2022 PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI KOLASE PINTAR UNTUK MENSTIMULASI KEMAMPUAN MOTORIK HALUS PADA ANAK USIA 5–6 TAHUN
This research was conducted to determine the development of smart collage applications in stimulating fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years. The research method used is the development method or Research and Development (R&D) with the ASSURE model. The target participants were children aged 5-6 years as many as 7 people in 1 class in group B Umar at TKIT Insan Cendekia Surabaya. Data collection techniques use questionnaires by sharing a google form link. In the validity test by the material expert, a mean value of 4.2 was obtained close to a score of 4 which showed a range of 61-80, meaning that the material on the smart collage application was declared feasible. There is a media expert validity test obtained a mean value of 4.4 close to a score of 4 which shows a range of 61-80, meaning that the media in the smart collage application is declared feasible. Strengthened by the test by the teacher, the result of a mean score of 3.9 was close to a score of 4 which showed a range of 61-80, meaning that the media and materials on the smart collage application were declared feasible. From the test results above, it can be concluded that the smart collage application is worth testing for children. In the validity test on each item, the parent response statement was declared valid and the reliability test on the questionnaire was considered to be highly reliable. 2022 PELATIHAN PENGGUNAAN DAN PEMANFAATAN PAUDPEDIA UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN LITERASI DIGITAL GURU DI KABUPATEN PASURUAN
Digital literacy is one of the means of supporting the implementation of learning in the application of the independent learning curriculum. This is an effort to recover or recover from learning loss as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Improving digital literacy in teachers is expected to be able to optimize the learning process for children. There is a need for training in the use of current technology. The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the use of PAUDPEDIA applications for teachers. As well as improving teacher digital literacy through the use and utilization of PAUDPEDIA. The methods used in this training activity are (1) discussions or lectures;(2) direct guidance/demonstration; and (3) assignment. The results of this training show the enthusiasm of participants in participating in a series of events in the research carried out, this can be seen from the majority of participants who are active and participate in activities from beginning to end.

2022 Pengembangan Papan Lipat Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Gerak Lokomotor Anak TK A
The results of the analysis and observation of kindergarten children show that each child has different abilities in the development of locomotor movements, are leaping, jump, and walking. The average locomotor ability of kindergarten children, whether it is leaping, jump, and be it walking, still needs to be improved with the folding board. This study has several objectives, namely, to describe the design of folding boards in the development of locomotor motion. Furthermore, to find out the feasibility of folding boards in locomotor motion development activities, and finally to find out the effectiveness of folding boards in locomotor motion development activities on child. The method used in this research is Research and Development with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) approach model. The data obtained came from the results of observations in the field and interviews.The results of this study analysis show the level of effectiveness of folding board learning media from the data obtained from the results of trials of children's abilities in the field. The existing data was obtained using pretest and posttest observation sheets involving 20 kindergarten A children in Idhata Surabaya. From the results of the pretest, the percentage of children's average values was obtained at 31.66%. Meanwhile, from the posttest results, the average score of children was obtained with a percentage of 93.33%. 2022 The relationship between youtube game content and politeness in children's language
This study is prompted by the politeness of the everyday language used by children who watch YouTube gaming content. The goal of this study is to see if there is a link between YouTube game content and language politeness in children aged 5-6 years. This study employs quantitative correlational research with 52 children aged 5-6 years old from TK Muslimat NU 74 Ketegan and TK Muslimat NU 36 Menyanggong. Product-moment correlation data analysis is used in this study, along with prerequisite tests, normality tests, and linearity testing. The findings of this study reveal that there is a relationship between YouTube game content and language politeness in children aged 5-6 years, with a Pearson correlation r value of 0.763, indicating that the relationship between X and Y variables is high. Another finding is that the two variables have a positive aspect. Children have a larger vocabulary, and they know and understand certain English terms. This is demonstrated by children's increased activity in expressing their feelings and opinions at school.

2022 Hubungan Persepsi Guru dalam Pembelajaran Tatap Muka dengan Kemandirian pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi guru dalam pembelajaran tatap muka dengan kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun. Jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ialah seluruh guru TK di kecamatan Waru, kabupaten Sidoarjo berjumlah 464 dengan lembaga sekolah yang ada di kecamatan Waru berjumlah 102. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling sehingga sampel yang didapatkan sejumlah 70 guru. Metode survei dalam bentuk kuesioner adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan. Teknik Analisis data terdiri dari: uji validitas dengan rumus Product Moment, uji reliabilitas dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach dan uji korelasi dengan rumus Pearson Correlation. Perhitungan dengan rumus Pearson Correlation bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak hubungan signifikan antara persepsi guru dengan kemandirian anak. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji korelasi, didapatkan r hitung 0,598 dan r tabel dengan taraf signifikan 5%= 0,198 dengan kata lain r hitung> r tabel (0,598> 0,198) maka bisa disimpulkan terdapat hubungan cukup kuat antara persepsi guru dengan kemandirian anak. Selain itu hasil penelitian keseluruhan data menunjukkan nilai mean dengan nilai 3.3, sedangkan pada nilai data median dan modus memperoleh nilai sebesar 3. Pada hasil penelitian terlihat jika lembaga sekolah yang memiliki akreditasi A memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 83, sedangkan sekolah yang akreditasi B memiliki rata-rata sebesar 86. 2022 Analisis Variasi Penyajian Menu Makanan terhadap Nafsu Makan pada Anak Usia 2-4 Tahun di Desa Badang
Kemampuan orang tua terutama ibu dalam menyajikan menu makanan yang bervariatif sangat penting dilakukan, karena untuk memenuhi gizi dan nutrisi anak pada masa golden age. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh orang tua yang memiliki kemampuan relatif kurang dalam menyajikan menu makanan yang bervariatif, sehingga anak memiliki kurang nafsu makan. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan variasi penyajian menu makanan terhadap peningkatan nafsu makan pada anak usia 2-4 tahun di desa Badang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 orang tua dan 4 anak usia 2-4 tahun di Desa Badang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles and Huberman, yakni: 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data, dan 4) verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) variasi penyajian menu makanan yang bervariasi atau berganti tiga kali dalam sehari dapat meningkatkan nafsu makan anak, 2) pemenuhan gizi dan nutrisi akan terpenuhi jika makanan yang disajikan mengandung empat sehat lima sempurna, 3) anak memiliki nafsu makan yang tinggi ketika orang tua ikut menemani makan bersama sambil bercerita dan berkomunikasi, 4) mengenalkan makanan atau menu baru kepada anak dengan cara anak diajak untuk masak bersama kemudian orang tua ikut mencicipi makanan tersebut, sehingga anak juga memiliki rasa ingin mencoba makanan tersebut.

