2020 Influence of Visual Support Media in Developing Expressive Language and Logical Thinking of Children Aged 4-5 Years in Inclusion Kindergarten Sidoarjo District
The research objectives were to (1) examine the effect of visual support media on the development of expressive language and logical thinking of children aged 4-5 years in inclusion kindergarten;(2) examining the effect of visual support media on the development of language expression and logical thinking in children aged 4-5 years in inclusive kindergartens; Type and quantitative research design with a quasi-experimental design type of non-equivalent control group. The sample used in the study was Kindergarden Diti School class A1 with 15 students and class A2 with 10 students as the experimental class; and TK Batik class A1 15 students and class A2 10 students as the control class. Data collection techniques using tests and observations. Data analysis techniques used analysis of variance (ANOVA) and MANOVA. The results showed that the SPSS output obtained a significance probability value< 0.05, so it could be concluded that Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted, meaning (1) there was a significant influence between visual support media on expressive language development and logical thinking in children aged 4-5 years in Inclusion Kindergarten. Future research is expected to test media and educational aids that can develop expressive language and logical thinking.

2020 Improving the Interpersonal Communication Skill Through Classical Guidance
The purpose of this study was to improve the interpersonal communication skill of students in a senior vocational high school through the classical guidance service. This quasi-experimental research used a pretest and posttest design. Twenty class students were assigned as an experimental group and other twenty were assigned as the control group based on the acquisition of low scores on the interpersonal communication scale. The experimental group received a classical guidance to improve interpersonal communication for five sessions. To test the difference in the acquisition of interpersonal communication scores, Mann Whitney analysis was used. Result showed that the experimental group got the score of 10.75 and the mean rank of the posttest in the experimental group was 30.25. The difference in mean between pre-test and post-test result meaning that there is a significant increase in interpersonal communication skills after students took classical guidance for 5 sessions. Then it can be concluded that the classical guidance could significantly improve the interpersonal communication among students in a senior vocational high school.

2020 Online Counselling Website for Student Psychological Assistance in Learning From Home
There are several psychological problems that arise during Learning From Home (LFH), where students experience anxiety and academic stress related to online lectures. The research objective was to develop an online counselling website to provide psychological assistance during the Learning From Home period that met the acceptability criteria, namely the aspects of usability, accuracy, and feasibility. The development model used is the ADDIE model which includes:(1) Analysis,(2) Design,(3) Development,(4) Implementation,(5) Evaluation. The study population was students of Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The data collection instrument used was an acceptability assessment questionnaire which included aspects of usefulness, accuracy and appropriateness. Based on the trial results, the online counselling website was considered “very good” and obtained an alternative decision “very feasible”.

2020 System Quality in Web-Based Application of Children With Special Needs Service Management
This study aims to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of system quality in web-based aplication of children with special needs service management. System quality indicators include:(1) the application has never experienced interference when used,(2) the application provides complete features,(3) the application can be accessed anywhere and anytime, and (4) the application has a decent display. This research is a development research which procedures referring to Gall, Gall, & Borg, that is: identification of needs, planning, initial product development, expert testing, revision, small-scale field testing, and large-scale field testing. The results obtained are a percentage of 91.67, which means that the system quality in the web-based application of children with special needs service management is very feasible and very effective to use.

2020 The Development of Guidance in Language Development Field: Listening and Speaking for Deaf Child (Hard of Hearing) in Special Kindergarten Schools for Deaf
The aim of this research development was to produce the product of guidance in language development field for deaf child (hard of hearing) in TKLB-B (Special Kindergarten School for Deaf) which is fulfilled the criteria of valid, practical, and effective. The guidance development in this research was used 4-D development model from Thiagrajan including define, design, develop. While disseminate was not done. The result of this guidance development was the product of guidance in language field: listening, and speaking for deaf child (hard of hearing) in TKLB-B which is packed in form of guidance in size 19 x 25 cm softcover binding. Meanwhile the number of participants in small scale test including six students, with research instruments used were validation sheets, teaching osbervation sheets, and pre test and post test questions, also the data were analyzed with analysis formula based on Riyanto’s argument in Laksono and Sugiyono, to analyze in small scale test used sign test. This feasibilibity of this guidance product has been tested with earn the result of data analysis which was done by three experts including content expert is 4, 3 (very feasible), design expert is 4, 37 (very feasible) and practician/teacher is 3, 75 (feasible), and the evaluation of practicality level is 4, 25 (very good), also test for knowing the efectiveness level from small scale was obtained z count 2,449> from z table 1, 96. So it can be concluded that the development of Guidance in Language Development Field: listening and reading for deaf child (hard of hearing) in TKLB-B is feasible to be used.

