Perilaku off task adalah perilaku siswa yang tidak diharapkan kemunculannya pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung. Kebiasaan dari perilaku off task dapat mengakibatkan suasana kelas menjadi tidak kondusif dan mengganggu teman di kelas sehingga tujuan belajar tidak bisa tercapai dengan optimal serta prestasi belajar siswa akan menurun. Kondisi ini yang terjadi pada siswa kelas VII D SMP Negeri 2 Gresik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi perilaku off task siswa kelas VII D SMP Negeri 2 Gresik setelah diberikan perlakuan konseling individu teknik kontrak perilaku.

2018 Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Customer Value Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Rumah Makan Potre Koneng Ayam Kremes Madura di Malang
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer value to customer satisfaction Potre Koneng either partially or simultaneously.. The sample of the study used questionnaires with accidental sampling approach of 88 respondents. The independent variables in this study are service quality (X1) and customer value (X2), dependent variable (Y) customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study quality of service and customer value influence partial and simultaneous consumer satisfaction. From the results of this study the most dominant independent variables affect the consumer satisfaction is the quality of service.

2018 Studi Tentang Perilaku Membolos Siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Semen Puhsarang Kabupaten Kediri
Perilaku membolos sebenarnya bukan merupakan hal yang baru lagi bagi banyak pelajar, setidaknya mereka pernah mengenyam pendidikan sebab perilaku membolos itu sendiri telah ada sejak dulu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pola, penyebab, akibat, dan penangan membolos dari guru BK. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII, VIII, IX di SMP Negeri 2 Semen Puhsarang Kediri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah trigulasi dari metode Miles dan Hubermen.

2018 Pattern of school refusal behavior on students; background, triggers, family profile and treatment
School refusal behavior refers to the avoidance of a child attending school and/or persistent difficulty staying in the classroom throughout the school day. Based on a review of the scientific literature, the purpose of this study are: first, examine the pattern of school refusal from the perspective of psychoanalytic theory; the theory of behavioral and cognitive theory. Recognizing the background, trigger school refusal and intervention strategies. This paper concludes that: first, the school refusal background in psychoanalytic is from separation anxiety and hallucinations, in the cases studied student are frightened to his teacher manifested as though seeing a ghost in the classroom and outside the classrooms. In Cognitive view, the background of the school refusal ie: affected by irrational beliefs of students to the school. In behavioristic theory argues that school refusal as a learned response to specific stimuli associated with the school environment. The triggering factors of the school refusal ie: a) the child has anxiety, such as (separation anxiety), b) the fear experienced by children related to academic activities, c) a parent is sick or conflict in the family, d) the intensity of stress while at school in caused because teachers or a friends at school. Parents profile who triggered the school refusal ie: the parents who often took his son away and let their children do not attend school, and parents quarrel. Interventions for reducing school refusal behavior can vary in strategies ie: cognitive restructuring, reframing, exposure (systematic desensitization, in vivo desensitization), differential reinforcement, modeling, and extinction.

2018 The Development of Character Education Management Model in Secondary School
Character education management is the integrated steps which include the process of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising conducted by the school as an attempt to implement the character values effectively and efficiently involving all stakeholders. Thi research aimed to describe and analyse the feasibility, practically, and effectiveness of the character education management model. The research used qualitative approach by combining facts and data to describe the condition of community character in the school. This research used research and development type and used the Four D model by Thiagarajan, define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research subjects were stakeholders in the secondary high school of Al Falah Assalam Tropodo, Sidoarjo. The data were collected from four techniques; they were an interview, observations, documentation, and test and non-test by using instruments in the form of expert validation sheets, questionnaire testing process guides and stakeholder response questionnaires. The results of development are five character building guides for principal, teacher, educational staff, student, and school committee of each element roles for character building, and there is also the example of student disciplinary assessments. In terms of practicality, it can be used easily while in terms of effectiveness, the content of the material is easy to understand and implement.

2018 The Implementation of Academic Supervision in Senior High School Level
This research discussed the implementation of academic supervision done by the school principal on the teachers in senior high school of Al-Aziz tlambah karang Penang Sampang. This research used a qualitative research method through the descriptive design. As receipt of the technique was used in the study data in observation of supervision, interviews and documentation. The results of this research showed that the teachers who were guided and assisted during their teaching period became more professional in doing their job. This academic supervision will help the teachers to be more systematic in planning the learning process.

2018 Academic Supervision To Improve Teacher’s Performance in Elementary School
Supervision has become a cross-cutting edge tool and a pivot around which performance revolves. There are widespread and on-going debates centered on the influence of effective supervision on academic performance in our academic. This study examined the role of supervision in academic performance in Elementary School. The study was based on the collegial model of educational management and the supervision model, Theory Y, as proposed by Douglas McGregor. This study employed the descriptive research survey design. Through questionnaire, the data analyzed were collected from 223 respondents who were purposively selected from randomized schools in each region comprising, their assistants and heads of department of 155 schools. The results (2017 and 2018) of the sampled schools were analyzed. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was alpha 0,826. The Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 18 software were employed in the analyses of data using, mean, standard deviation, correlation, and independent t-test. The study revealed that there was a positive weak significant relationship between the supervision roles of heads and academic performance of students. There was positive weak significant relationship between the gender of the headmasters and their supervisory roles. The study recommended that the supervision will be intensified in Putra Wijaya Elementary School. Moreover, the headmaster of elementary school should be reorientated into the new trends of supervision in schools.

2018 Media Literacy in Extracurricular Activities of Journalism to Strengthen Civic Education
In the 21st century, the millennial generation is the multicultural society. They need space to actualize the value of nation’s character in implementing civic education. Extracurricular activities of journalism can help them develop balanced interest and talent with media literacy program. This research study used a combination of research methods with concurrent embedded strategy model, with a total sample of 27 students who participated in extracurricular activities of journalism at different grade levels in an integrated Islamic elementary school in Surabaya. This media literacy activity has a positive impact on them. The results of the research show the work of media literacy results in the anthology of poetry, comics, short stories and photography which contain portraits of the life of the people they meet and adjusted to their point of view, as many as 21 of 27 children have adaptive behaviors such as respecting their non-Muslim friends and not bullying.
