2020 Hubungan Antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dengan Kesiapan Untuk Berubah Pada Guru
Perubahan yang dinamis dalam organisasi mengharuskan individu memiliki kesiapan untuk berubah yang baik agar terus mampu beradaptasi. Kesiapan untuk berubah salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh dukungan yang diberikan organisasi terhadap karyawannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan kesiapan untuk berubah pada guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 44 guru yang dipilih menggunakan teknik penelitian populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala persepsi dukungan organisasi yang disusun mengacu pada teori Rhoades dan Eisenberger (2002) dan skala kesiapan untuk berubah yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi dari Kondakci, Beycioglu, Sincar, dan Ugurlu (2015) dengan menggunakan jenis skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi person product moment dengan bantuan software SPSS 25.0 for windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0.703 (r= 0.703), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.00 (< 0.05). Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan kesiapan untuk berubah pada guru. Hubungan antar variabel juga menunjukkan arah yang positif yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi dukungan organisasi maka akan semakin tinggi pula kesiapan untuk berubah seseorang. Sebaliknya semakin rendah persepsi dukungan organisasi maka akan semakin rendah pula kesiapan untuk berubah seorang individu.

2020 Hubungan Antara Work Life Balance Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Pada Guru Sma Negeri 12 Surabaya Di Masa Pandemi
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work life balance dengan kepuasan kerja pada guru SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 31 guru SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala work life balance dan skala kepuasan kerja dengan menggunakan jenis skala Likert. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi pearson product moment dengan bantuan software SPSS 24 for windows. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,727 (r= 0,727) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p< 0, 05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara work life balance dan kepuasan kerja pada guru SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya di masa pandemi artinya semakin tinggi work life balance maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan kerja guru. Begitu juga sebaliknya, semakin rendah work life balance maka semakin rendah pula kepuasan kerja.

2020 Implementation of New Culture Integration Process Model in Merger Educational Organization.
This study aimed to determine the implementation of the New Culture Integration Process Model (NCIPM) in the field of education. This study is a continuation of previous research that resulted in an improved NCIPM. The implementation of NCIPM is intended to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the model in educational organizations. The educational organization referred to in this study is elementary schools or Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) as a result of regrouping throughout Malang City, East Java, Indonesia. This study used a mixed-method that involves two designs at once, namely, descriptive and qualitative. 2020 Hubungan Persepsi Sikap Pendidik Tentang Media Sosial Dengan Inovasinya Dalam Pembelajaran
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi-sikap-inovasi pendidik tentang pendayagunaan media sosial sebagai media alternatif pembelajaran; dan hubungan antara persepsi-sikap pendidik tentang media sosial terhadap adopsi inovasi untuk pemanfaatan dalam pembelajaran. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif-korelasional. Responden penelitian adalah pendidik di SLTA Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa persepsi-sikap-inovasi pendidik tentang pendayagunaan media sosial pada kategori ‘sedang’/cukup mengetahui dan menerima media sosial sebagai media alternatif pembelajaran; dan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara persepsi-sikap pendidik tentang media sosial terhadap adopsi inovasi untuk pemanfaatan dalam pembelajaran.

