2019 Tahapan Menggunting dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Halus Anak Usia Dini
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kemampuan menggunting anak yang masih perlu ditingkatkan sehinggapeneliti memberikan tahapan menggunting dalam proses meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak dengan tahapan mengunting yang tepat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A yang berjumlah 22 anak di TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa tahapan menggunting dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak pada siklus I sebesar 81, 8% meningkat menjadi 86, 4% pada siklus II. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tahapan menggunting mampu meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak.ABSTRACT: This research is motivated by the fine motor ability children who still need to be improved so that researchers provide stages of cutting in the process of improving children's fine motor skills. The purpose of this study is to improve children's fine motor skills with the right stages of cutting. This research is a class action research. 2019 Learning, Curriculum Monitoring and Evaluation for Decision Making
Decision making process is a part of improvement on higher education quality assurance. It can be gained from the result of Monitoring and Evaluation in Learning and Curriculum. This research conducting to evaluate the implementation of learning and curriculum monitoring and evaluation for Decision Making. This research was using qualitative approach with CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The result of this research show that the problems of learning and curriculum monitoring and evaluation was (1) context component shows purpose and preparation is well,(2) input of this program is courses list, schedule and instruments was well prepared but the instrument needs to be updated,(3) process component finds that the number of auditors was limited, and physical evidence is not well documented,(4) product is the result of monitoring and evaluation and follow-up of it, the result follow up was not performed.

2019 Thesis Guidance Effectiveness in University Setting
This study aims to:(1) know the process of guiding the thesis preparation;(2) identify constraints that can hinder the effectiveness of the thesis preparation guidance, and (3) provide recommendations to overcome the constraints of the thesis preparation guidance in the Unesa Postgraduate Education Management Study Program. This type of research is exposfacto research. The subject of this study was the Head of Study Program, supervisor and students who took the thesis subject in the Education Management Master Program at Unesa Postgraduate Program. The technique of collecting data is interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this study with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study are (1) thesis guidance begins with the submission of titles, division of supervisors, implementation of guiding proposals, comprehensive sessions, thesis guidance, and thesis sessions.(2) the obstacle experienced is that students rarely do guidance, high flying hours of lecturers, and difficulty monitoring the progress of the thesis.(3) Efforts are made to improve student activity, improve monitoring of thesis work, manage the work of the thesis as well as possible, and make discussion groups.

2019 Hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan work engagement pada karyawan PT X
Berdasarkan fenomena yang ditemukan oleh peneliti bahwa karyawan PT X sulit berkonsentrasi pada saat bekerja, kurang antusias saat mengerjakan tugas dan cenderung menggunakan waktu kerja dengan melakukan hal-hal yang kurang produktif. Sehingga peneliti ingin meneliti hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan work engagement pada karyawan di PT X menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT X. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan skala. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi pearson product moment. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 255 karyawan tetap PT X dan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap work engagement. Taraf signifikansi yang digunakan 5% dan memperoleh nilai r sebesar 0,455 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p< 0, 05). Menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif artinya semakin tinggi tingkat efikasi diri, maka semakin tinggi pula work engagement.

2019 Hubungan Antara Citra Merek dengan Loyalitas Merek Pada Mahasiswa Psikologi Unesa Pengguna Kosmetik X
Kosmetik X diketahui memiliki citra merek yang baik dikalangan masyarakat dengan label halal dan kualitas produknya. Citra merek merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas merek konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara citra merek dengan loyalitas merek pada mahasiswa psikologi UNESA pengguna kosmetik X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian diambil melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa perempuan aktif, jurusan Psikologi UNESA angkatan 2016, 2017, 2018, dan 2019 serta pengguna kosmetik X dengan minimal dua kali pembelian ulang. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 189 mahasiswa yang terbagi menjadi 24 subjek angkatan 2016, 52 subjek angkatan 2017, 55 subjek angkatan 2018 dan 58 subjek angkatan 2019. Instrumen penelitian berupa skala loyalitas merek yang disusun berdasarkan aspek loyalitas merek milik Schiffman, Kanuk dan Hansen (2012) dan skala citra merek yang disusun dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek yang dikemukakan oleh Keller (1993). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Pearson Product-Moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,715 dengan signifikasi 0,000 (p< 0, 05), artinya terdapat hubungan signifikan antara citra merek dengan loyalitas merek pada mahasiswa. Perusahaan membutuhkan citra merek yang kuat dan positif untuk dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan konsumen, sehingga dapat meningkatkan niat pembelian yang berujung perilaku loyalitas pada merek.