2019 PENGGUNAAN KONSELING BERPASANGAN UNTUK MEMBANTU PESERTA DIDIK MENANGANI HAMBATAN INTERPERSONAL
Menjalin hubungan dengan orang lain sering disebut sebagai hubungan sosial atau hubungan intrpersonal merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok dalam kehidupan manusia. Kebutuhan untuk menjalin hubungan sosial itu sendiri bisa bersumber dari kebutuhan-kebutuhan lain seperti kebutuhan untuk berteman atau kebutuhan untuk mendapatkan bantuan dan kerjasama orang lain dalam rangka mencapai tujuan-tujuan tertentu. Meskipun menjalin hubungan sosial merupakan salah satu kebutuhan hidup utama dan dari entitasnya sebagai makhluk sosial setiap individu memiliki kemampuan bawaan untuk melakukannya, faktanya banyak individu yang mengalami hambatan. kegagalan dalam menjalin hubungan degan orang lain tak hanya menyebabkan manusia gagal dalam menbcapai tujuan-tujuannya tetapi juga beresiko mengalami gangguan psikososial seperti menarik diri, frustrasi, depresi, hingga melakukan tindakan-tindakan agresif. Bagi peserta didik, kegalan dalam menjalin hubungan sosial tak hanya menyebabkan ganguan psikososial namun juga berpotensi menyebabkan kegagalan akademik. Oleh karena itu lembaga pendidikan perlu memilii program-program guna memperkembangkan keterampilan membangun relasi sosial bagi peserta didik. Bimbingan dan konseling sekolah menjadi bagian integral dari sekolah yang memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan program ini. 2019 History of Development and Concept of Person-Centered Counseling in Cultural Diversity
This study aims to obtain knowledge about two things; (1) how the development history of person-centered counseling, and (2) how the concept of person-centered theory in cultural diversity. This article contains a theory review regarding the history of the development of the theory of counseling person-centered and the concept of the theory in the diversity of culture of counseling and cultural diversity in schools. Person-centered counseling is the third generation of counseling models developed by Rogers. This model is more person-centered, emphasizing the need for experts who provide counseling (counselors) to involve aspects of their own personality and personality aspects of the counseled party (counselee) in the counseling process. 2019 The Use of Modified Index Card Match to Enhance Social Interaction of Children with Intellectual Disability
This study aims to examine the effect of using the modified index card on the social interaction of children with intellectual disability. This study used a pre-experimental research of one-group pre-test post-test. The number of subjects in this study were 6 children with intellectual disability. The average pre-test score was 33.92 and the average post-test score was 78.96 by giving treatment/intervention 6 times in class. The conclusion of this study is that H zero (H0) is rejected and the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, Z count (Zh)= 2.096 is greater than Z table (Zt)= 1.96 with a critical value= 5%. So the use of modified index card match affects the social interaction of children with intellectual disability.

2019 Modified Traditional Hide and Seek Game to Improve the Social Skills of Students with Mild Intellectual Disabilty
Mild intellectual disability children have barriers to social skills which include social interaction, cooperation, and obedience to rules so that it need to be improved. In this study the social skills of mild intellectual disability children can be improved through traditional games hide and seek modification. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of traditional hide and seek modification on the social skills of mild intellectual disability students in grade 7 of Al-Falah School for Specific Purpose (SSP) Sembayat Gresik. The research design used pre experimental of one-group pre-test post-test. The subjects of the study were six mild intellectual disability students. Average pre-test results 53.12 and the average post-test results 81.24 by giving interventions 8 times in class and outside the classroom. The conclusion of the H zero (Ho) research results is rejected and the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, Z count (Zh)= 2.20 is greater than Z table (Z t)= 1.96. This means that there is the influence of the traditional game of hide and seek modification on the social skills of the students with the intellectual disability.