2020 Improving Political Behavior Through Group Counseling Services with Sociodrama Techniques in Schools
Sociodrama technique is a method of role-playing learning to solve problems related to social phenomena. The use of sociodrama techniques in this study is to improve the polite behavior of students through group guidance services. This study uses action research, with two cycles, namely cycle 1 and 2, each of which has two meetings and at each meeting allocates 40 minutes. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation to determine the level of politeness of students in the implementation of group guidance services in school. The subjects of the study were ten students from grade 8th, Unesa Middle School who had problems in their polite behavior. Based on the observations of students in both cycles, there is an increase in the politeness of students, including good criteria in the implementation of group guidance services using Sociodrama techniques. After the implementation of the first cycle, it can be seen that there is a 63% change in students' behavior which means it shows the politeness behavior of students in the Good Criteria. 2020 Implementasi pendidikan karakter religius melalui program menghafal Al-qur’an pada siswa kelas bawah SD Islam As Salam Malang
INDONESIA: Karakter yaitu sifat alami yang dimanifestasikan dalam tindakan dalam kehidupan sehari - hari yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan yang di dapat di sekolah. Sedangkan , religius berakar dari kata religi yang artinya taat pada agama. Sedangkan secara istilah religius merupakan kepercayaan atau keyakinan pada sesuatu kekuatan kodrati di atas kemampuan manusia. Jadi karakter religius dalam islam yaitu berperilaku dan berakhlaq sesuai dengan apa yang diajarkan dalam pendidikan. 2020 How to Make Online Learning Effective and Enjoyable? Using Google Classroom With Video and Learning Management One Day Active Learning
Covid-19 virus that has caused the pandemic in Indonesia and has affected the education aspect and required abrupt changes into online learning. Changing to online learning, however, are having several obstacles, including in teaching learning process, psychological problems, and technical challenges. This Research and Development Study uses Analysis, Design, Creation, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) method to develop online learning through Google Classroom so that learning can be easily applied, stress minimized, and the use of internet resources can be saved. The study was conducted in Darullughah Wal Karomah MA and MTs, with 6 teachers as the participant. The finding shows that Fun and effective learning is learning done by uploading fun learning videos so that students can finally understand them in full. Additionally, through one-day active learning in online learning management, students can save on Internet cap, and can easily continue learning. This is evidenced by the increasing mastery, performance, level of learning, and retention of students, as well as declining self-esteem, somatic, depression, and aggression, as well as declining expenditure on Internet use.

2020 Father’s Multiple Role to Growing Independence of Children at the Pandemic Covid-19
This study aims to examine the dual role of fathers in fostering the independence of children at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The dual role of the father makes the task divided as the head of the family who earns a living and also acts as the mother who takes care of, cares for and cares for the child. Having early childhood requires the role of parents (father and mother) because at this stage of child development, early childhood is in a golden age that requires optimal attention in child development, in this case not only the mother plays a role, but the father also has the role of both as the main breadwinner and protecting their family and also educating children. The participants of this study were six fathers who have multiple roles and have children aged 4-6 years whose children are currently attending TK Kharisma Taman Sidoarjo. Collecting data using in-depth interviews and then analyzed using the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) method. The results show that the dual role of the father in fostering the independence of children at home during the Covid-19 pandemic can be carried out by giving examples and mentoring children in doing activities at home that can be done independently, as well as getting children to do simple daily activities to fulfill their needs. the child’s own needs.

2020 Developing Children’s Early Numeracy Skill Through Traditional Game “Dragon Snakes”
The early numeracy skill is needed by children to continue their higher education which relates to mentioning symbols of numbers, sorting numbers, adding, subtracting, and knowing more and less. The numeracy skills can be improved through traditional games, namely dragon snake. The rules of the Dragon snake game were; the children took two cards, then, added the numbers and the pictures on those cards. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of numeracy skills of children aged 5-6 years through the traditional game “dragon snakes”. The research method used was a quantitative research with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample in this study was 62 children aged 5-6 years in Karanggeneng Subdistrict, Lamongan district. Data were collected using tests, observations and documentation. Data were analysed using Mann-Whitney data analysis that obtained Null Hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that children are easier to learn early numeracy through traditional game “dragon snake” modified with the number cards provided.

2020 The Effectiveness of Computer-Assisted Instruction on Students’ Cognitive Skill to Know Geometric Shapes
Cognitive skill, the important aspect in early childhood development, consists of three skills such as learning and problem solving, symbolic thinking and logical thinking. The activities in recognizing geometric shapes in children aged 4-5 years are by mentioning geometric shapes, showing geometric shapes, and geometric grouping shapes. The result of observation shows children are difficult to distinguish between square and rectangular shapes when asked. Thus, educational media to overcome these problems as well as to meet the industrial revolution 4.0 challenge is so needed. This study aims to determine the effect of CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) on children aged 4-5 years in recognizing geometric shapes. This is quantitative descriptive research using a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The population used were 75 children aged 4-5 years. Data were collected using observation and documentation. The assessment indicators used are to mention geometric shapes, show geometric shapes, connect 2-and 3-dimensional geometry shapes (surrounding objects), and group surrounding objects. Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI) in recognizing geometric shapes was used 3 times. The average score before treatment was 10.77, while after treatment was12. 66. Through the Mann-U Whitney test, the hypothesis was sig equals 0,000 is less than alpha (0.05) meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) is an effective media to recognize geometric shapes in children aged 4-5 years.
