2020 | Developing the teacher's social competency assessment instrument in the fourth industrial revolution era | The purpose of the study was to develop instruments for measuring teacher candidates' social competence in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (the fourth IR) era. The instrument was developed by referring to Indonesian Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers and the Regulation of the Minister of National Education Number 16 of 2007 to strengthen some special competence of teacher candidates in the fourth IR era. Limited instrument testing was carried out to 107 test subjects for the 6th-semester undergraduate education program at Yogyakarta State University, consisting of three study programs: Mathematics Education, Indonesian Language Education, and English Language Education study programs. The results of the content validity analysis of 30 instrument items obtained the Aiken V index between 0.61-0.93, with 29 items valid, and one invalid item. The construct validity analysis with EFA showed 25 valid items and five invalid items, with a KMO value of 0.504. The significance of Bartlett's test was p= 0.000. Meanwhile, the construct validity analysis with CFA showed the model fit, with a Chi-Square value= 290.35 (p> 0.05). The reliability results show that the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient is 0.40 (moderate category). This shows that the social competency assessment instruments for teacher candidates in the fourth IR era developed are feasible to use, with several improvements. |

2020 | Pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Kerajaan Hindu Budha di Indonesia | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis articulate storyline terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif Quasi Ekseperimen dengan desain Pretest Postest Nonequivalent Control Group Desain. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV sebanyak 30 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 30 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol di SDN Gubeng I/204 Surabaya. Berdasarkan analisis data motivasi belajar siswa kelas eksperimen mengalami kenaikan 60% dari pada kelas kontrol, begitu juga hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen yang mengalami kenaikan 70% menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis articulate storyline dibanding kelas kontrol yang hanya menggunakan metode konvensional tanpa penggunaan media pembelajaran. Dari analisis data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis articulate storyline terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD. 2020 | EFFECTIVENESS OF COGNITIVE ACADEMIC LANGUAGE LEARNING APPROACH MODEL IN CHINESE LANGUAGE LEARNING | Pronunciations of Chinese that are different from Indonesian pronunciation make beginner learners feel difficult and the need for companions in learning Mandarin. Spelling mistakes make meaning mistakes in Chinese. This requires a language learning model. The Cognitive Academic Language Learning Approach (CALLA) model is a language learning model for the development of foreign language skills according to native speakers. So the CALLA model is used for learning Chinese in order to practice self-directed learning and Mandarin phonetics. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the CALLA model in Chinese learning in 10th grade. The research method used was a quasi-experimental study in 10th grade with data collection in the form of a response questionnaire to assess learning independence and a performance assessment rubric to assess Mandarin phonetics and then analyzed by using the independent sample t-test. The results of t-test are 0.00< 0.05 in phonrtic aspect and 0.014< 0.05 in self-directed learning. This suggests that the Cognitive Academic Language Learning Approach Model is effectively used ini the 10th grade Mandarin learning in the phonetics and self-directed learning aspect. |

2020 | Application of Learning Mobility Orientation on Social Skill of Blind Children. | Visually impaired children within aged of 7-8 years old often face problems dealing with the adaptation in the environment. They have very low social skill and turn into dependence on their parents. Further, they need developing their self-confidence towards social skills. Mobility orientation, learning was one of the learning strategies that aimed to improve their social behavior in the environment. The purpose of this study was to develop the social skills of blind children in interacting with the environment and peers. The success of using e-learning influenced by various factors. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a model developed by Davis (1989) that is used to find out the acceptance and use of technology. The purpose of TAM is to explain the determinants of computer acceptance in general, which can explain user behavior in various computing technologies of end-users and user populations, saving time and theoretically justified. This model aims to predict and explain the factors that need to be corrected. This study focused on six variables, namely the perception of use, the perception of ease, attitude, and behavior. The analysis technique used to analyze data was SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis. The research subjects were 262 students. The results of this study were (1) perception of use had a strong effect on the attitude of the use of e-learning,(2) perception of ease had a strong effect on the attitude of the use of e-learning,(3) perception of use had a moderate effect on the behavior of the use of e-learning,(4) perception of ease had a moderate effect on e-learning usage behavior, and (5) strong e-learning attitude toward e-learning behavior. Buku ini hadir sebagai hasil penelitian selama dua tahun di Kampung Inggris Pare Kediri, terutama tentang keterlibatan pekerja sektor informal dalam aktivitas learning society. 2020 | Analysis of Education Character Output Based on Gender Differences in Elementary School | The Learning Process in Elementary Schools has been designed based on basic competencies (KD), namely KD1 which is oriented towards forming religious students; KD 2 which is oriented towards forming humanity and social attitudes of students so that they care about the environment; KD 3 on students' knowledge and insights; and KD 4 is oriented towards training students' skills according to the interests and talents of their participants. Thus, learning objectives not only make students master the targeted competencies, but are also designed to shape students to be able to recognize and realize the importance of character values, and to internalize character values in the form of daily behavior. However, it is hypothetically that the outputs or the results of character education provided to students both males and female may have differences. Therefore, this study aims to determine the differences in character education in male and female elementary school (SD) students. The survey method with the questionnaire used in this study was developed based on Lickona's theory. The subjects of this study were 482 consisting of 219 males and 263 females of elementary school students in class VI in 18 districts in Bangkalan Madura Regency. The analysis was conducted using SPSS 22, the results showed that there were significant differences, namely female students had better aspects of moral knowing, moral feeling and moral action than male students. |
