2020 Sources of Acculturative Stress and Coping Strategies Among Asian International Students in China
This study aimed to identify sources of acculturative stress and the coping strategies among Asian international students in Hubei, China. A total sample of 162 students from China’s neighboring countries was recruited to complete the study’s online questionnaire. A 36-item questionnaire called the Acculturative Stress Scale for International Students (ASSIS) was used to measure perceived discrimination, homesickness, perceived hate, fear, culture shock, guilt, and miscellaneous as sources of acculturative stress. A brief COPE scale was used to measure coping strategies. Data from the survey were analyzed using statistical analysis. Results showed that overall, most Asian international students in Hubei, China did not experience acute acculturative stress. However, homesickness, cultural shock, and guilt were the most prevalent sources of acculturative stress. To cope with their stressful situations, most Asian international students used active (and not avoidant) coping strategies such as religion, active coping, planning, and instrumental support. Some socio-demographic characteristics such as length of stay, age, and education were also found to influence stress prevalence. Educators and administrators of international students in China need to identify students’ critical sources of stress among students and offer effective services that may help them cope with their acculturative stress.

2020 Media Buku Saku Berbasis Motorik Halus untuk Anak Pra-Sekolah
Penelitian pengembangan media Buku Saku Motorik Halus ini memiliki tujuan yaitu, untuk mengetahui hasil pengembangan buku saku dan untuk mendapatkan efektifitas buku saku motorik halus. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian R&D atau (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Desain uji coba yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Survei. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini yaitu 50 orang tua dan 50 Guru TK/RA di Kota Surabaya yang memiliki anak usia 4-5 tahun. Data diperoleh dan dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner yang dilakukan secara online melalui google form, dan teknik dokumentasi yang berupa desain produk sebelum dan setelah direvisi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah media Buku Saku Motorik Halus. Dari hasil survei dan feedback guru dan orang tua menunjukkan bahwa buku saku motorik halus yang dikembangkan terbukti sangat valid. hal ini ditunjukkan melalui materi ataupun media yang ada pada buku saku, tingkat jelasan pada gambar/teks 3, 07, tingkat kesesuaian letak memliki nilai mean 3, 28, tingkat kualitas buku memiliki nilai 3, 15 yang artinya 51-75 tanggapan guru dan orang tua sangat efektif. Selanjutnya pada kemenarikan serta kesesuaian letak 3.28 dan tingkat ketepatan memiliki nilai mean 3.35 dimana nilai tersebut mendekati skor 4, yang artinya 76-100 berarti efektif. Hasil tersebut dapat dikategorikan sangat baik sehingga layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran disekolah ataupun dirumah. Hasil penelitian buku saku motorik halus ini memberikan implikasi pada perkembangan aspek motorik halus pada anak.

2020 Play Montage to Improve The Intelligence of The Early Children's Language
Review Literature: Play Montage To Improve The Intelligence Of The Early Children's Language. Playing montage is an early childhood activity that produces a work consisting of several pieces of picture forming a unity of images in one field. The author aims to review the literature review, articles, and research documents that refer to the activity of montage early childhood and language intelligence stimulation in early childhood. This research method is searching scientific articles from the database using the word montage and children's language development in the last 5 years and the last 7 years, the search results obtained 20 articles consisting of 15 national journals for the past 5 years and 5 international journals for a period of time Last 7 years. In the results and discussion that the literature review shows montage activity can find ideas to apply various kinds of images to formwork, children's language skills can be stimulated through the method of telling stories using images in accordance with the imagination of each child. The results show that montage journals that have a positive influence have a percentage of 30% and children's language intelligence journals that have a positive effect have a percentage of 65%. This literature review can be concluded that playing montage is one way to improve a child's new vocabulary by means of a cut of a child's image producing a montage work and the child is able to tell work, this helps the child in stimulating language intelligence in early childhood.

2020 HUBUNGAN BERMAIN TAMAN LALU LINTAS DENGAN PERILAKU PROSOSIAL ANAK USIA DINI DI TK TAMAN CERIA SURABAYA
Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan bermain taman lalu lintas dengan perilaku prososial anak usia dini di TK Taman Ceria Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah metode iliterature review. Dari hasil kajian pustaka yang dikuatkan melalui beberapa jurnal baik nasional maupun internasional didapatkan sebuah pembahasan bahwa ada hubungan bermain taman lalu lintas dengan perilaku prososial anak usia dini di TK Taman Ceria Surabaya. Bermain outdoor adalah kegiatan bermain yang dilakukan di luar ruangan atau alam terbuka. Ada banyak sekali macam-macam kegiatan bermain outdoor yang bisa dimainkan anak, tentunya dengan adanya dukungan dari berbagai macam alat-alat permaianan outdoor seperti ayunan, jaring, mangkuk putar, terowongan, balok keseimbangan, papan seluncur, serta area bermain air. Bermain outdoor melibatkan anak dalam bermain dengan teman, dan ada beberapa macam permainan outdoor yang dimainkan dengan anak secara kooperatif, yaitu pipa bocor, bola estafet, gelas bocor, galah hadang, dan kegiatan outbond fun estafet. Pada TK Taman Ceria Surabaya terdapat salah satu kegiatan outdoor yang dinamakan dengan taman lalu lintas. Kegiatan bermain outdoor yang dilakukan anak usia dini bisa dijadikan sebagai sarana peningkatan dan pengembangan aspek-aspek perkembangan anak secara menyeluruh, salah satunya yaitu aspek perkembangan sosial-emosional. 2020 Pengaruh Kegiatan Membatik Jumputan terhadap Kemampuan Motorik Halus Anak Kelompok A di TK Labschool Unesa
Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari kegiatan membatik jumputan terhadap kemampuan motorik halus pada anak kelompok A yang terdapat di TK Labschool Unesa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah metode literature review. Metode ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi dan kekuatan sumber ilmiah dibutuhkan pengumpulan data pustaka, dilakukan dengan mengolah dari beberapa jurnal yang terkait dengan variabel penelitian yang kemudian disimpulkan oleh penulis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa membatik mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan motorik halus pada anak usia dini terutama dengan kegiatan membatik jumputan.

