2019 Influence of Learning Model Type Cooperative Scramble with Picture Media on Motivation and Student’s Learning Outcomes of IPS Class 2 SDN 2 Tropodo
This study aims to determine the effect of the Scramble type cooperative learning model with image media on the motivation and learning outcomes of grade 2 elementary school students. This research was conducted at the SDN Tropodo 2 Waru Sidoarjo Regency 2018/2019. This type of research experiment uses a quantitative approach, with nonequivalent (pretest and posstest) design contril group design. This study uses two classes namely the experimental class and the control class. The study sample was class 2A as the experimental class and 2B as the control class. The instruments used were motivation observation sheets and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis techniques used included normality test, homogeneity test, and independent sample t-test. The results of the study showed that there was an effect oflearning model the scramble type cooperative on media images on the motivation and learning outcomes of grade 2 elementary school students. value of gain normalized Motivatedexperiment class 0.174, control class 0.115 value gain normalized of student learning outcomes experimental class 0.192, control class 0.141 test results independent samples t-test motivation showed tcount of 7.845> ttable of 1,677. the results of the test of independent samples t-test of learning outcomes indicate that the value of tcount is 5.254> ttable of 1,677. It can be concluded that thelearning model scramble type cooperative with image media influences the motivation and learning outcomes of grade 2 students in elementary school.

2019 Analisis pola asuh grandparenting dalam pembentukan karakter anak di TK Dharma Wanita di Desa Drokilo Kecamatan Kedungadem Kabupaten Bojonegoro
Grandparenting merupakan pengasuhan anak yang dilakukan oleh kakek dan nenek. Pengasuhan anak menjadi tanggungjawab kedua orangtuanya, namun karena beberapa faktor tanggungjawab tersebut dialihkan kepada keluarga yang lebih luas. grandparenting membentuk karakter anak dengan pengasuhan grandparenting dengan itu anak lebih memiliki karakter yang baik dan sama pada umumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh yang digunakan kakek dan nenek dalam pembentukan karakter anak di TK Dharma Wanita I Drokilo. Dalam pola asuh yang dilakukan oleh kakek nenek menerapkan 3 indikator dalam metode penelitian yakni 1). Mengasuh dengan memberikan pujian, 2). Mengasuh dengan memberikan nasihat, 3). 2019 Manajemen Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter Pada Sekolah Menengah Atas
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data tentang manajemen penguatan pendidikan karakter di Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan studi multi kasus di SMAN 1 Krian dan SMAN 1 Taman. Komponen manajemen tersebut mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi penguatan pendidikan karakter di SMAN 1 Krian dan SMAN 1 Taman Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian terkait manajemen penguatan pendidikan karakter di kabupataen Sidoarjo (studi multi kasus di SMAN 1 Krian dan SMAN 1 Taman) menunjukkan bahwa, perencanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter harus memenuhi minimal lima aspek yaitu mengacu pada visi dan misi sekolah, melakukan asesmen untuk mengidentifikasi potensi sekolah, merumuskan dan menentukan nilai-nilai karakter utama yang akan dikembangkan, program sekolah disusun secara bersama seluruh komponen sekolah, serta guru membuatan perangkat pembelajaran (RPP) berbasis karakter.

2019 Management of Training on the 2013 Curriculum for IPA Teachers Through Partnership Program in Boalemo District, Gorontalo Province
The purpose of the science teacher training program organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture with Empowerment of partner 1 teachers through the partnership program is to improve the ability of partner 2 teachers in understanding and applying science learning in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. The Training Method is On The Job Learning with a pattern of pairing more competent teachers (having high Teachers Competency Test/UKG scores and coming from developed regions) called partner teacher 1 with teachers deemed not competent (having low UKG scores and coming from disadvantaged areas) called partner teacher 2. The sample of this study was a science teachers' at SMP Negeri 1 Tilamuta (Middle School) and SMP Negeri 1 Wonosari, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province. The results obtained, a collaborative program through partnerships in basic education teachers with training methods on work learning partner teachers in Boalemo district 2 in Gorontalo province who initially did not understand and never applied the 21st Century Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) specifically Discovery Learning learning models and models Project Based Learning (PjBl) is understood and able to implement it in the classroom even though it still feels strange. Students also become happy with the model implemented by the 2 teacher's partners in the class. The interview results show that at SMP 1 Tilamuta Boalemo, 94% of students were happy with the lessons given by the teacher. While in SMP 1 Wonosari Boalemo as many as 90% of students said they were happy with sustainable learning.

2019 Paulo Freire: critical, humanist and liberating education (critical reflections on Indonesian education)
This thesis presents about education concept of Paulo Freire about the education which are critical, humanist, and free. This education concept is Freire's opinion towards traditional education practice. Paulo Freire sees that education reality is an oppression reality. That is reflected in two things in the in education praxis; first, hegemony in education, which is a relation between teacher and student that is not based on humanity relation, but between a sovereign and subordinate. Teacher becomes the dominant subject in the relationship and the student is just an object. Whereas, both teacher and student are the learning subject. Second, education in bank style. Education in this model places student as an empty bottle that must be filled by the teacher. Seeing that condition, Freire proposes different concept and school praxis. That is critical education, humanist, and independence as the writer says in this thesis. The result of that education process will create a mindful human being. Freire calls it consientization. This thesis will also examine the coherence with education in Indonesia.

2019 Outbound Program Based Local Wisdom for Students in Pesantren Schools
The purpose of this community service is to improve the understanding of elementary school teachers in SAQO Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo about child development by providing stimulus to support the optimization of child development. The outbound kids training method was carried out with training and direct experience approaches experienced by teachers and elementary school students. The experiential cycle-based approach to learning included experience, reflection, conclusions, and application. Local culture-based outbound kids training activities help to optimize child development. Local culture taken was religious, knowledge, traditional, and creative values. This training train students to have effective learning skills and good leadership, so they are able to achieve academically in school and have a passion for learning. This activity was given to children aged 10-12 years or elementary school students from grade 3 to grade 6, amounting to 62 people. The activity was carried out for two days. The activities carried out were able to:(1) foster self-confidence;(2) develop social skills;(3) eliminate school saturation;(4) grow bravery of children;(5) practice concentration and balance;(6) help develop children;(7) enhance multiple intelligences; and (8) optimize aspects of child development.

2019 Improved teacher performance through work culture and environment
The existence of teachers in the world of education has a great influence to produce excellent students. Based on the law Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 about Teachers and Lecturers, who stated that teachers and lecturers have functions, roles, and a very important position in national development in the field of education, so it needs to show that its performance can be accounted for. Performance improvement is closely related with the problem of how to increase teacher motivation, how to develop an effective work culture as well how to create a work environment that is comfortable and conducive, so that the teacher can and is willing to work optimally. According to Nitisemito (1991: 184-196), influencing factors work environment is coloring, cleaning, lighting, air exchange, music, safety and noise. while work culture factors that influence are:(1) conditions the physical environment of work, such as giving awards, giving welfare, fulfilling infrastructure and facilities.(2) working environment conditions, such as support in carrying out tasks, communication and interactions with peers, people student parents, principal and public. For that, schools must be able creating a conducive work environment and work culture.