How all data is presented is original based on what is obtained from this research in the field. This study focuses on knowing the implementation of the course and the impact of following various souvenir courses in improving the economy of learning citizens.

2019 Training of Andragogic Learning through Model Experiential Learning for Equality Education
To improve the professional competence of Equality in learning, an andragogic learning approach is needed with the experiential learning model or often known as experiential learning cycle, which is a learning process based on experience. The journey of life that has been traversed to the stage of maturity, of course, has passed various experiences. This makes adults rich in experience and can be a source of learning. At the same time, adults who follow can also be the basis for gaining new experiences. Learning through experience has implications for the selection and use of methods and techniques of learning or training. In practice, more learning uses group discussion, brainstorming, collaboration, and field practice. But in reality, the implementation of learning in educational units, still lacks attention to the achievement of student competencies. The old paradigm is still inherent because of habits that are difficult to change, the paradigm of teaching is still maintained and has not turned into a paradigm of teaching students, namely students are always the main actors or actors in learning activities so that the results are able to provide maximum competency provision for students in everyday life.

2019 Pelatihan Desain Grafis Untuk Memperoleh Kesempatan Kerja Di Upt Pelatihan Kerja Surab
Tingginya tenaga kerja yang tidak terserap lapangan pekerjaan mengakibatkan banyaknya pengangguran. Masalah pengangguran tidak dapat tertangani dengan efektif, maka mengakibatkan kesenjangan ekonomi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kecemburuan sosial. Oleh karena itu perlu ditingkatkan langkah pengembangan tenaga kerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembangunan, antara lain melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja. Dengan adanya pelatihan desain grafis, peserta pelatihan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi, sikap dan keterampilan guna mendapat kesempatan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data analisis menggunakan Teknik kondensasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Teknik tersebut digunakan untuk mencari data dalam proses pelatihan desain grafis di UPT Pelatihan Kerja Surabaya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menjelaskan proses upaya meningkatkan kesempatan kerja melalui pelatihan desain grafis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatian desain grafis sudah berjalan dengan baik yang didukung oleh upaya maksimalnya tiap tahap dari pelatihan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Selain itu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pelatihan desain grafis juga untuk memperoleh kesempatan kerja yaitu informasi kerja, kondisi pelatihan dan kondisi lulusan pelatihan desain grafis. 2019 Outbound Program Based Local Wisdom for Students in Pesantren Schools
The purpose of this community service is to improve the understanding of elementary school teachers in SAQO Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo about child development by providing stimulus to support the optimization of child development. The outbound kids training method was carried out with training and direct experience approaches experienced by teachers and elementary school students. The experiential cycle-based approach to learning included experience, reflection, conclusions, and application. Local culture-based outbound kids training activities help to optimize child development. Local culture taken was religious, knowledge, traditional, and creative values. This training train students to have effective learning skills and good leadership, so they are able to achieve academically in school and have a passion for learning. This activity was given to children aged 10-12 years or elementary school students from grade 3 to grade 6, amounting to 62 people. The activity was carried out for two days. The activities carried out were able to:(1) foster self-confidence;(2) develop social skills;(3) eliminate school saturation;(4) grow bravery of children;(5) practice concentration and balance;(6) help develop children;(7) enhance multiple intelligences; and (8) optimize aspects of child development.

2019 Improved teacher performance through work culture and environment
The existence of teachers in the world of education has a great influence to produce excellent students. Based on the law Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 about Teachers and Lecturers, who stated that teachers and lecturers have functions, roles, and a very important position in national development in the field of education, so it needs to show that its performance can be accounted for. Performance improvement is closely related with the problem of how to increase teacher motivation, how to develop an effective work culture as well how to create a work environment that is comfortable and conducive, so that the teacher can and is willing to work optimally. According to Nitisemito (1991: 184-196), influencing factors work environment is coloring, cleaning, lighting, air exchange, music, safety and noise. while work culture factors that influence are:(1) conditions the physical environment of work, such as giving awards, giving welfare, fulfilling infrastructure and facilities.(2) working environment conditions, such as support in carrying out tasks, communication and interactions with peers, people student parents, principal and public. For that, schools must be able creating a conducive work environment and work culture.
