentukan hasil pertandingan, salah satunya yaitu konsentrasi. Seorang atlet panahan yang memiliki konsentrasi yang tinggi akan dapat menembakkan anak panah tepat pada sasaran dan memperoleh poin yang tinggi sehingga prestasinya juga akan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ada pengaruh self talk positif terhadap konsentrasi pada atlet panahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah empat belas atlet PPLP Panahan Jawa Timur yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yakni kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Perlakuan berupa self talk positif hanya diberikan kepada kelompok eksperimen, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak diberikan perlakuan apapun. Data diperoleh dengan melakukkan pretest dan posttest pada kedua kelompok menggunakan Grid Concentration Exercise. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data uji peringkat bertanda wilcoxon. Hasil analisis data uji peringkat bertanda wilcoxon menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan skor konsentrasi antara sesudah dan sebelum perlakuan self talk positif pada kelompok eksperimen (Sig.= 0,018, p< 0, 05). 2017 | Intimasi pelatih-atlet dan kecemasan bertanding pada atlet bola voli putri | Coaches can recognize their athletes deeply by building intimacy. Intimacy leads to the disclosure of personal matters to other people. Athletes who have intimacy with their coaches will talk openly about themselves. By intimacy, coaches can appropriately provide load tasks according to the abilities of athletes and give assistances to the athletes during competition. This research aims to determine the correlation of anxiety to competition and intimacy of coach-athlete in volley ball athletes. This was a correlation quantitative methods with parametric data. 60 volley ball student club athletesin Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa) were involved in this study. Two instruments used were anxiety to competition and coach-athlete intimacy scales. Data were analyzed using Pearsons product moment correlation. The results shows the signivicant value (p) of 0.000 (p< 0, 05) which means the hypothesis of this study is accepted: there is significant correlation between athlete-coach intimacy and athletes anxiety to competition. The result also shows the correlation coefficient of-0,661 which indicates that the correlation is negative. 2017 | Kecemasan dan konsentrasi pada atlet panahan | The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between anxiety and concentration in archery athletes. The subject of this study were 14 archery athletes Surabaya. Data collecting use Sports Anxiety Scale to measure anxiety and Grid Concentration Exercise to measure the concentration level of research subjects. Data Analysis is using product moment correlation. The result show the correlation coefficient value of-0.779 with significance level of 0.001< 0.05. Based on these results, it can be said that there is a relationship between anxiety and the concentration of the archery athlete in which the direction of the relationship is negative. It mean, any increasing anxiety will be accompanied by a decreasing archery athletes concentration. Vice versa, decreasing anxiety levels will be followed by an increasing concentration of archery athletes. This indicates anxiety is an internal distractor that affects the archery athletes concentration. Athletes who have high anxiety, means the stimulus attracted the athlete's attention to a lot.
