2021 The Management of Inclusive Schools’ Curriculum in Indonesia
The 1945 Constitution and the International Call for Education (“EFA”), reiterated by UNESCO as a worldwide consensus arising from the World Education Forum in Dakar, Senegal in 2000, promoted the government’s policy of providing services for all people in education. This study aims to develop a model for managing the curriculum and learning model of inclusive schools in Indonesian junior high schools. This development study was conducted in three stages:(1) an examination of the initial challenges in order to determine the requirements for building an inclusive school’s curriculum management;(2) the creation of an inclusive school’s curriculum management; and (3) the development of an inclusive school’s curriculum management.(2) the creation step, which entailed developing a model of an inclusive school’s curriculum.;(3) the assessment step, which comprised analyzing the product’s efficacy, efficiency, and correctness in the form of curriculum administration in an inclusive school. Borg and Gall’s development theory, as well as Thiagaradjan’s, were used in this developmental investigation. According to the findings, curriculum management in inclusive schools has evolved in response to demands. Furthermore, there are four curriculum creation strategies depending on students’ needs, talents, and learning content: duplication, modification, omission, and substitution.

2021 The Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Mental Health of Students with Disabilities
This study applied quantitative and qualitative approaches to gain a deep understanding of the impact of Covid-19 on the mental health of students with disabilities in the faculty of education faculty, special education department, Universitas Negeri Surabaya with 117 respondents or students. This number consisted of 96 people (82%) and 21 men (18%). In terms of the semester level, the highest number of respondents was in the first semester with 53 people (45%), 37 people in the third semester (32%), 18 people in the fifth semester (15%), and nine people in the seventh semester (8%). Furthermore, for the domicile of the respondents, as many as 98 people (84%) live outside the city of Surabaya, and 19 people (16%) live in Surabaya. So that the results of the validity test of the anxiety instrument developed by Robert L. Spitzer, Janet BW Williams, Kurt Kroenke,(1999) who were then analyzed using SPSS version 23 showed that the value of r table= 0.17 with N= 120 means that the instrument is declared valid because the value of r count> r table or the probability value= 0.000< 0.05 and the value of Cronbach’s Alpha= 0.784> r table= 0.177 indicates a reliable instrument/. In conclusion, this anxiety instrument is very valid and reliable to determine the impact of the Covid 19 epidemic on the mental health of students with disabilities.

As for what is happening in the world of education, one of them is in the development of online learning media, this media is used during the current covid-19 pandemic, and this policy is used in preventing the spread of this virus among students. 2021 MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN ANTI-BULLYING MELALUI BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK SOSIODRAMA PADA SISWA SMA NEGERI 1 GEDEG KELAS XI IPS
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan teknik sosiodrama dalam meningkatkan kesadaran anti Bullying peserta didik melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (Action Research), dengan 2 siklus yaitu siklus I dan 2 yang masing2 dua kali pertemuan dan di setiap pertemuan menggunakan waktu 1 kali 40 menit. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mengetahui tingkat kesopanan peserta didik pada pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok di sekolah. Subyek penelitian adalah 10 peserta didik dari sekolah yang mempunyai permasalahan dalam perilaku sopan santunnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi peserta didik pada siklus I dan siklus II, diketahui terjadi peningkatan kesopanan peserta didik yang termasuk kriteria baik pada pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok menggunakan teknik Sosiodrama, yaitu pada pertemuan setelah pelaksanaan siklus 1 terlihat ada perubahan perilaku peserta didik mencapai 63% yang artinya dalam menunjukkan perilaku kesopanan peserta didik dalam Kriteria Baik, dan pada pertemuan setelah siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan menjadi 76% yakni dalam criteria Baik. Dengan demikian dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian tindakan yang berbunyi Penggunaan teknik Sosiodrama dapat Meningkatkan kesadaran antibullying

Dalam pelaksanaan proses pendidikan tidak menutup kemungkinan jika terjadi sebuah kegagalan. Kegagalan yang terjadi tidak hanya disebabkan oleh kurangnya kemampuan intelektual tetapi dipicu oleh berbagai faktor yang lain. Faktor yang mempengaruhi salah satunya academic efficacy. Namun kenyataan menunjukkan adanya peserta didik dimana mempunyai academic efficacy tingkat bawah. 2021 Lomba Pidato Menciptakan Pengalaman Sukses Siswa di Masa Pandemi COVID-19
Pada masa pandemi COVID-19, siswa berhak memperoleh pembelajaran yang terbaik untuk sukses. Pemerintah dan masyarakat perlu menyediakan sekolah yang memberi banyak peluang untuk sukses. Cara sekolah berbasis pondok pesantren dengan melakukan berbagai macam kompetisi yang memberikan pengalaman keberhasilan siswa diberbagai bidang akademik dan non akademik. Lomba digelar sebagai evaluasi selama pembelajaran satu tahun. Lomba pidato adalah salah satu lomba yang kompetisikan pada masa pandemi. Lomba pidato diikuti oleh 18 siswa dari delegasi siswa asrama berjumlah 450 siswa. Penilaian yang dilakukan meliputi penyampaian, isi, intonasi dan etika atau adab. 2021 Hubungan Antara Efikasi Diri dan Konsep Diri dengan Perencanaan Karier Siswa di MA Bilingual Sidoarjo
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dan konsepadiri dengan perencanaan karier siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Bilingual Sidoarjo. Pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan korelasional. Populasi 213 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan random sampling. Peneliti mengambil 50% dari jumlah populasi sejumlah 104 Siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik uji korelasi pearson dan uji Regresi linier berganda. 2021 Development of Interest Recommendation Analysis Application
Until this time, counsellors in junior high school had used Microsoft excel to help make interest recommendations. Thus, counsellors needed eight weeks to analyze some data to produce interest recommendations. This research aims to produce an application that can assist counsellors in saving data, analyzing data, and producing interest recommendations according to guidance and counselling operational guidelines at junior high school 2016. The application was developed is Aplikasi Analisis Peminatan (AAP). It was developed using research and development procedures, according to Borg and Gall. Through the stages of research and information collecting, planning, developing a preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, and primary product revision. Data collection used a feasibility questionnaire. Data analysis used a percentage formula. The results of data analysis showed that AAP has 95, 72% feasibility to save data, analyze some data to make interest recommendations. AAP can be used by counsellors to save time when making interest recommendations.

2021 Group Guidance Based on Local Strength to Improve the Competence of Counselors
The measurement of counselor competency improvement through group guidance training is the aim of this study. Types of qualitative research with data collection techniques are interviews, open questionnaires, and literature studies. The research sample was 67 school counselors who were obtained using a purposive non-random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is triangulation. The results showed usefulness and an increase in academic and professional competence in providing group guidance services based on local strengths by 97.68%. Forms of local strength in games, ludruk, parikan jula juli, and traditional games can be included in selecting topics, interlude activities, and service techniques. This research can also contribute to the innovation of group guidance services, especially in helping to facilitate the development of students towards independence.
