2018 THE ROLE OF TEACHER PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT (PKG) ON TEACHERS PERFORMANCE AT SMKN 2 JEMBER
The purpose of this researchwasto identify and analyze the aspects of Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG, in Indonesian language is Penilaian Kinerja Guru) on teacher’s performance. The hypothesis of this researchreads the aspects of teacher performance assessment (PKG) partially significant effect on teacher’s performance. The population in this researcharecivil servant teachers of SMKN 2Jember. This research used a Simple Random Samplingtechniquesince the sampling was done randomly without regarding to strata contained in the population and the whole population are teachers of SMKN 2 Jember. The samples in this researchare71civil servant teachers in SMKN 2 Jember. Data collection methods used in this research are observation, interview, questionnaires and documentation. The implications of the findings of this study may contribute to the development of science and for practitioners. The result of this research was to improve the teacher’s performance, then the aspects of PKG should be improved. This was in accordance with the concept of human resources. Some suggestions can be given was the results of this study indicate that aspects of the Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG) gave significant effect on performance partially.

2018 Management of School Operational Assistance at Elementary School of Mojokerto Regency
This research is based on postpositivism philosophy which is used to examine the condition of natural object and researcher as the key instrument. The results of this study are: 1) School Operational Assistance Fund is the only source of operational funding of schools coming from the central government, because of the funding sources obtained, its application and management requires good managerial skills as well. 2) the principal is an educational administrator, particularly in organizing, managing and evaluating finances from school funding sources, in which the three basic skills are indispensable in implementing financial management processes based on the School Operational Assistance Fund technical principles for the creation of operational activities effective.

2018 Leadership, Discipline And Motivation Affecting To The Performance
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of leadership, discipline and motivation on the performance, as well as to find out which of the leadership, discipline and motivation are the dominant influence on performance. The subjects in this study are members of Lumajang Police Force Sabhara totaling 63 people. This research uses explanatory research. As independent variables, namely leadership, discipline and motivation, and the dependent variable is the performance. Analysis of the data used are validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the leadership has a significant effect on performance, discipline significant effect on performance, motivation significant effect on the performance and motivation of the dominant influence on performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,795. This means that 79.50% of performance can be explained by the leadership, discipline and motivation. While the rest of 20, 50% performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

2018 Optimalisasi Budaya Literasi Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Surabaya
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktifitas yang mencerminkan budaya literasi di kalangan mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Unesa, baik dalam kegiatan akademik maupun nonakademik, serta strategi yang dilaksanakan dalam penumbuhkembangan budaya literasi di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Unesa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui analisis data model interaktif dan dilakukan pengecekan keabsahan data melalui uji kredibilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan literasi di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Unesa masih tergolong rendah dilihat dari aktifitas mahasiswa dalam kegiatan akademik dan nonakademik, serta belum adanya prestasi yang ditunjukkan mahasiswa dalam event-event literasi. Upaya pembiasaan kegiatan literasi telah dilakukan oleh para dosen melalui penugasan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa. Selama ini belum terdapat aturan khusus yang mengatur tentang literasi di lingkungan FIP. Namun, para pimpinan FIP akan terus mengupayakan optimalisasi budaya literasi dengan melakukan strategi penumbuhkembangan budaya literasi melalui penekanan terhadap dosen yang dijadikan sebagai role model.

2018 Model of Human Resource Management in Inclusive Education in East Java
The most urgent problem to be resolved is equity of education, especially for children with special needs. Education for All is a principle of education that should be a priority in Indonesia. But this is still far from reality. the limitations of human resources inhibiting inclusion education. So this study aims to develop a model of human resource management in inclusive education in primary schools in East Java. This Research uses qualitative approach with study multi-case. Subject of Research that used by differ its characteristic that is SDN Mriyunan 1 Gresik and SDN Lemah Putro 1 Sidoarjo. Data collecting Technique that used observation, interview, and documentation. Informant in this research amount to 20 people, its: headmaster, teacher, shadow teacher, and student. The results of this study indicate that Model of Human resource management of inclusive education include 3 planning, empowerment, and human resource assessment. Human resource planning begins with conducting needs analysis, recruitment, selection and placement that is satisfied with willingness and ability. Empowerment and development of human resources can be done with two models, namely models that are individual and model of a group. Human resource appraisal is conducted by evaluation and monitoring and evaluation, after which it is not followed by giving compensation or reward in the form of material or non-material.