2020 Pengaruh Metode Eksperimen Tema Gejala Alam Terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif Mengenal Sebab-Akibat Pada kelompok B di TK Labschool UNESA
Kemampuan kognitif merupakan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh setiap individu. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, Kemampuan Kognitif Mengenal Sebab-Akibat anak kelompok B di TK Labschool UNESA masih belum berkembang secara optimal. Anak belum bisa menjelaskan hubungan sebab-akibat terjadinya suatu fenomena karena anak belum diberikan kesempatan guna melakukan pengembangan terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif Mengenal Sebab-Akibat tentang fenomena yang terjadi di lingkungannya pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan Metode Pembelajaran Eksperimen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji Pengaruh Metode Eksperimen Tema Gejala Alam Pada Kemampuan Kognitif Mengenal Sebab-Akibat Pada Kelompok B di TK Labschool UNESA. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur sebagai penunjang analisis dan pembahasan penulisan artikel ini. Hasil studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Metode Eksperimen mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif Mengenal Sebab-Akibat jika diterapkan dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini, terutama pada anak kelompok B usia 5-6 tahun.

2020 The Effectiveness of Computer-Assisted Instruction on Students’ Cognitive Skill to Know Geometric Shapes
Cognitive skill, the important aspect in early childhood development, consists of three skills such as learning and problem solving, symbolic thinking and logical thinking. The activities in recognizing geometric shapes in children aged 4-5 years are by mentioning geometric shapes, showing geometric shapes, and geometric grouping shapes. The result of observation shows children are difficult to distinguish between square and rectangular shapes when asked. Thus, educational media to overcome these problems as well as to meet the industrial revolution 4.0 challenge is so needed. This study aims to determine the effect of CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) on children aged 4-5 years in recognizing geometric shapes. This is quantitative descriptive research using a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The population used were 75 children aged 4-5 years. Data were collected using observation and documentation. The assessment indicators used are to mention geometric shapes, show geometric shapes, connect 2-and 3-dimensional geometry shapes (surrounding objects), and group surrounding objects. Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI) in recognizing geometric shapes was used 3 times. The average score before treatment was 10.77, while after treatment was12. 66. Through the Mann-U Whitney test, the hypothesis was sig equals 0,000 is less than alpha (0.05) meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) is an effective media to recognize geometric shapes in children aged 4-5 years.

2020 The Scale Factors of Teacher Personalty Skill Model on Children Socio-emotional
This study aimed to determine the relationship between mastery of personal competence of teachers with teachers’ efforts to develop social skills early childhood emotional. The subject of this study amounted to 104 people were selected by purposive sampling technique, the characteristics of kindergarten teacher, has been working for at least 5 years, S1. Research sites in Surabaya. Measuring instrument used is the personality of the teacher competency scale and scale of social emotional development efforts. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed no relationship between mastery of personal competence of teachers with teachers’ efforts to develop social skills early childhood emotional (F= 8.231; p= 0.005 (p< 0.01); R= 0.273 and R2= 0.075), the contribution of predictor (R2) mastery of personal competence is 7.5%.

2020 Does Parent Perceived Could Predict Children Social Skill?
The Parent’s perceived on children socio-emotional skills regarding gadget usage has the significant problem which are should be explore in order to increase parent knowledge and understanding on gadget operation. The aim of this study to revealed the predictions of Parent’s perceived on children socio-emotional skills regarding gadget usage. Survey method through the online survey has been spread into all the parent in Surabaya who have the children in 5-6 years old. It revealed that Parent’s perceived of the gadget usage has the predictor on children socio-emotional skills. It has implications on parenting and school policy to be understanding and acquired regarding the potential risks of gadget excessive used.

2020 A stress immunity system of covid-19 through academic stress
In a survey conducted by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) of more than 1000 adults in the United States, it was found that 48 percent of respondents felt anxious they would contract the coronavirus. About 40 percent worry that they will be seriously ill or die from Covid-19, and 62 percent worry about their families or loved ones getting infected. The conflict experienced by Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) students is a manifestation of academic stress that occurs due to changes in the learning circumstances and the number of assignments received at the time of PANDEMIC. This study aims to obtain the prevalence of academic stress conditions and how to overcome them in students during the pandemic. The prevalence of data in this study is survey research based on analytic surveys collected through online surveys (Google Form) whose data analysis is through descriptive and inferential statistics, in this case, macro regression analysis. the results showed that students have mild and moderate stress levels but this is a result of distraction from lifestyle changes before the COVID pandemic 19. The implications of this research are expected to be able to control the mental health stability of UNESA’students who bring benefits in studies, their relationships with the campus community and the general public. Professionally, the implication of this research can help psychologists and counselors to form a mapping of appropriate therapeutic models.
