Erikson's theory (in Santrock) states that every stage of development in the span of human life has a typical development task that confronts man in a crisis that must be faced. The more people manage to overcome that crisis the more it will increase the potential of individuals in order to face the next stage of development. 1The difficult circumstances faced by humans can come from any direction. They came from themselves, society, family, school, work environment, or of nature though. Dissatisfaction of yourself, family problems, uncomfortable work environment, and a wide range of natural disasters cannot be predicted when the arrival are. In certain situations, such problems mentioned above cannot be avoided and must be faced.

2016 PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA MELALUI KEPUASAN PADA GURU SMK MUHAMMADIYAH BULAKAMBA BREBES
The purpose of this research is 1) for described leadership, motivation, competence, satisfaction and performance of teachers 2) to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and competence to satisfaction teachers 3) to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and competence of the performance of teachers 4) to analyze the influence of satisfaction with performance of teachers 5) to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and competence of the performance of through satisfaction teachers. Respondents in this research as many as 38 people. These respondents teachers are smk muhammadiyah bulakamba brebes. This research using structural equation modeling (shem) run through amos 19 as a means of the analysis. The results of the analysis data prove that leadership, motivation, and competence influential in significant impact on satisfaction teachers as evidenced of the value of the regression coefficient terstandar (beta) as much as 0, 56, motivation work against satisfaction work teachers have value of 0.24 and competence to satisfaction work teachers get value 0.19. Leadership, motivation, and competence influential in significant impact on performance of teachers who evidenced of the value of the regression coefficient terstandar (beta) leadership of the performance of teachers get value 0.12, motivation work of the performance of teachers get value by 0.39 and competence of the performance of teachers have value of 0, 46. 2016 Strategi pembiayaan pendidikan pada madrasah swasta unggulan
abstractEducation inancing is often considered to be a major problem to encourage private madrasahs to be favorite schools. This study is intended to examine the strategy of inancing education carried out by one of the favorite madrasahs. The study is based on a case study of a favorite madrasah around the capital city Jakarta. This study found the education funding model that can deliver this madrasah to earn the predicate of “madrasah unggul” from the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Based on the experience of this madrasah, parent participation in education funding must be offset by the provision of quality assurance to education service customers. 2015 Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Ekspositori Terhadap Kemampuan Berbicara Anak
Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh model pembelajaran ekspositori terhadap kemampuan berbicara anak. Sampel penelitian adalah anak kelompok B di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 39 Surabaya dengan jumlah 21 anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh model pembelajaran ekspositori terhadap kemampuan berbicara anak.

2015 The Analysis of Multicultural Based School Development Plans
This study aims to determine the process of the preparation and implementation of the school development plan based on a multicultural school. The researcher used a qualitative approach, the type of case study is explanatory. Research location is SPI High School in Kota Batu. The findings of this research indicate that the school has a multicultural RPS, do strategies contained in multicultural RPS, RPS preparation process shown in the flow and RJKM RAKS preparation, implementation of the RPS is good, the school facilitates students in developing good self on the ability of academic and non-academic.

2015 The Effect Of Playing Bripdent (Bridge Puzzle Dental) For Dental Caries Prevention On Students School Surabaya
Health education is one of nursing interventions that aimed to change behavior in increasing health state. BRIPDENT game is a creative idea from nurse that combine two games : educationase added puzzle and bridge where by pictures and dental caries prevention to each puzzle and bridge. This study was a quasy-experimental using pretest-posttest control group design. The population was4th-grader-students’at MI Al-Azhar Schoolcomprises 18 respondents as the treatment group and 18 respondents as control group. Data were collected by using questionnaire and observation and then analyzed using significance of<0.05Wilcoxon sign rank test and Mann Whitney U test. Results show that BRIPDENT health education effecting positively the knowladge, attitude, and skillsof respondents on the treatment group with p=0.000, p=0.011, and p=0.001 respectively. Adversely, the level of knowladge, attitude, and skills of respondents on the control group show no statistically significant result with p=0.317, p=0.564, and p=0.317 respectively. The statistical analysis show that there were differences in posttest results betwen control group and treatment group with p=0.000 (knowladge), p=0.021 (attitude), and p=0.001 (skills in preventing dental caries). It can be concluded that BRIPDENT health education with ondental caries can increase the level of knowledge, attitude and action of 4th-grader-students’in dental caries prevention. This as health provider, nurses can use BRIPDENTgames to achieve optimal resultswhen giving health education students. 2014 Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif Anak dalam Mengklasifikasikan Benda Kelompok B di TK Permata Bangsa
Penelitian pada anak kelompok B di TK Permata Bangsa Sukolilo Surabaya dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnaya kemampuan anak bidang kognitif dalam mengklasifikasikan benda. Hal ini disebabkan karena guru selalu menggunakan model pembelajaran klasikal untuk kegiatan mengklasifikasikan benda. Model pembelajaran kooperatif adalah model pembelajaran yang masih belum banyak diterapkan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif terutama materi mengklasifikasikan benda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif terhadap kemampuan kognitif anak dalam mengklasifikasikan benda kelompok B di TK Permata Bangsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis pre eksperimen One group pre test post test. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 16 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik non parametrik uji jenjang bertanda Wilcoxon (Wilcoxon match pairs test) dengan rumus T hitung< T tabel. Jika T hitung< T tabel maka penelitian ini signifikan adanya dua variabel. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, data tentang kemampuan kognitif anak menunjukkan data pretest 118 dan posttest 209 maka ada perbedaan. Perhitungan uji jenjang bertanda Wilcoxon bahwa nilai T tabel adalah 134. Jika T hitung< T tabel (0< 30) maka HO ditolak dan Ha diterima, diketahui bahwa T hitung< T tabel.