Competition in college became inevitable in modern times. In an effort to meet the community's need for further education, several universities compete with each other to get new students. Therefore, universities must use effective marketing management. This study aims to analyze the marketing management of Lamongan Islamic University in maintaining competition by increasing the amount of students from year to year. The results of this study include:(1) implementing marketing management measures through market identification, market segmentation, and product differentiation.(2) in the application of marketing, it is carried out in two ways, namely internal marketing and external marketing.(3) the obstacles faced in the implementation of marketing are the presence of state universities that are starting to enter the region and there are competitors who use similar marketing strategies, thus influencing prospective students in choosing the services to be selected. The results of this study are the marketing of educational services in higher education is very influential in an effort to increase the number of students. With marketing activities in educational services, prospective students can find out information about the products and services offered, so that prospective students can make decisions about choosing a place to study.

2022 Quality Improvement Planning Based on School Development Plan at MTs Ihyaul Ulum Gresik
At MTs Ihyaul Ulum Gresik, quality improvement planning is based on the school development plan. This study is being conducted at MTs Ihyaul Ulum Gresik. The emphasis of this research is on planning for increasing educational quality based on work programs included in MTs Ihyaul Ulum Gresik's school development plan for 2020/2021 and their relationship to eight national education standards. A document study was employed to obtain data for this investigation. MTs Ihyaul Ulum Gresik's school development plan for 2020/2021 is being examined. 2022 Strategi Peningkatan Motivasi Belajar di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 berdasarkan Pemetaan menurut Teori Motivasi McClelland pada Siswa Kelas V SD Labschool UNESA 2
Tujuan Penelitian ini Ingin mengetahui pemetaan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V menurut Teori Motivasi McClelland di masa pandemi covid-19 di SD Labschool UNESA 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan model studi fenomenologi gagasan Alfred Schutz. Penelitian kualitatif ialah penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan paradigma, strategi, dan implementasi model secara kualitatif. Dalam penelitian kualitatif, instrumennya adalah orang (human instrument) yaitu peneliti itu sendiri. Penelitian ini mengambil data di SD Labschool UNESA 2 yang beralamatkan di Lidah Wetan, Kecamatan Lakarsantri, Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sekaligus dipilih peneliti untuk mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini. Maka didapatkan hasil pemetaan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V berdasarkan Teori Motivasi McClelland, yang paling dominan adalah motivasi belajar berdasarkan kebutuhan akan afiliasi (MBKA) dengan 58% yaitu 19 siswa, kemudian motivasi belajar berdasarkan kebutuhan akan berprestasi (MBKB) dengan 36% yaitu 12 siswa dan yang paling sedikit adalah motivasi belajar berdasarkan kebutuhan akan kekuasan (MBKK) dengan 6% yaitu 2 siswaPemetaan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V berdasarkan Teori Motivasi gagasan David McClelland yang berisi 3 kebutuhan yaitu Need of Achievment, Need of Affiliation dan Need of Power dapat dijadikan bahan rujukan dan indikator untuk penelitian selanjutnya serta jika ada keinginan untuk memetakan motivasi siswa di jenjang kelas dan sekolah yang berbeda.

2022 Pengembangan LKPD Interaktif Berbasis Liveworksheet untuk Meningkatankan Hasil Belajar IPS Sekolah Dasar
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk LKPD Interaktif berbasis liveworksheet untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS materi peristiwa sekitar proklamasi kemerdekaan kelas V sekolah dasar yang dinilai dari segi kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian R&D dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDI Al-Huda. Subjek terdiri dari 6 siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan 20 siswa pada uji coba lapangan. Pelaksanaan uji coba menerapkan metode pre-experimental design “one-group pretest-posttest design”. Hasil validasi dari validator ahli materi sebesar 91% dan validator ahli media sebesar 90% masing-masing memperoleh kategori sangat valid. Hasil angket respon siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan, masing-masing memperoleh 84% dan 90% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Keefektifan produk terhadap eningkatan hasil belajar siswa dinilai berdasarkan nilai skor rata-rata N-Gain siswa baik pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan sebesar 0, 71 yang berarti terdapat peningkatan dengan kategori tinggi. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa produk LKPD Interaktif berbasis liveworksheet telah valid, praktis, dan efektif.
