MANAJEMEN KELAS MULTIKULTURAL
This study describes the multicultural classroom management is performed by BIPA teachers. This study used a qualitative approach with case study research. BIPA is a program of the Indonesian acronym for Foreign Speakers, a program that is destined for foreign students studying Indonesian at the State University of Malang. The results showed that teachers use classroom management approaches. The approach is tailored to the conditions of multicultural learners and can be used to solve the existing problems.Abstrak: penelitian ini mendeskripsikan manajemen kelas multikultural yang dilakukan oleh guru BIPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Program BIPA merupakan singkatan dari Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing yaitu suatu program yang diperuntukkan untuk mahasiswa asing yang belajar bahasa Indonesia di Universitas Negeri Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan beberapa pendekatan manajemen kelas. Pendekatan tersebut disesuaikan dengan kondisi peserta didik multikultural dan dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada.

MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN
Pondok Pesantren dengan keanekaragamannya termasuk lembaga atau organisasi pendidikan yang unik dari segi manajemen pendidikan. Baik itu dari sisi kepemimpinan, pengelolaan pendidikan yang menggunakan prinsip Islami, hingga kegiatan-kegiatan yang mendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren memiliki kekhasan tersendiri. Pelatihan ini akan diberikan kepada seluruh pengelola Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur'an Fathul Huda Blitar. Pondok Pesantren ini menjadi mitra kegiatan PKM karena Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur'an Fathul Huda Blitar memiliki potensi yang baik dan mampu disaingkan dengan Pondok Pesantren lainnya, namun SDM yang dimiliki masih memiliki keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam bidang keilmuan manajemen pendidikan.

Associations between Macronutrient Intake and Body Composition of Female Adolescent Athletes and Their Fitness Levels
Adolescent athletes need more nutrient intake than adolescents of the same age due to their high activities, especially during exercise, to avoid disruption in their growth process. The athlete is also required to have a good body composition to achieve optimal performance. This study examined the relationship between body composition and nutrient intake of female adolescent athletes and their fitness level. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 28 female athletes of Tulungagung Training Centre selected using systematic random sampling. Dietary assessment (energy and macronutrient intake) and body composition (FM, FFM) were measured using 2x24 hours food recall and InBody270. The maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) was measured using Multistage Fitness Test. Independent sample t-test, Mann-Whitney test, and Spearman test were performed using SPSS 25. POLICY EVALUATION OF TEACHERS’ASSIGNMENT AS SCHOOL PRINCIPALS
Study about policy education based on its criteria benefits to develop science by having new knowledge to enrich research in public evaluation discipline and educational management research area. Policy evaluation of teachers’ assignment as school principals will not only be able to give inputs to ministry of education and culture. But it will also give reinforcement to policy decision to make it successful for what it has been done. The role of principals is very essential to make the school have capability to shape intelligent and competitive Indonesian human capital. School principals as leaders are expected to become contributor to the success of governance reinforcement, accountability and public image of education. Their success to develop educational quality at school is very determined by their professionalism to do their duties, roles and function as principals. To develop their professionalism, it is very imperative to prepare selection of principal candidates. The implementation of proper selection system is hoped to bring about principal candidates who have high credibility since it has important role for education nowadays. It is also hoped that competent principals have capability to build good school cultural organization by emphasizing excellent service to learners and its community.