2018 PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PROGRAMME LIFE CYCLE (PLC) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PROFITABILITAS DI LKP BUANA BORDIR COURSE (BCC)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat belajar mandiri yang berupa Modul Programme Life Cycle (PLC) untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas di LKP Buana Bordir Course (BBC). Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini menggunakan ADDIE yang merupakan kependekan dari Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi. Fokus pengembangan menyangkut dari sisi materi dan kegrafikaan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan LKP Buana Bordir Course (BBC), yang tidak lain merupakan pengguna dari modul yang akan dikembangkan. Desain pengujian perangkat yang berupa modul pada penelitian dan pengembangan kali ini menggunakan pola One-Shot Case Study. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data hasil penelitian kali ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Skor rata-rata dari keseluruhan ahli terhadap produk yang telah dikembangkan menunjukkan 3, 27 yang secara kriteria, Pada skor tes terkait dengan perolehan profitabilitas lembaga yang setelah menggunakan dan mengimplementasikan materi yang ada di dalam modul yang telah dikembangkan, menunjukkan 40% pada bulan pertama, 45% pada bulan kedua dan 72% pada bulan ketiga dengan rata-rata 52, 4%. Perolehan tersebut, cukup meningkat bila dibandingkan dengan 3 bulan sebelum penerapan modul yang telah dikembangkan dengan hanya rata-rata 33%. 2018 Project Based Learning Through Hydroponic Farming to Students With Hearing Impairment
Students with hearing impairment (HI) have very little access to science concepts and some barrier to communication. Teachers should keep their faces and make sure their lips are in the line of sight of the student with HI. The research aimed was to investigate project-based learning through hydroponic farming on students with HI. The research design was one group pretest-posttest. A participant from special need schools about 30 participants students with HI. Treatment using hydroponic farming to produce vegetable from seeds. The research result shows that hydroponic farming supports teachers in implementing a project-based learning to make concrete and hands-on experiences together among students with HI. The experimental hydroponic farming to an increased capability to prepare tools and materials, interest in science, increased communication and synthesize information in meaningful ways. Product hydroponic farming suggested a very positive impact, there was a good acceptance by the community.

2017 Influences of Intellectual Property and Capital to the Performance of the Corporate Image Award Winning Companies in Indonesia
The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship and influence of intellectual property as measured by Goodwill and intellectual capital (IC), as measured by the modified value added intellectual coefficient (MVAIC) on the performance of the company that became the winner of the competition Corporate Image Award. Analysis of the use of intangible assets as a step to increase the value of the company and achieve good performance as the provision of competition in the future. Of all the population there are only 23 companies already meet the criteria to be sampled during 2011-2013. Data used in the study in the form of annual reports, financial statements and summary of performance that has been published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of the data used in the test Goodwill, MVAIC, and corporate performance adalaah multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative effect of the property and IC intellectual positive effect on firm performance significantly.

2017 Management of the school literacy movement (SLM) programme in indonesian junior secondary schools
The aim of this research was to examine the roles and functions of school principals and the staff of junior secondary schools in Indonesia, in implementing the government school literacy movement (SLM) programme. An explorative descriptive research study was undertaken involving 48 school principals of junior secondary schools at the Sidoarjo districts in East Java Province, Indonesia. Data were obtained through questionnaires and descriptive analysis of the principals’ responses. The results of this study indicate that all school principals have some literacy programmes. However, there are limitations in managing the programmes and deficiencies in the availability of text resources, as well as in the promotion of literacy. As a consequence of the study, it was found there is a need for professional development to overcome the difficulties and obstacles of school management.

2017 Manajemen Kurikulum Berbasis Lingkungan Di Sdn Lidah Kulon 1 Surabaya
Pendidikan lingkungan dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepedulian masyarakat dalam masalah lingkungan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kurikulum berbasis lingkungan di SDN Lidah Kulon 1 Surabaya dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasikan, mendeskripsikan dan memaparkan manajemen kurikulum berbasis lingkungan di SDN Lidah Kulon 1 Surabaya. Aktivitas dalam analisis data kualitatif dilakukan secara model interaktif dengan uji keabsahan data meliputi triangulasi, membercheck dan kecukupan referensial. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Studi ini menunjukkan (1) tujuan dan konten kurikulum berbasis lingkungan dirancang dengan menyesuaikan visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah yaitu peduli dan berbudaya lingkungan serta merancang semua program pendukung pengimplementasi kurikulum berbasis lingkungan (2) pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis lingkungan menggunakan sistem integrasi,(3) evaluasi dilakukan melalui rapat kordinasi untuk melihat progress, dilakukan dengan tes tulis, lisan dan portofolio, tujuan dan fungsi evaluasi kurikulum adalah menilai seberapa jauh keberhasilan kurikulum yang telah dijalankan, dampak dari pengimplementasian kurikulum berbasis lingkungan, dan untuk mendukung kegiatan adiwiyata yaitu menumbuhkan karakter peduli dan berbudaya lingkungan pada siswa-siswi sesuai dengan visi misi sekolah.
