2018 Organizational justice analysis on employees satisfaction and performance in Faculty of education Universitas Negeri Surabaya
Influencing is the core of educational leadership. The ability to influence people is a necessary'strength'and'way', so onehas the power and creative in creating a way to move towards achieving goals. The justice of the institution to its each employee has an effect on the job satisfaction and performance of the employee. The formulation of the problem in this research was whether there was an influence of organizational justice to job satisfaction and performance of Education Faculty toward Unesa staff. The research was conducted by correlational quantitative approach with variance analysis. Based on the research conducted and the data analysis results obtained, it can be concluded that the organizational justice variables that include procedural, distributive and interactional justice gave influence to job satisfaction and performance of Education Faculty toward Unesa employees. Organizational justice carried out by institution leader gave big influence to job satisfaction and performance of Education Faculty to Unesa staff.

2018 The social emotional development of homeschooling children
The Success in the development process and able to compete in the era of globalization nowadays has made every nation needs qualified human resources-a generation of nations that have adequate education level and sufficient ability to support the development process. In order to achieving qualified human resources is needed efforts to facilitate access to education as well as various models of alternative education, one of which is homeschooling. This is naturally understandable given the fact that the learning process takes place at home and among family members, especially the parents, who must be actively involved in providing any necessary support for their child/children in attaining the best outcomes of their education (Mulyadi et, al, 2016).Alternative education at an expensive cost and is preferred by school-age celebrities is a paradigm that comes when we hear the word homeschooling. In fact this is not entirely true, homeschooling is one of the nonformal education channels that can be a choice for a nation or even made a choice for certain communities such as children who dropped out or children in remote areas. The role of education will influence man power source in quality and quantity so as to promote community welfare and prosperity in a country and finally can raise national pride and dignity,(Shofwan, 2014: 51).

2018 EFEKTIFITAS PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN KECAKAPAN WIRAUSHA (PKW) MENJAHIT ANEKA FASHION BUSANA MUSLIMAH
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan efektifitas program Pendidikan Kecakapan Wirausaha (PKW) menjahit aneka fashion busana muslimah di SKB Gudo Jombang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek data berasal dari peserta didik, penyelenggara, serta masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Sedangkan dalam uji keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan kredibilitas, transferability, dependability dan konfirmability. Hasil dari penelitian dalam merekrut tutor disyaratkan memiliki sertifikat kompetensi pendidik, mahir dan berpengalaman dalam bidang menjahit, rekruitmen peserta melalui sosialisasi dan seleksi, dan materi yang diberikan meliputi kewirausahaan dan keterampilan. Adapun hasil belajar peserta memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan menjahitdengan baik, sebagai bukti dari 25 peserta yang sudah membuka usaha menjahit sebanyak 18 orang. Metode dalam mengajar tutor menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi. Hambatan yang dihadapi adalah fasilitas yang digunakan masih sangat terbatas tidak sesuai dengan jumlah peserta.

2017 HUBUNGAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA DENGAN KINERJA PAMONG BELAJAR DI BP-PAUD DAN DIKMAS JAWA TIMUR
Kebutuhan akan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang semakin meningkat merupakan tuntutan yang tidak dapat ditunda lagi. Peningkatan mutu sumber daya manusia (PNS) menjadi prioritas utama. Pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai program peningkatan, peningkatan kompetensi pendidik PNF (pamong belajar) dirasakan belum optimal terutama dalam upaya peningkatan mutu atau Kinerja kerjanya. Permasalahan yang ada yaitu menurunnya kinerja pegawai (pamog belajar) setiap tahunnya, didasarkan hasil data ang diperoleh peneliti saat melakukan studi obeservasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis (1) seberapa besar hubungan antara lingkungan dengan kinerja Pamong Belajar (2) seberapa besar motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pamong belajar (3) kontribusi secara simultan antara lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pamong di BP-PAUD dan DIKMAS kota Surabaya Jawa timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional dan regresi multiple/berganda, dengan taraf signifikasi 5% untuk mengetahui terdapat hubungan antar variabel. What is the impact of the development of the southern path to socio-economic changes. Qualitative approach, data collected by survey, observation and interview, and qualitative analysis. The results of the research that the positive impact: changes in mindset, work patterns, high spirited society, grow tourism objects and open economic enterprises along the path. Negative impact: there are minder behavior, accident-prone areas, garbage dumps, and renewable areas.

2017 Analisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kyai, Budaya Pesantren, Dan Motivasi Kerja Guru Terhadap Mutu Pendidikan Pesantren Di Provinsi Banten
This study explains the direct and indirect effects of kyai leadership quality on the quality of pesantren education seen from teacher and kyai perspective as measured through leadership, pesantren culture and teacher work motivation. This research is a quantitative research using survey method and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The research subjects were 32 pesantren in Banten Province and with 192 respondents consisting of 32 kyai and 160 teachers. The study found that the leadership quality of kyai had only a direct effect on pesantren culture and teacher work motivation, but did not have a direct effect on the quality of pesantren education. The quality of kyai leadership has an indirect effect on the quality of pesantren education through pesantren culture and teacher work motivation. This research is in line with the leadership theory of paternalistic-free rein leadership and charismatic-traditional-rational, which leads to the quality of kyai leadership has no direct effect on the quality of pesantren education in Banten Province.

2017 A training of creating APE (Educational Game Making Tool) in parenting to increase children’s multiple intelligence
Parents play a central role in the development of children in their growth period. This shows that parents are basically, primary educators at home. The method the researcher employed in carrying out the society empowerment activities on the target mothers and parenting workshops at PAUD, RW 1 of Made regency comprised, lecturing, participatory and demonstrative method. From the implementation of trainings on the educational games making related to parenting at RW (community group) I, administrative village of Made, Sambi Kerep regency in Surabaya in enhancing children’s multiple intelligences, it could be inferred that: 1). the trainings went smoothly as planned.
